“Amazing food and amazing customer service!! I shared it on all my social media’s so all my friends would know about this place and be able to have their own experience at home. My whole family loved it and enjoyed it. Definitely recommend this place!”
“Beer dinner excellent love it here would come back this is my 3rd time”
“If you enjoy Asian food: sushi, ramen, and Chinese food, this place will never disappoint you. Bring your friends and family here!”
“This place is such a hidden gem! The food exceeded all my expectations—grilled skewers are juicy and well-seasoned, and the stir-fried noodles have perfect texture. Service was attentive, our order came out fast and the workers were polite. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, really a great spot for casual meals with family or friends. 10/10, I’ll be a regular customer from now on!”

“Really enjoyed the Shunde-style hot pot here! The broth was flavorful but not too oily, and all the ingredients tasted very fresh. The fish was especially good. Service was nice and the restaurant had a comfortable atmosphere. Definitely worth trying if you like Cantonese-style hot pot.”
“Our favorite Cajun seafood restaurant in the area! The sauce is amazing, so flavorful and has a great depth that we find other places lack. The prices are also really great and the service is always the best! We love getting the shrimp and mussels, they are always so fresh and large.
Come try this Cajun restaurant you won’t be disappointed!”

“This was actually my first time finding out that Haidilao has an all-you-can-eat option! We tried the $32.99 per person package, and the beef and lamb were both right up my alley—nicely marbled, with slices that were just the right thickness. Even though it’s a buffet, the portions definitely didn’t feel skimpy. I’m also a big fan of quail eggs and egg dumplings when I have hot pot, so with those added in, I was already more than satisfied.
It’s also a pretty stress-free option when dining with kids. The service was, as always, thoughtful and attentive. They prepared a kids’ meal, a magic wand, and a little balloon for my daughter . When I handed my phone to my kid to watch something, the server even brought over a phone stand without me asking.”
“I give crumbl cookies a 5 star rating because once u go in it’s really clean! Also the workers are really nice and if you get stuck trying to order they will help you! I find that Crumbl cookies is a great place to have a quick treat because it has so many different options each week! I enjoy eating Crumbl cookies”

“Every dish was amazing — the chicken and pork was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the seasoning was just perfect. You could really taste the flavors in every bite!”
“Shabu Shabu good prices with great quality meat. My kids and I loved the ribeye, beef belly, and pork belly the most. All of the meat were good but these three were the table fav. Their appetizers were amazing as well. The fried squid legs, shrimp eggrolls, the blue crab, and the potato wrapped shrimp were sooo sosososososo good. you can tell a restaurant knows what they're doing when the fried appetizers are on point. I got one regular house soup and I got the mala for myself. They were bot so delicous. Also, the prices were very 2016 even in this infaltion. A must try. we went to chicha san chen right after. it was only 3 minutes away. Love this spot on the edge of rowland heights!”

“My first visit to an Olive Garden and I loved it!! This location was great, lots of parking, friendly staff, and delicious food. Brandy helped us select our food and we loved our dishes. I loved the cheese ravioli!! They also offer curb side pick up. 10/10 would come back. Thank you Brandy!”
“The taquitos were some of the best I have had perfect crunch and not cheap with the meat. The carne asada tacos were great but the mahi mahi was underwhelming. The tortillas were a little too soft breaking and blowing out with the bites. Salsa was great no complaints there. Overall very good.”
“Loved my experience at East Town hot pot!! It was my first time seeing a charcoal hot pot, and I loved that you could choose two types of soup for each pot! They have a really wide selection of proteins and veggies. I highly recommend the beef and lamb combo! It’s mostly beef options, but it gives you a good selection of their proteins! Also, save some room for dessert! They have fresh cut fruits, popcorn, and a soft serve machine!”
“The food was great and our server Brittany was attentive and courteous. She even remembered some of our choices from a previous visit We were seated right away and the drinks came out shortly after. Once we ordered our food we had the shortest wait. The food was served hot and was delicious.Totally recommend. 👍🏼”
“This is my 2nd time here. The Peking Duck is the best I’ve ever had recently. The skin is so crispy, the meat is tender and there is no fat at all. Other dishes were equally as delicious. Baby bok choy was so green, the scallion pancakes were pan-fried, … just look at my photos and you will see for yourself. I highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful dining experience. Be sure to order the Peking Duck ahead of time. Service was also very good. My husband & I plan to return frequently.”

“Eat there only if you want to be treated like dirt. I am sick and tired of their way of treating their customers. They don't do reservations and their wait system is unforgiving and insane. 1. Long wait times like 1.5 hours 2. But with that long wait time, they only give you 10 minutes to "all be there" when they tell you table is ready. 3. That's not even the worst. They put a "wait time" estimate near their check in table. So you would think that is a solid guideline right? But no. The REAL wait time can swing a good 30 minutes both ways. Say they put "Current Wait time is 1.5 hours" you could get a call at 1 hour mark. And then they give you 10 minutes to get your party to be there. And they give you hell if your party can't make it like it's your fault that you don't have crystal ball to tell that your table will be ready in one hour’s time. I have tolerated it coz their food is actually really good. Meat quality is good etc etc. What broke the camels back today is. I checked in at 5:45 today. Wait time is 1.5 hours. So estimate sit time is 7:15 right? When I get the text that table is ready at 7:05 I thought all is awesome. AND THEN they told me that are actually having a staff party tonight and last call is at 8. That leaves my party less than an hour to do an AYCE dinner. I was furious. So I question them, “Why didn't you tell your customer that when they checked in?” "Well, we put the notice on the door. You didn't see it! So… 🤷🏻♀️” 1. There are a bunch of white and black notices all over the door and check in area. 2. And yes. My eye sight is not awesome. I didn't see it. But shouldn't it be THEIR JOB to let customer know VERBALLY when they check in that they are shifting the last call time an hour early? That’s basic decency. I wasted almost 2 hours there and by then it’s like lines all over the place for any place. I am never going back again for a restaurant that treats their customer like dirt so they can make money off me any more.”

“Just checked out the menu and you will know it's authentic shanghainese cuisine. Prices are reasonable, the taste is amazing. The place is quite small, they don't take reservations. I always like to go a little before dinner time, If you don't want wait. I noticed they do a lot of takeouts. My favorites are sea cucumber, eel, and stir fry rice cake with cabbage... Also the brace pork it's amazing.”
“Bought frozen food from here 1st time. Great food. Hope they have more options in frozen items in the future. I will definitely buy more in the future. One suggestion: Vacuum seal bag must be sealed securely especially the soup base. My beef stew soup and chicken noodle bags are leaking 😕. Luckily I have ziplock bag on each item before I put in my freezer. Otherwise my refrigerator will be all wet after I defrost my item in my refrigerator.”
“I really like 疙瘩汤 here. The BBQ is pretty good too. I do wish they had more seasonings on the side though, like cumin or chili flakes.
One small thing: one of the servers was kind of rough when putting down plates and bringing out food. The movements were really fast and the noise was pretty loud, which caught us off guard a bit.
Overall the food is solid, and I’d still come back. Just hoping the service can be a little more relaxed next time.”
“I’ve been dining here for years; the food has consistently been delicious, and the service is always warm and welcoming. Whenever I crave rice noodles, Ludingji is the very first place that comes to mind. I’ll definitely be back often!
Highly recommended! It absolutely deserves a five-star rating.”
“The wait can be a little long but it's really yummy if you like taro. (The actual root, not the purple-colored artifical flavoring.) I prefer this over other cold dessert places near the area.
The taiyaki is also really yummy here too because it's not overly sweet. My favorites are cheese (savory) and custard (sweet).”

“I sat there tired after work and the person serving me i swear I should have asked her name was super good with her customer service I was tired from a 12 hr shift didnt eat all day and I felt like I was at home. Truly is a one of a kind place to recharge before heading back on the Freeway definitely stopping by more often after work”

Takeout Restaurants
“I enjoyed the chili verde plate with a melon margarita very much. I use to go to the owners other restaurant Carumba's in Alhambra for over 40 years until it closed. So glad to have found their other restaurant, even if I have to drive a lot farther, it's worth it.”
“Savory Corner is the real deal. Free-range chicken is silky, tender, and full of flavor. Rice is fragrant and not greasy. Their beef stew noodle soup is also incredible — rich broth, melt-in-your-mouth beef.
Service is superb. The staff remembers us regulars and always surprises us with free herbal drinks. Makes you feel like family.
Can’t recommend this place enough. Always planning my next visit though we have to drive from West Hollywood. It was so addicting that I must try to eat there every weekend.
❤ love ❤”

“Breakfast specials until 11:30am including weekends. Strong coffee and great muffins are a nice pair. The carrot muffin and lemon muffin are our favorites, however the strawberry muffins are great but only available in the summer. We are usually seated right away and the coffee is refilled frequently. The staff are friendly and attentive, the dining room is bright and restrooms are clean. Some lunch and dinner options come with a slice of pie. They have a nice separate room for private parties. It's a great local restaurant. If you stop by for lunch or dinner, some of the options come with your choice of a slice of pie.”
“Just like I remembered from childhood. Fresh Strawberry cream cake with almonds. We use to go to this bakery all the time as kids and didn't know it was still around. The cake was not very sweet and just perfect. Really wanted butterfly cookies but were sold out. Only thing I didn't like was they don't answer their phones. Wasn't sure if they were open and was calling to check. No answer.”
“Memorable first time experience eating at a Mongolian restaurant. the hot pot experience was very unique & novel for me. I found the idea of selecting your uncooked proteins, carbs (e.g noodles) & vegetables, selecting your broth (up to 2) & then cooking them right at your table, very intriguing & different. The staff are very nice & we're ready to explain & walk me through the process as a first timer. The food is delicious & had a lot of variety to choose from for a very varied experience. Tried the all you can eat option but got a happy hour discount. Ambience & decor looked very niche & classy. Plenty of parking spots available to park. Reservations are required for groups but none required if you are a party of one. Plan to arrive 30 mins before closing time to get the best full experience.”
“The Food was Hot and delicious. The Cooks ( Chefs) were hard at work and really know how to cook fish. Never spoke to not one wait staff never approached never asked how everything was, just called my name and handed me my tray. So can't rate service. And had to use their order screen and was a little confused since this has been placed in the store's.”
“Jiaoxiangyuan is a new-style Sichuan restaurant. Its signature dish is the bullfrog double boiler. I invited the whole family to try it at Christmas. It was really good. Several dishes recommended by the restaurant manager were very delicious, and the family was full of praises. I stayed here. I made a good impression and will choose this restaurant next time I invite friends to dinner.”
“It was a great first visit here for me tonight. I would definitely recommend this place to all nearby residents, business owners, employees, everyone else imaginable. Employees are friendly. Business is clean. Plus, it has a drive thru for folks whom appreciate and patronize that frequently.”
“ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!”
“Most underrated Chinese Northeast cuisine restaurant. They don’t have fancy decor or plating, but the food is very authentic. The portion is big for regular meals, is more than enough for lunch specials. I don’t live close by but whenever I feel homesick I will definitely come to eat here.”

“Mom wanted some white bread so we stopped by after the shaved ice place next door. They have one of the best Taiwanese pineapple cakes I’ve ever tasted. They are not cloyingly sweet like others. Service behind the counter was efficient. It’s a little bakery-cafe with some tables and chairs for dine in. There are assorted breads, cookies and cakes. We got ours to go.”
“I went to half and half and ordered strawberry milk green tea and the worker named Chloe was absolutely amazing, she was sweet, kind, caring and spoke very gracefully towards me, she made me feel calm after a long day and she made the drink so perfect, I've only been in california for about a week and hands down that has been the best hospitality I've ever seen, defo recommend and I WILL come back.”
“I love the consistency of the teas, 9/10. However, due to not knowing which barista you'll get, you'll either get 10/10 service or 5/10. Its a bit of a gamble when it comes to service but if you want a place where you know exactly what you are going to get when it comes to tea, this is for you 7.5/10”

“Awesome service could use better toilet paper besides that and prices being a bit high service was welcoming as well as good conversation while I waited on my omelette”

“It's a high volume McDonald's. A lot of retired people come in and congregate. It's pretty big so there's always a table. If you go between 9-1030am there's usually a line. The staff tries to keep up but seems undermanned between the walk in orders and the drive through”

“Stopped by a small boba spot in La Puente and it turned out to be a hidden gem. The drinks were fresh, not overly sweet, and the boba had that perfect chewy texture—exactly how it should be.
What really stood out though was the service. The lady who helped us was amazing with my kids—super patient, kind, and made the whole experience even better.
The place itself is simple, clean, and has a chill vibe. Definitely one of those spots you want to come back to. If you’re in La Puente and craving boba, it’s worth checking out and supporting local.”
“Was a perfectly fine boba place. We had the coconut based drinks, osmanthus and jasmine, with cheese foam. The osmanthus is more fragrant, perfect at 75% sweet. The jasmine probably needed 100% sweetness because it was a bit lighter in taste.
Quick and efficient service.”

“Whenever I'm in this side of town I look to pop by here. They really do keep it interesting with their drink lineup. My favorite is the their classic mango but I've also had some of their other seasonal drink lineup. Eager to see what other drinks they have in their rotation next.”
