“My experience with this food store was so amazing. I visited here very first time with my gf. We ordered Medium $12 pizza deal.They prepped our pizza in front of us. They called us for choosing the toppings. We were surprised to see how they were making our pizza. It just took 5-7 minutes to our pizza. Me and my gf planned to do dine-in. We bought couple of things like dips and drinks too. And we had beautiful time in store with yummy food. First time ever we finished our whole pizza and i think it was because of loaded toppings.We will definitely come again!“
“Did the Dine Out experience with Paella Guys @ Dageraad and the experience did not disappoint. The long table set up was beautiful, and there was so much tasty food. The appetizers were amazing - I've never tasted olives like it before (buttery and smooth!). There was a tasty bread with potato, egg & onions baked in it. Lots of tasty meat cuts, a seafood bake served in puff pastry, and flavourful almonds. The salad was fresh with beets, cherry tomatoes, & corn and nicely dressed. They provided balsamic vinegar & olive oil at the table, but I found it perfect the way it was. The paella mixta was the highlight with the flavours cooked deep into the chicken & rice. The prawns were done just right. I've heard good things about the squid ink paella, and want to try that next. The evening was accompanied by a lovely live Spanish duo vocalist & guitarist. The staff was attentive and the owner, Javier, chatted everyone up and made sure we all were having a good time. The recipes were handed down and perfected through generations of his family. I highly recommend!“
“We ordered and picked up. The food only took 20 mins and was still good and hot when we hot home. We ordered lamb madras ( med hot) lamb korma and a vegetarian dish, plus poppadoms.Everything was absolutely delicious. But the lamb madras was the best I've ever had - and I've had a LOT of them in different places around the world!I've just had 'seconds' the following evening. It was still as good!!“

“This place is great! Their fold is very good and I love that they have a simple menu instead of those complicated ones. They staid open after hours for our group, obviously we called before. But it was amazing spending our night there. The service was kind and efficient. The atmosphere was ideal for our small group, they even let us sing some barbershop tags!Also, they have a good variety of beers. I’m definitely coming back!“
“I'd driven past Nana's Bakery many times and heard good things about it so when I saw it on the Too Good To Go app, I decided to give them a try. The bag was filled mostly with savoury goods in it but we did get one baked good that seemed to be more of a dessert. When I picked it up, I inquired about whether there was any meat in any of the foods. The lady was kind enough to switch some of the foods for me so that it was all Vegetarian food in the bag.To be honest, we weren't crazy about every single item in our bag. For the price we paid though, I think it was still very good value and we did find at least two items in the bag that we very much enjoyed. So would I go back to Nana's Bakery? Absolutely! There was some kind of savoury pastry that had a potato filling in it. Loved that. Also, there was some kind of spiral pastry with cheese in it. Loved that as well. I was very happy that the lady was willing to switch the foods for me so that it was Vegetarian, so…top marks for customer service!“
“We have been to La Forêt a couple times, but this is the first time we had lunch there.The Bacon and Shrimp Fettuccine was unexpectedly good. The sauce was super creamy and rich, and the fettuccine was al dente. Hubby said his Panini was pretty good as well. But I just think that Panini is very easy to make isn't it? ?Parking is always an issue. There are just a few free parking spaces provided, and being able to get one is like winning a lottery. Street parking is free, but it is not easy to find a space even on a weekday.“

“Very nice place to get some fresh pastries! I got here in the morning, and I can smell the butter from all the baking. I got the ham and cheese croissant and the peach galette. Both are very buttery and have lots of flavour. I also got a box of chocolate because it looks very beautiful. My problem is with the chocolate. Some of them had muted flavours, so I can't taste anything but cheesecake (for the cheesecake ones).Overall, I would come back here for the pastries as they are made fresh and pack a lot of flavour. I would not get the chocolates, but they do look very beautiful.“
“Hello, I have not had the privilege to go to your wonderful dining establishment. My wife and her friend did today for lunch and she sent me a message asking if I would like some food for home. She had naan and butter chicken and lamb curry. I said yes, please. She arrived and announced she had dessert as well rice pudding and something called a "honey ball". I exercised my adult privilege and ate dessert first! The consistency of the rice made it the pudding. It was silky and melted in your mouth. Western rice pudding like Kozy Shack the rice sits in the pudding like mixture. The rice here was suspended in a cold sugary broth. The creamy cold broth like lake was sugary but not cloying. That honey ball was like a 5 star, Heavyweight Champion World Cup winning donut hole. The cake was spongy and its outer layers soaked in that broth however the cake and shape retained its integrity. It was heavenly and sublime. Then I had just a taste of the food Best Lamb Curry I've ever had. Meat was seasoned so well and it melted in your mouth. The homemade Naan was so perfect. I wish to come back with my wife and our friends. Thank you“
“My husband I are have now ordered from this place several times so I feel I have a sufficient basis to provide an honest review. As a vegan, sometimes it is hard to ensure that items I order are actually vegan. This is one of my favourite local places! I believe it is the same person on the other end who takes my orders. She is very kind and helpful, and she even calls me back to ensure that she has correctly noted down my order details. They have a delicious veggie pizza with plant based cheese, which is my go to. They also have a Palak Chana dairy free version which my husband loves. Roti and naan are also our favourites! We enjoy supporting local neighbourhood businesses, and we find that we return to this place time and time again for their fresh food and friendly service :-)Vegetarian options: Delicious veggie pizza with vegan cheese option.“

“Easily my favourite pizza place in the greater Vancouver area. It has a reasonable crust that holds together not like some cheap places that make it paper thin. Solid layer of cheese on the top. Quality ingredients. I've tried most of the pizzas on the menu and all are awesome. Black Knight or Hot and Spicy are winter favourites as they warm you right up. Also very reasonable price, it is nice and filling, always have leftovers.“

“We ordered three pizzas and two sides. All were very hot and tasty with an appropriate amount of toppings, sauce and cheese. Everything tasted very good and I wanted to eat more because of that.We ordered for pickup during Superbowl so expected it to be busy and it was. My order was 10 minutes late which because of the day and time I thought was reasonable. It was obvious the staff were working as quickly as they could. One customer was upset that her order was 10 minutes late and they were courteous in trying to explain because of the game they were behind.Parking near the back had lots of room.“

We tried it because Uber constantly has a BOGO deal for their saba aburi (among many other BOGO items) and also we were craving sashimi.The food is okay but definitely not the best sushi out there. I might not even order the aburi again if not for BOGO. But we were absolutely blown away by the portion and price. The bento box A has SO much food: 2pcs prawn tempura, 2pcs yam tempura, teriyaki chicken on rice, 8pcs California roll, salad and miso soup!! And it’s $10.95!! I really don’t know where to find these prices for a meal anymore…I feel like the price is comparable to a fast food meal, maybe even cheaper than recent grocery prices!Overall, everything else was decent and fresh too. My wife and I decided to drop by for happy hour, and we were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service provided by Alex and Peter. They were not only friendly and attentive but also incredibly skilled at mixing up some of the best cocktails we've ever had. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing evening out, and the overall experience left us looking forward to our next visit.
