He’s great he’s reliable. The restaurant is not too big but they do offer indoor and outdoor seating if available I love sitting outside because there’s nothing better than just being in the sun eating your seafood but it’s also comfortable. They don’t forget about you. They’re constantly checking on you. I’m so obsessed with King Crawfish !. My sister and I come probably two or three times a month my best friend and I were actually their first post on Instagram and I love this is establishment.”

I had the pork and cabbage (pan fried) and I cannot get over how good these were. The amount is definitely shareable but once you start you may just eat them yourself. A great experience overall and I will definitely be back.”

Quality of both lamb and ribeye is good. The portion of the combo doesn't get me full, but is enough.

“Just checked out the menu and you will know it's authentic shanghainese cuisine. Prices are reasonable, the taste is amazing. The place is quite small, they don't take reservations. I always like to go a little before dinner time, If you don't want wait. I noticed they do a lot of takeouts. My favorites are sea cucumber, eel, and stir fry rice cake with cabbage... Also the brace pork it's amazing.”

“Free parking in their parking lot. It's on 2nd floor, there is elevator and stair right in front of their entrance. Very simple, spacious airy space. You order via tappet, the server is nice and friendly with a smile. Foods are tasty, well make, fresh, make to order, excellent, big portion at a very reasonable price. Order 9 portions (including the milk tea) | with 15% tip for $67 total. Not bad at all. Saw the noodle soup, it is huge bowl and for 2 people for sure. Will come back for that and others. Love my suimal, it just delish.”

One small thing: one of the servers was kind of rough when putting down plates and bringing out food. The movements were really fast and the noise was pretty loud, which caught us off guard a bit.

Overall the food is solid, and I’d still come back. Just hoping the service can be a little more relaxed next time.”

One suggestion: Vacuum seal bag must be sealed securely especially the soup base. My beef stew soup and chicken noodle bags are leaking 😕. Luckily I have ziplock bag on each item before I put in my freezer. Otherwise my refrigerator will be all wet after I defrost my item in my refrigerator.”

The nice lady behind the counter recommended pork for my Torta. It was SO GOOD I HAD TO WASH MY HANDS AFTERWARDS. When I was pulling up, an employee was taking out the garbage. From the dumpster our eyes met and he said Hi. It took a second look to realize that the gang graffiti was covered with a mural because they care and have pride! And for sure, the barbed wire fence around this place was there to keep the flavor inside! Make no mistake, this place needs some better tables, but the food and the people inside shine like diamonds. Best Torta I've ever had.”

“Eat there only if you want to be treated like dirt. I am sick and tired of their way of treating their customers. They don't do reservations and their wait system is unforgiving and insane. 1. Long wait times like 1.5 hours 2. But with that long wait time, they only give you 10 minutes to "all be there" when they tell you table is ready. 3. That's not even the worst. They put a "wait time" estimate near their check in table. So you would think that is a solid guideline right? But no. The REAL wait time can swing a good 30 minutes both ways. Say they put "Current Wait time is 1.5 hours" you could get a call at 1 hour mark. And then they give you 10 minutes to get your party to be there. And they give you hell if your party can't make it like it's your fault that you don't have crystal ball to tell that your table will be ready in one hour’s time. I have tolerated it coz their food is actually really good. Meat quality is good etc etc. What broke the camels back today is. I checked in at 5:45 today. Wait time is 1.5 hours. So estimate sit time is 7:15 right? When I get the text that table is ready at 7:05 I thought all is awesome. AND THEN they told me that are actually having a staff party tonight and last call is at 8. That leaves my party less than an hour to do an AYCE dinner. I was furious. So I question them, “Why didn't you tell your customer that when they checked in?” "Well, we put the notice on the door. You didn't see it! So… 🤷🏻‍♀️” 1. There are a bunch of white and black notices all over the door and check in area. 2. And yes. My eye sight is not awesome. I didn't see it. But shouldn't it be THEIR JOB to let customer know VERBALLY when they check in that they are shifting the last call time an hour early? That’s basic decency. I wasted almost 2 hours there and by then it’s like lines all over the place for any place. I am never going back again for a restaurant that treats their customer like dirt so they can make money off me any more.”

“If you haven’t tried Taiwanese popcorn chicken before, this is the perfect place to start. Their popcorn chicken is authentic, with a crispy, golden exterior and a juicy, flavorful interior that won’t disappoint. There are also some simple tables and chairs set up inside, providing a space to enjoy your meal. The shop is located inside Secoya Market and sells traditional Taiwanese street food. They also offer Japanese sushi but I haven't had the chance to try it.

Parking: There is plenty of parking outside the Secoya Market.”

Helen was quick on delivery, she was willing to work with us to add variation to the lunches and her prices could not be beat. The employees we were training highly complimented all the food. Sandwiches, wraps, tacos, bento bowls and salads. All of it was delicious. I cannot thank Helen a Crossroads enough for her hard work and wonderful food.”

They have a point system too but lunch special can't get you points. Nice pastries and bakery items with some simple dishes already prepared on the deli counter as well. Many frozen food items but they are all expensive to me, though the quality are good. Kind and helpful staff. But I'm not sure why their grade for health department has gone down to a numeric score of 69 when I visited last Friday. I am a bit worried but didn't see anything that I should be concerned about. Clean restroom, and has some tables and chairs if you want to dine in.”

Some lunch and dinner options come with a slice of pie. They have a nice separate room for private parties. It's a great local restaurant. Hole in the wall/ghetto fab type joint with the owner chiling in the front dining area with a lawn chair and fan haha No restroom. Aycdrink cold water and tea, and hot tea in the front of the cashier area. They don't take credit cards.

The place seems like it could be sticky but tables and chairs were clean. There is ac inside was cool enough for a hot 85F day outside.

Bamboo shoot $7.95 was warm and good.

Popcorn chicken. They ran out of pigs ear. Their popcorn chicken was really good! Not spicy.

Pork Chop Rice $13.95. Comes with rice and veggies. The pork chop was a little dry but the crisp was there. Probably because it's a thinner cut type which is normal perfect then.

All 3 dishes with tax, and 20% dinner tip to be $39ish.”

We placed our order around 6:30 p.m., and we saw that many people already had their drinks, while ours was way behind. Then I checked with the guy, and they missed our order. They were busy and needed more Bobaristas. We had to wait a long time, and we finally got our drinks at 7:05 p.m. However, the drinks tasted pretty good as usual. I liked their new Multi-grain Vitality Nourish Bottle! It wasn't too sweet, and it was tasty. Highly recommended!”
