“Had a great time learning to throw axes. James was super helpful! Will definitely go back again!”
“First time, we had the Burrata app, then the Honey Badger and Foggy Mushroom pizzas. They were all amazing, a friend of ours suggested adding sausage to the mushroom pizza, will def try that next time! We went on a Friday night, there was a line out the door. The hostess took our name and said it would be about 25 minute wait, but it was only 15. Mike, our server, was very friendly and took great care of us, making sure that our 2 year grandson that was with us was well taken care of. Glasses never went empty before another beer was offered, and the food came out quickly. Highly recommended!”
“My husband and I enjoy Indian food and we’re happy to discover India Oven. Our waiter was very helpful in assisting us with selections from the menu. We were pleasantly surprised by the presentation and the variety of tastes.”
“We ate here for the first time today and my only regret was not visiting sooner. The food here is amazing, the best Thai food I've ever had. Highly recommend trying the samosas, fresh avocado rolls and green curry. We also had Pad Thai and it was so authentic and flavorful. I can't wait to go back and try everything!”

“Beer was great. However, right when I ordered I was told that the prices just happened to change right at the moment. Also, they have food but I'd recommend getting something else. Not the greatest pizza I've had.”
“Ordered for takeout and had a great experience. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The sashimi was fresh, flavorful, and high quality. The soft-shell crab was also fresh and delicious. Overall, a very enjoyable meal, and I would definitely order again.”

“Oh my gosh we have only been there one time before since they moved from downtown. We tried the Thai pizza tonight and it was SOO good!! I hardly ever write reviews but I just had to. Our waitress was amazing definitely will be back for the Thai pizza alone! The smoothie hard seltzer I tried was also so yummy and different too! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“First time in earlier this week. I came in with a hankering for pastrami but their Italian Melt was too tempting to walk away without! I loved it! Salami, Capocola, Prosciutto, Mortadella, Housemade Marinara, Melted Provolone ( I opted for pepper jack), Onions and Pepperoncinis!!!! I'll be back for the pastrami though too. Count on it!😊”
“Awful Annie’s has an amazing breakfast menu! I am gluten free & order from their gluten free menu which is so good!! I am sensitive to cross contamination & they take extra precautions to assure that it’s safe! The service is also absolutely amazing!!!! Thank you for what you do!!!”

“In a world full of chain restaurants, places like Flaming Burrito deserve to be celebrated. If you are anywhere near Auburn and have not been here yet, you are seriously missing out. This is the kind of local gem people hope to find — amazing food, wonderful people, and a meal you will be thinking about long after you leave.
I ordered the Tenaya Burrito, and honestly, it was one of the best burritos I have ever had. It came as a wet burrito covered in the most incredible enchilada mole sauce. I was raving to my husband (who got the gigante), throughout the meal, at how impressive the flavors were - rich, yet perfectly balanced, and completely unforgettable.
The salsas were just as impressive — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every part of the meal felt homemade and thoughtfully prepared, not just thrown together.
The owners are some of the sweetest people, so attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure you have a great experience. Also - cash is king people!”
“El Tapatio restaurant in Auburn showcases the very best of Mexican food. I've tried many restaurants and taquerias in northern and southern California, and El Tapatio outshines them all. Their menu is large and offers everything from typical dishes like enchiladas, tacos, and carne asada to more exotic ones like pollo a la crema or aguachiles. This food is made with love.”
“Moonraker has great food, beer, and an amazing outdoor area where you can bring your dog. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. What more can you ask for?”
“We hosted our son and future daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner at Auburn Alehouse, and it was absolutely phenomenal. We feel so blessed that this special evening took place there. Lisa Ford, the co-owner, went above and beyond in every possible way. She designed a menu within our budget, created a customized bar menu, and she and her amazing team decorated, cooked, served, and made the patio feel warm, beautiful, and welcoming. They truly handled everything with such care and excellence. We were able to play our own customized Spotify playlist on the back patio for a fun Yacht Rock Friday night feeling, and their IT/AV support, Randy, helped us play a personalized video of the couple on the patio TV throughout the evening. It made the night feel even more personal and special. The food was truly the chef’s kiss, the beer by Brian Ford, co-owner and brewmaster, was incredible, and the service was outstanding. Trista and the wait staff were fun, attentive, and made our guests feel so well taken care of. One of the best parts of the evening was seeing our son and daughter-in-love so happy and surrounded by incredible family and friends who enjoyed honoring and celebrating them. Our guests could not stop talking about how wonderful the food, service, atmosphere, and overall experience were. Auburn Alehouse is family-owned, community-forward, and an incredible craft brewpub. It is a wonderful place for private events, date nights, gatherings, celebrations, or simply a great meal with great beer. If you are in Auburn, driving from Reno to the Bay Area, or heading up the mountain, stop here. They are also a fantastic choice for private events and can work with your budget. They even host private events at their Annex across the street. We are so grateful we chose Auburn Alehouse for such an important family celebration. Highly recommend! We will be back over & over & over! Huge mahalo Lisa & Brian Ford - your place is FANTASTIC!”

“Great place good prices. To the person saying I wish door dash would let u order here. Are you dense, you've been here right you expect a driver to wait the 15 minutes in line, 5 minutes at the grill not to mention the drive time gas and messy hands and you'd tip what like 3 dollars like every other cheapskate in this town. 3 dollar tips comes out to about 12 dollars an hour btw so if you tipped the same amount on here you'd make about 7 dollars in an hour. It just wouldn't work unless you wanted to spend 40$”
“We have been eating at this restaurant for many many years before they move to old town. Love them and LOVE the wonderful fresh made food. Truly quality and lovely people. Large serving and fresh fruit and the best bread. We are local to Auburn and they have served 4 generations of our family with the best!!!”
“I hosted my Daughter's 11th birthday party here and it was a hit! the party room is the best in town! I loved it because it's in the back separate from public with plenty of tables and chairs, a HUGE TV, and even a private arcade area! The staff was absolutely incredible and attentive! The salad bar was fresh, the pizza was delicious and I highly recommend it for a party or get together! Thank you Pizza factory Auburn for an incredible experience!!”

“El Agave just catered my wedding. It was a small gathering, taco bar for 50 people. We picked it up and served it in chafing dishes. ALL of our guests raved over the food. 3 meats and all of the fixings. From the initial communication with Andrea to the food pickup, you guys were amazing!”
“My Tuesday men's group, mostly seniors, played The Ridge yesterday and had a good round. It would have been a great round; however, it's still soggy from the December rains, like all local courses. The cart path only conditions slowed play to about a 5 hour round which is understandable. The course was in very good shape for the damp conditions. The green's were very fast which made things interesting, but fun. a few of our uphill putts went past the hole, stopped, then roll back toward or past the hole.”
“Beautiful restaurant. Mike and Agustina were awesome ... very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I had the trout which was delightful along with the Butter lettuce salad (the dressing was a bit spicy) and the Mexican chocolate creme brulee (pictured). All excellent and the setting with lighted granite bar top is striking.”
“Just had my boys rehearsal dinner at this wonderful location. The banquet room was perfect for the 23 people that were at the dinner. Jennifer, the owner, was very easy to deal with and was very attentive to my family and guest. Erica, the server was super and made the evening flow perfectly. Oh, by the way the food was also very good…wow. Thanks Jennifer for you and your staffs great service. “I will be back””
“I recently ordered catered breakfast from Sierra Grill for Easter, and it was absolutely fantastic! Everything was ready right on time, and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The pricing was also very reasonable, which made the whole experience even better. It truly took the stress out of hosting and made my day so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful—thank you for such wonderful service!”
“Who doesn't like a brewery who constantly gives back to its community. I don't think they ever say no to a charity, nonprofit or anyone who may need to raise funds in Auburn. Oh and I love their new Rice beer called "Rising Sun"”
“The fettucine alfredo was pretty good but overpriced for the flavors and portion size. Could use more cheese in the sauce bc it was bland until we added more parmesan. The bread was soft and heavily buttered which was great but very salty.
Our server was inattentive. She disappeared the whole meal after ordering until it was time for the check. Never refilled our waters or even asked. It was a low traffic time so it was pleasantly quiet and plenty of parking.
Probably won't come back when passing through for worm.”
“Love their wines! Since they’re a small winery the selection changes often and they’re all good. Cindy is very knowledgeable about their wines and the wines all over the region. The outdoor shed is very relaxing and the atmosphere is great for wine tasting/drinking.”

“We had a lovely time. We got there right when it opened and there was 6 other groups waiting to be served. Despite being quite busy they churned out the orders and we really enjoyed it. A level 1 spice was too much for our kids though, we wish we would have gotten them a no-spice dish (level 0). A lesson learned for next time, which will definitely happen soon!”

“For wings not sandwiches. Wings were awesome. Sandwiches are not good, hardly anything on them. We are from Mississippi and sandwiches are great.”

“The place is awesome! Charming, fun place! Went to an event for about 50 people. The service was tops! The food excellent…we had salad, pasta, tri tips, finger potatoes, broccolini, rolls, polenta appetizers. Great drink options! The dessert choice of brownies, fruit tarts the best I ever had! Great place for socializing plus an outside area! Outstanding!!”
“First impression, it was quaint and quiet. The counter girl, Tatyana, (hope I spelled that correctly) the first face of the restaurant, was such a delight! She has impeccable customer service and was considerate in knowing her pos system and gave a mindful charge for my kids’ plain burger request. The male cook was trying to argue she needed to charge more, I don’t find it professional for customers to hear that as he could’ve said something off to the side, or better yet not at all since my kids didn’t even eat much of the burger… yet the restaurant still got paid for 3 specials (2 Swiss mushroom burgers and 1 California burger), two large fries and 4 drinks.
I digress - all in all Tatyana is great, the food was delicious even though a bit greasy, and the atmosphere there was nice along with the cuteness of the town.
I would definitely stop here for a bite again, but only as long as she remains front of the house. Great eats and great service.”
“Food was amazing but they definitely move at snail pace that rumor is true 😭💔 Their boba pearls weren’t made I had to wait 25 minutes for them to even be ready and begin making my boba. Either way, this place was good and I would recommend if your HUNGRY hungry.”
“I absolutely love taco tree probably like most people do that go here I give a five-star rating today Wednesday April 1st 2026 the lady at the window is always cordial friendly and provides great customer service food is always great and fresh absolutely love the wisteria trees or plants in the front keep up the good work everybody thank you 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely loved Teddy Boba Cafe! The drinks are delicious and so refreshing, and the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. My daughter’s drink was missing boba at first, but they fixed it right away without any hesitation and with a smile. Great customer service and a wonderful experience overall. We’ll definitely be back! 🧋😊”
“This is one of my favorite bakeries and I plan to get my birthday cake from them this year.
The bakery tends to be busy as its a very popular spot. My sister loves their coffee as they do blueberry or blackberry lattes with other fun flavors too! Personally I love their cake of the week, because I get to try new unique flavors I've never heard of before. One of my favorites was their strawberry margarita cake but i havent seen it as the cake of the week again since i first saw it unfortunately :/
Sometimes the cake of the week can be a bit dry or not hit the spot- but the 90% of the time the flavors are unique with thr texture and moisture being just right! Plus it allows for seasonal flavors- like rge mandarin cake during the fall ( a must try with all the local mandarin farms in the area )
Since its often busy there are a lot of staff to meet the demand of the near constant flow of customers and if you're lucky you might get to enjoy some people watching and good natured joking among them. Thry are very pleasant and effiecient at what they do.”
“excellent service excellent food excellent atmosphere. My wife brings me here for my birthday the booths are set up so that you have privacy yet you're in a small place so you're not bothered with other customers. call me Owens is great the lighting is good My wife got the short ribs I got an Alaskan roll and a 49er roll and it's absolutely delicious. freshest fish in the area.”
“Cute yogurt shop, seems to be the only one in town. Has covered outdoor seating, tons of toppings to choose from, and several ice cream flavors to choose from. The shop was a little messy when I went in though. There was no hand sanitizer or wipes if you got your hands sticky or had an oops that made a mess. The ice cream itself was okay, not as creamy as I am used to. But otherwise it was okay.”
“I had the pleasure of experiencing El Agave Restaurant's catering services, and I couldn't be more impressed! They provided an incredible taco bar for our event, and everything was delicious. The variety of fillings, fresh toppings, and flavorful salsas were a hit with everyone. The quality of the food truly stands out – it was not only tasty but beautifully presented as well. In addition to catering, El Agave also offers fantastic dine-in and pick-up options. Whether you're enjoying a meal at the restaurant or grabbing it to go, the food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The staff is friendly, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend El Agave for any occasion – they consistently deliver an amazing experience!”
“Best Veggie Omelette ever anywhere. Just hear for a wedding and always look for a local spot. Amazing fresh fruit with my omelette and I asked for Light Butter on my toasted Rye and that is exactly what I got. Would definitely go back, may go on the way out of town in 2 days.”
“I was impressed by quality of dishes! Price! And quantity of portions! Plus, they have free complimentary! On top of all the owners are greeting each client individually!
It’s definitely my favorite restaurant near my house!!! I will definitely and surely bring people! Service is good too! And options to eat outside! 7 stars!”
“Shout out to Kara and wine Wednesdays! This is a favorite Wednesday activity after work! The service is not just great, it's amazing! Kara remembers the nuances of our food sensitivities and offers alternatives like the best gluten free bun in town! The fries are fresh, hot and delicious and of course, the happy hour menu is fantastic. Thanks for catering to people who have food sensitivities! See you tonight!”
“Recently had a friend’s birthday dinner at Hanami. The food was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. Despite a packed restaurant, our party received outstanding service. I highly recommend!”

“Truly a community brewery. The owners and their staff always make us feel welcome. And the beers! Sixteen taps of their own beers and hard seltzer. Love that they have such a broad range of styles, even something for my friends that like Bud. For an IPA, Ale of the Gods is excellent. I prefer maltier styles, so I usually go for Marz. Gotta check out their events. Trivia Night is our favorite, but there’s bingo, karaoke and board game nights too. Absolutely check it out.”
“I absolutely love this place and I am thrilled that I discovered this little gem. The place is darling, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the people behind the counter are very knowledgeable. It is fabulous to have a “bar” available that doesn’t serve alcohol. I will come back again and again!”
“I love this spot! Very yummy drinks, I love getting the hot milk tea, or boba drinks. The food is also super yummy and fairly priced. The spam Misubi is my favorite, they also have really good bao, and soups. I’m happy To finally have a good cafe on my side of town, and I really think there is something for everyone here. Atmosphere is also super cute and is a nice place to do hw / study.”
“Good solid 7 out of 10 Pho. So better than most. And egg rolls 8 / 10 so also pretty good!
I hope the place survives. I Love having a PHO option close to home. Keep in mind its a small town mentality up here...Google says close at 9pm...but if not busy the restaurants shut down earlier”
“Phenomenal dining experience and atmosphere. Highly recommended.”
