“Nice popular foodie spot in Manhattan. WATCH out on confusion of getting there. There are two places-same name, within 6 blocks BUT ensure you are at the right one! We got mixed up and nearly missed our reso time. The staff were nice. It was my birthday-which they knew about so the confusion and frustration-they knew about……that was slightly off putting-but it is NYC I suppose.“

“Second time at Antique Garage and always a big hit. I would recommend coursing out the meal, however, if you go - our waiter recommended bringing all at once; and I would definitely course it to enjoy the ambiance and environment longer. The space is great - small, but perfect for Mercer Street. The wine and drinks are awesome. The food is delicious.“

“All the foods we tried were amazing. Kebabs were great, although the portion was small. Espresso martini was to die for. Dessert (chocolate mousse) is highly recommended! However, it’s hard to get the server’s attention even though it wasn’t busy when we were dining.“

I’ve been living in NY for 7 years, work in the neighborhood and my family is Greek/Turkish so I know good Mediterranean food.The waiters were very accommodating to our party which had diary and gluten allergies.The food is well flavored, incredibly fresh, cocktails tasted (love the espresso Martini with Turkish Coffee, Bodrum cocktail and Mastika cocktail).I would recommend getting the manti (dumpling), mixed grill, the fried liver, every dip (especially the eggplant ones), Sheppard salad, and arugula salad.Dietary restrictions: The waiters were very helpful in accommodating the gluten and dairy allergies of our party. There was a vast selection to choose from and they have a separate fryer for non-gluten dishes to ensure no cross contamination.“

“As someone who lived in Germany and who’s favorite street food was Döner, I was very skeptical about this place claiming “Berliner Döner” taste. BUT this place positively surprised me! The bread was fresh, tasty and had right thickness. They add the right sauces - red (hot) and white (garlic/sour cream). Meat tasted really good too - fresh and flavorful. Overall delicious döner - very close to authentic one from Berlin!“
