“Amazing food and amazing customer service!! I shared it on all my social media’s so all my friends would know about this place and be able to have their own experience at home. My whole family loved it and enjoyed it. Definitely recommend this place!”
“Bryan was a good server I will definitely come back thank you Bryan wonderful experience 💯 best birthday ever.”
“This is the best peking duck place, period !!
Every single menus are so delicious.
Came here to more than 30 times so far and never let down once.
Make sure you go party of 4 or more so you can order many different menus to enjoy.
Lastly, manager Steve has the best customer service!!”

“King Crawfish is extremely underrated! This is the best seafood boil spot you can find, hands down! Once you try this place you will not go back to boiling crab..”
“Eat there only if you want to be treated like dirt. I am sick and tired of their way of treating their customers. They don't do reservations and their wait system is unforgiving and insane. 1. Long wait times like 1.5 hours 2. But with that long wait time, they only give you 10 minutes to "all be there" when they tell you table is ready. 3. That's not even the worst. They put a "wait time" estimate near their check in table. So you would think that is a solid guideline right? But no. The REAL wait time can swing a good 30 minutes both ways. Say they put "Current Wait time is 1.5 hours" you could get a call at 1 hour mark. And then they give you 10 minutes to get your party to be there. And they give you hell if your party can't make it like it's your fault that you don't have crystal ball to tell that your table will be ready in one hour’s time. I have tolerated it coz their food is actually really good. Meat quality is good etc etc. What broke the camels back today is. I checked in at 5:45 today. Wait time is 1.5 hours. So estimate sit time is 7:15 right? When I get the text that table is ready at 7:05 I thought all is awesome. AND THEN they told me that are actually having a staff party tonight and last call is at 8. That leaves my party less than an hour to do an AYCE dinner. I was furious. So I question them, “Why didn't you tell your customer that when they checked in?” "Well, we put the notice on the door. You didn't see it! So… 🤷🏻♀️” 1. There are a bunch of white and black notices all over the door and check in area. 2. And yes. My eye sight is not awesome. I didn't see it. But shouldn't it be THEIR JOB to let customer know VERBALLY when they check in that they are shifting the last call time an hour early? That’s basic decency. I wasted almost 2 hours there and by then it’s like lines all over the place for any place. I am never going back again for a restaurant that treats their customer like dirt so they can make money off me any more.”
“Little Guys Hot Pot is my new favorite find! The skewers are fun, fresh, and incredibly varied, letting you try a bit of everything. The broths are packed with flavor, especially the spicy one. It's a cozy, lively spot with unbeatable value for money. I'll keep coming back!”

“Imagine coming to a Japanese Crepe Shop and then proceeding to be angry it’s not soft French Crepes 🙄
(Lacking personal touch because they used a kiosk?? Dude it’s just a kiosk, they still greet you. You can take your time looking at the options and personalize it to your liking.)
I’ve been coming to this place easily 20 times, and the quality has yet to drop. Fruits are fresh, sweet, and every element is perfection. Matcha cream is super rich with matcha flavor, vanilla ice cream is a seductive vanilla bean flavor, and the yogurt cream has a beautiful tartness to it. All wrapped in a beautiful crispy rice crepe.
(And they’re so generous with their servings!!)
I prefer Japanese style since I find French crepes usually disappointing and soggy (unless it’s a good shop)
Best place to hit with friends. Don’t be scared to try the savory options those are so good too. I love the crepes here. Photos are from the last five visits (my favorite is clearly the berry crepe)”
“AB Shabu Shabu is one of my favourite shabu places in this area. I've been coming since childhood, for longer than I remember (maybe 15 years?), and it's remained such a lovely restaurant that my family and I keep coming back time after time.
The meat is always so tender and delicious. I usually get either the angus beef short rib or the beef ribeye, and both options are always so fresh and flavourful. The medium size is my preferred portion size -- filling but without feeling too stuffed.
The meat goes so well with the rich and savoury beef bone broth, which is my go-to. I also really like the sukiyaki broth, which is a perfect balance of sweet and salty and goes so well with the beef.
The veggie plate that comes with the hot pot is a lovely finishing touch -- all the vegetables are so fresh and yummy when cooked in the delicious broth. The portions are very generous and complement the meat very nicely for a very well-rounded meal overall.
The price point is also very reasonable, especially in the past few years as dining out has gone out so much :') Portion size is very fair and very filling. The owner is also such a nice guy -- it's been the same person running the show as far as I can remember, and he's always so eager and kind to everyone.
Cannot wait to come back again soon!”

“In-N-Out never disappoints—everything is consistently fresh, simple, and delicious. The burgers are always made to order, the fries taste best when eaten hot, and the shakes add the perfect finishing touch. Service is quick and friendly, even when the line is long, and the quality is always reliable no matter which location you visit. It can get crowded during peak hours, but that’s just proof of how popular it is. You really can’t go wrong with In-N-Out.”

“Excellent time! Ordered the Calabrian Steak and Shrimp Bucatini w/ extra, extra cheese and the Chocolate Lasagna for dessert. The Calabrian crème sauce was spicy, but not overpowering. The dessert was scrumptious! Sarah, our waitress, checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Especially the request for extra, extra cheese lol. Thank you Sarah and Olive Garden for a beautiful and delicious evening!”
“Loved my experience at East Town hot pot!! It was my first time seeing a charcoal hot pot, and I loved that you could choose two types of soup for each pot! They have a really wide selection of proteins and veggies. I highly recommend the beef and lamb combo! It’s mostly beef options, but it gives you a good selection of their proteins! Also, save some room for dessert! They have fresh cut fruits, popcorn, and a soft serve machine!”
“This Applebees was a little different.......I was served a slightly cool beer with a head on it.......glass was not cold.......I brought it to the bartenders attention and told her just make sure the next one was good........next one was good but it had a big on it and when I mentioned it to the bartender she said the last one did too and I accepted it......she was right”

“The restaurant is big and super cool. Customer service was great. The food was fantastic. My least favorite were the chicken wings because they had no seasoning, 0 flavor. The chicken pot pie, the PB jelly burger and the calamari were perfectly cooked. I definitely recommend this place for the whole family.”
“I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times, and the food quality has stayed consistently good over time. The prices aren’t exactly cheap, but the portions are generous. For Los Angeles, their rice noodle rolls are definitely among the better ones you can find. That said, a word of caution—always try to park your car somewhere visible, and never leave any valuables inside. Otherwise, your window—or your belongings—might be gone when you get back. This goes for any nearby parking spots too. Be careful.”
“Bought frozen food from here 1st time. Great food. Hope they have more options in frozen items in the future. I will definitely buy more in the future. One suggestion: Vacuum seal bag must be sealed securely especially the soup base. My beef stew soup and chicken noodle bags are leaking 😕. Luckily I have ziplock bag on each item before I put in my freezer. Otherwise my refrigerator will be all wet after I defrost my item in my refrigerator.”
“Authentic Chinese/Taiwanese cuisine in the heart of the City of Industry. They have a good selection of precooked dishes which can be combined in various ways - $10 for three dishes plus rice and soup! You really can't go wrong with that. Lots of other items, including a wide selection of fruit drinks and *Traditional Taiwanese Shaved Ice*. Atmos is ok, and there's no table service. But that $10 deal puts all the fast food places to shame!”
“I don't usually frequent places where food is unfamiliar to me, however their Hot and Sour tomato and egg soup is pure medicine for many illnesses. I also get two orders of fried garlic which act as antibiotics to any illness. I must say the taste is perfect for me. I order from here at least twice a week.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator always empty.”
“After a quick Walk-bout around @ Powder Canyon Trailhead and worked up an appetite…. We savored for Pho and Beef Stew at one of our Fav spots. I had the Beef Stew with bread. The stew was Spicy and Hot YUMMY !! We also ordered a few Egg Rolls with Peanut Sauce (chunky) Delicious! A place you definitely need to stop by!”

“Fantastic 10-course Peking Duck banquet for 10 people at an unbeatable price of $288.95! The duck was expertly prepared across three dishes, with the wrap being a standout (we requested extra wraps). Other highlights included the shrimp, eel & sticky rice, and fillet mignon. However, the real showstoppers were the giant steamed fish and dessert soup with rice balls, which stole the show with the group.
Service and ambiance were on par with a traditional Chinese restaurant. A reservation is a must, and 8-10 people is the ideal group size to take advantage of these banquets. Worth noting: they seem to have set seating times to ensure perfectly roasted ducks.
We'll definitely be back – the drive may be over an hour, but it's worth it for this incredible food experience.”

“This was my first time at Carl’s Jr and I really enjoyed the food! Everything was fresh and delicious. The service provided by Lucian was absolutely perfect — he was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Definitely looking forward to coming back!”
“A very large Starbucks with plenty of indoor seating and a few outside tables. It was a typical experience from any other Starbucks. Not much individual character or evidence of community involvement you would see at other locations. Friendly staff such as Leo.”
“This restaurant is really clean, bright, and inviting. The five-star customer service made us feel so welcomed. The food was beautifully presented, and the veggie, sauce, and cold dish counters were spotless and well-maintained. Everything was incredibly fresh. The meat quality was excellent, even for the classic selections. Even if you’re not a lamb lover, the other options are more than enough to satisfy you.”
Takeout Restaurants
“Ordered a bowl of albondigas and the chile colorado plate. Holy cow! Shouldve ordered one or the other. I cant breathe now. The soup was amazing. Came out perfect temperature. Veggies were right between soft and crunchy. Meatballs were perfect. Really good bowl of soup for sure. Chile colorado plate was great as well. Full of flavor and beef was very tender. Rice and beans were perfect addition to smear on the flour tortillas. Good music and good ambiance. Staff are very polite and professional. My iced tea never got even down to half a glass. Chips and salsa were also good. Salsa had a bite but not too much. Chips had just the right amount of salt. Awesome experience here. Im gonna ask to load next door every week. Lol”
“The place was very empty when I got there, therefore we were able to be seated quickly. The food was fresh and it was tasty. I was worried and checked the ratings online to make sure it was legit. lol.
The bad part is that there isn’t enough workers so it’s hard to get their attention when they’re cooking.
Other than that it was excellent.”
“So happy. I didn't want the In-and-Out down the street, so I drove back to this place. It was, how do say in Spanish... fantastique? fantastisch? No. Mucho Fantastico! The nice lady behind the counter recommended pork for my Torta. It was SO GOOD I HAD TO WASH MY HANDS AFTERWARDS. When I was pulling up, an employee was taking out the garbage. From the dumpster our eyes met and he said Hi. It took a second look to realize that the gang graffiti was covered with a mural because they care and have pride! And for sure, the barbed wire fence around this place was there to keep the flavor inside! Make no mistake, this place needs some better tables, but the food and the people inside shine like diamonds. Best Torta I've ever had.”
“Sobok Sobok is a charming Korean-owned bakery and ice cream shop with a modern yet cozy atmosphere. Though the space is small, its simple design and warm ambiance create a relaxing vibe.
Breakfast Experience
I visited in the morning for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. Their Croissant Sandwich was a great choice—crispy on the outside and filled with ham, cheese, egg, and lettuce, making for a satisfying and protein-rich meal.
For my drink, I tried the Black Sesame Latte, but it was a bit disappointing. The sesame powder didn’t dissolve well into the hot milk, and no one informed me that it needed stirring, which affected the overall taste.
Environment & Amenities
There are plenty of seats, but a few downsides for those looking to work or study here:
No power sockets, which makes it inconvenient for long stays.
No WiFi, so it’s not the best place for remote work or studying.
Not dog-friendly—only service dogs are allowed, so pet owners should take note.
Final Thoughts
Sobok Sobok has potential, and with a few small improvements, it could be a fantastic go-to spot for both breakfast and dessert lovers.
While my breakfast experience was mostly enjoyable, I’d love to return to try their shaved ice and ice cream next time, as those seem to be their specialties.”
“Fresh and delicious! California Fish Grill offers many appetizing specialties at decent prices. The self service kiosks beautifully display the available offerings. Wait time is fairly quick. The soft drink selections are eclectic and delicious. And there’s a small outside dining area in addition to inside seating.”
“A truly affordable hidden eatery. It's not well-known, but the taste is really good and the service is good. They also serve glutinous rice balls after the meal, which is highly recommended!
Kid-friendliness: Shanghai has a sweet taste and not many spicy dishes, so it is suitable for children.”
“I recommended to all my friend come enjoy here. very good delelicious Hot Pot great service all servers veri nice and kind”
“Truly a hidden gem. The chef and his wife go above and beyond to create a welcoming and memorable culinary experience for diners. I recently organized a work team lunch and arrived to the location as it was just opening. We had the establishment to ourselves and the attention and care paid to each dish was superb! The appetizers and main dishes were full of flavor and artistry. My only lament was that they were short on Agua de maracuya or ensalada de fruta to drink. Delicious and definitely going back!
Cash or Zelle only!”

“It's definitely a different experience! First you get choices of meats, veggies, noodles from the fridge & you do your own mixing. They offer the soup base & you can ask for refills. They charge per the big plates that you get from the fridge. Worth the try! I consider this as a go to comfort food 😋”

“Went to give this spot a try, was unsure about the mixed reviews. But this place is actually really good, got the tacos Dorados with cheese and guac, they were delicious, guess others went on a slow or bad day. I will be back here again..... price is a little up there, as the taco dorados are $4 with everything. They are cash only....”
“If you haven’t tried Taiwanese popcorn chicken before, this is the perfect place to start. Their popcorn chicken is authentic, with a crispy, golden exterior and a juicy, flavorful interior that won’t disappoint. There are also some simple tables and chairs set up inside, providing a space to enjoy your meal. The shop is located inside Secoya Market and sells traditional Taiwanese street food. They also offer Japanese sushi but I haven't had the chance to try it.
Parking: There is plenty of parking outside the Secoya Market.”

“My company used Crossroads for a very long project that required catering every weekday for over three weeks. Helen was quick on delivery, she was willing to work with us to add variation to the lunches and her prices could not be beat. The employees we were training highly complimented all the food. Sandwiches, wraps, tacos, bento bowls and salads. All of it was delicious. I cannot thank Helen a Crossroads enough for her hard work and wonderful food.”
“I come here for the lunch special ($12.25 with the option of fried fish or friend pork chop, along with tea, rice, and two side dishes as a combo - available 7 days a week!). They have a point system too but lunch special can't get you points. Nice pastries and bakery items with some simple dishes already prepared on the deli counter as well. Many frozen food items but they are all expensive to me, though the quality are good. Kind and helpful staff. But I'm not sure why their grade for health department has gone down to a numeric score of 69 when I visited last Friday. I am a bit worried but didn't see anything that I should be concerned about. Clean restroom, and has some tables and chairs if you want to dine in.”
“It was a great first visit here for me tonight. I would definitely recommend this place to all nearby residents, business owners, employees, everyone else imaginable. Employees are friendly. Business is clean. Plus, it has a drive thru for folks whom appreciate and patronize that frequently.”
“Absolutely love Boba Ave 8090! The drinks are consistently delicious—especially the Messy Milk Tea and Strawberry Uji Matcha, which are both flavorful and visually stunning. The popcorn chicken is crispy, well-seasoned, and always hits the spot. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy, making it a great hangout spot. Highly recommend to any boba lover looking for top-tier drinks and snacks!”

“It's IHOP. My boyfriend wanted pancakes and I can't fill him up on $5 anywhere else. Only went there because we were leaving town and had a long day. It's in a Strong asain community with so much good food. Ihop is for tourist and mexicans in the area. That being said, the pancakes were very good. The service was very good. And the price was right. Nothing wrong with it. Just a lot of other good options in the area if your open to non-american food. If you really just want to eat what your used to, it's a good quality option.”
“Excellent service and amazing food! The staff at Haidilao are super friendly and attentive. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Definitely one of the best hot pot experiences I’ve ever had!”
