“This was our final night visiting family. We all got together to have dinner here. The food was excellent. The service was impeccable. Definitely would eat here again and recommend it highly”
“We celebrated Father’s Day at Cap’t Loui and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Our server, Aung, went above and beyond to make sure our family was well taken care of along with the rest of the team, they made sure our water glasses were always full and our dump buckets were emptied promptly, so we could just relax and enjoy our meal.
The food, as always, was delicious fresh seafood and great flavors that keep us coming back. But what really makes Cap’t Loui stand out is how they genuinely care about their guests. I was so impressed by the extra touches: the restroom has mouthwash and there’s a hygiene station stocked with toothbrushes, hair ties, lotion, stain remover, and even tampons.
It’s rare to find a restaurant that doesn’t just feed you well but also thinks about your comfort and little unexpected needs. For me, dining here felt like more than just having lunch it was a thoughtful, comfortable experience that made our Father’s Day special.
Highly recommend Cap’t Loui and a big shoutout to Aung and the wonderful team! We’ll definitely be back.”
“One of the best Kebab wrap sandwich I have had. Very clean healthy and tasty. Also a very nice Persian store.”
“Best Sabich!!! Their Pita taste good!!! Staff are polite. Quick service!”

“Fast delivery, good taste, suitable for family, friends, company colleagues to have dinner together, each dish has a taste, especially when it is served, the taste is super fragrant. Love it.”
“No wonder there are long lines on the weekends. We went during the week ( and the kids are back to school) The food is excellent! The souffle egg skillet with a side of Brussel sprouts/potato medley is very good. Comes with ciabatta au levain toast. Healthy and tasty food is my favorite way to eat. Fresh squeezed orange juice.
Casual atmosphere inside. Outside seating, I had the sun in my eyes, but there are umbrellas out.”

“Went to Chicha San Chen for the first time and was not disappointed. We also got to do a tea tasting with Lucas. He is very knowledgeable on the types of tea they serve and history behind the company and making of the tea and overall gave us a great tea tasting experience!”
“Dough Zone was great for a late dinner. The service was extremely fast (we waited less than a minute for a cold dish and got out of the restaurant within 30m) and the food was good. And best of all, the prices are extremely affordable. Many filling items are under $10 and parking is free. Would recommend!”
“Great local winery in an excellent location for making fine wines”
“Aburi Shime Saba: (5/5)
The aburi shime saba is the best thing on the menu. It’s lightly poached and the caramelized sugar on top adds the perfect contrast of texture and flavor. I’ve been here a few times to try the appetizers, but the MUST GET item is still this saba.
Uzumakiya Udon: (4/5)
The Uzumakiya Udon is good, the noodles are chewy, not overcooked; and the broth is flavorful. The other toppings leave something to be desired, so if you want to be satisfied, order the Oxtail instead. (Although it’s gotten quite expensive😔)”

“Great customer service. Fresh Salsas, every day they told me. The place is great for lunch or dinner. I had a chicken burrito. It has sour cream and guacamole rice and beens. It was good! They tell me that the wet burrito is good. After they Wrap the burrito they add cheese on top after it's been wrapped and then they add a special sauce the one they use on enchiladas and then they put it to bake so the outside cheese melts. Sure sounds tasty I would say!”
“This coffee shop was spacious, fast, and very clean, making it a comfortable place to relax or grab a quick drink. The coffee was delicious, especially since they grind the beans right in front of you, which really brings out the fresh flavors. There’s also a wide variety of toppings and add-ons, so you can customize your drink exactly how you like it. Overall, it’s a great spot for anyone who enjoys high-quality coffee in a bright and welcoming environment.”
“Had an outstanding lunch at Alexander’s Steakhouse in Cupertino! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Our server Tiffany provided warm, attentive service that made the experience even more enjoyable. Mr. Garcia helped us select a wonderful bottle of wine that paired perfectly with our meal, and Chef Oleg Sheyner truly showcased his culinary talent with every bite. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, making it a perfect setting for a memorable meal. Highly recommend!”
“Been coming here since they opened. Lemon slices with water is awesome but I do have one complaint is the recent change to their chicken sumac recipe changed and my kids can’t eat the new saltier and spiced up recipe. Even the chicken shawarma is kind of spicy now and unable to feed to children. I hope you can fix this.”
“The staff are very nice and give great recommendations for drinks. They will even cater drinks to your preferences. The bar feels friendly, welcoming and has a good atmosphere. The food is also great, I the charred octopus, spicy garlic noodles and classic sabayon and they were all delicious.”
“I stopped by around 12 PM and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order was taken quickly, the service was smooth, and the girl was polite. Overall, amazing customer service — I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“This is one of my favorite places to eat at in Cupertino.
QQ Noodle is a no frills, causal and quick service place. Don’t let that fool you though. The place is clean and the staff is friendly.
There is a QR code at each table and you scan to place your order. The waiters will then bring your food out to you. The food comes out quick and delicious.
What we ordered:
Liang Pi: This is one of my favorite dishes and not many places make this anymore. QQ Noodles makes my favorite Liang PI and this is a dish I will always order if I see it on the menu in both North Cal and NYC. The noodles are bouncy, the cucumbers refreshing and just the right level of spice. No frills deliciousness.
Sour Mustard and Grass Fish Noodle Soup: I tried it with wide noodle but next time I think I will get the round. The wide noodles are hand pulled which have that great texture and chew. It is done well so there is not a mouthful of dough like some other places. Fish is plentiful and so is the portion of sour mustard.
Large Plate Chicken Noodles (No Bone). Not on their printed menu, this was an option when you scan the QR code. They use chicken thighs and its braised with potato. Flavorful and just the right level of spice thats too spicy but offers a little kick for flavor.
If you are in the neighborhood, stop by for a quick meal. TP tea in the same strip mall is also a wonderful Bubble tea place that makes their drinks with brewed tea.”
“This restaurant catered the recent fund raiser for the Cupertino Historical society and the food WAS TO DIE FOR! The best food I’ve ever had at such an event. Standouts were the pineapple rice, the vegetable pastries the chicken satay the pad Thai and cooked chicken on a skewer the desserts were great too - little candied strawberries and tiny slices of an amazing cake. We are staff and we were just swooning over the tastes of everything. I want to take my mom to the restaurant now”
“This is my favorite Chinese restaurant, just discovered within the last few months. My extended family always goes out for Chinese food (we are Chinese) when we get together so we've been to many restaurants in Santa Clara County. Everyone in our big group thought it was very good.”
“Food is nice and their tomato soup is my kid’s favourite. Their staff is friendly too.”

“Ox 9 in Cupertino is consistent in quality with all other locations I've tried. I always enjoy the Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles for their noodle texture and broth flavor--incredibly soothing and satisfying. Looking forward to visiting this location more as the weather cools down 🙂↕️”
“I haven't been to their store but I used to buy their cookies when they would sell them at Coffee and Water Lab. The ginger one was my favorite and I would always ask for it when I would go. I was sad to hear they weren't selling them there anymore, but so happy to hear they have a store now in Los Gatos! I will definitely be stopping by soon. Their cookies are delicious so I'm glad they have their own store now!”
“This place is so great OMG. I messed up my order but they still fixed it at no extra cost. They gave each cup of coffee individualized attention and made sure it was what we wanted. The selections are huge. They also have a lot of specialty sandwiches that I didn't get to try this time but will certainly try again when I'm in the area.”
“We came to Ping’s Bistro for a weekend lunch and were completely blown away by the vibrant flavors, beautiful presentation, and high-quality ingredients. The restaurant offers authentic Yunnan and Dai-style Chinese cuisine — dishes that are aromatic, balanced, and full of depth without being overly heavy.
We ordered a mix of dishes to share:
• Dai Style Deep-Fried Pork Ribs – Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, perfectly seasoned with a hint of lemongrass. The dipping sauce was tangy and refreshing, cutting through the richness of the pork. A must-order appetizer!
• Fried Rice with Boletus, Green Pepper & Beef – One of the best fried rice dishes we’ve ever had. Each grain was infused with wok hei and balanced beautifully with earthy mushrooms and mild heat from green peppers.
• Stir-Fried Chayote Leaves with Dried Chili Peppers – Fresh, tender greens stir-fried to perfection with garlic and dried chili. Simple, clean, and full of natural flavor.
• Signature Grilled Fish with Lemongrass – The star of the meal. The fish was grilled to a beautiful char and topped with fragrant herbs, garlic, lime, and chili. The lemongrass aroma elevated the dish to another level — spicy, citrusy, and deeply satisfying.
• Sautéed Black Termite Mushroom, Maitake, Cordyceps Flower Velvet – A rare treat! The mix of mushrooms gave layers of texture — chewy, soft, and crisp — with an earthy umami flavor.
• Country-Style Sautéed Pork with Eggs and Black Fungus – Homestyle comfort at its best. The soft eggs and wood ear mushrooms soaked up the sauce beautifully, creating a rich, balanced bite every time.
• Sautéed Beef with Pickled Mustard – Tender beef slices paired with tangy mustard greens and red peppers — a bold yet harmonious flavor combination.
Every dish came out piping hot, beautifully plated, and perfectly portioned for sharing. The flavors were authentic, and the seasoning was carefully balanced — not too oily or salty.
The restaurant’s atmosphere is calm and modern, with large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. Service was attentive and efficient; our server helped us select dishes according to our spice preference (“less spicy”) and ensured we had a smooth dining experience.
For anyone who loves discovering regional Chinese cuisines beyond the usual Cantonese or Sichuan offerings, Ping’s Bistro is a must-visit. It’s perfect for group dining or a casual yet refined family meal.
- Favorite dishes: Dai-style pork ribs, grilled lemongrass fish, boletus beef fried rice.
- Spice level: Adjustable – just ask for “less spicy” if you prefer mild.
- Portion: Generous and great for sharing.
Highly recommended — this place deserves way more attention in Cupertino’s dining scene!”
“Chicken & rice is everywhere now, but I think the chicken here is very tender and the selection is convenient.
The rice can be replaced with salad, when I want to eat a diet meal, I will buy chicken + salad here , or tofu .
Chicken can choose: white / dark meat with skin or without skin
The ginger sauce , Singapore soy sauce are my flavor sauce !”

“This beautifully crafted coffee shop is part of the Apple Park Visitor Center. It serves Italian coffee along with a selection of sandwiches and sweets. While the coffee and food are fairly standard, the atmosphere makes it a standout. It’s a great spot to relax and catch up with family or friends in a sleek, modern setting.”
“Food is delicious. I recommend the garlic beef or the spicy garlic beef.
It can get a little smokey inside due to the sizzling plates, which I wish they invested a bit more in the ventilation.
It shares a lot with several other businesses, so at busy times, it can be hard to find parking”
“This place is spacious inside. If you come during peak time, there's usually a line. Their food comes quickly, so the wait usually isn't too bad.
The XLB is juicy inside and the dumpling size is bigger than Ding Tai Fung's. I'd say the skin is as thin and comparable to Ding Tai Fung's too. We tried all three kinds: the regular pork ones, pork with crab meat, and the shrimp with loofah squash. They're all good.
The flavor of the three-cup chicken is good, however, too many bones. They chopped the chicken with bones and there were fragmented bone pieces. You'll need to be careful when eating this dish.
Their steamed beef dumplings are good, but a bit on the salty side.
The sliced beef and cucumber roll with green onion pancake is so-so. Only has one thin slice of beef and there's not enough meat inside, compared to other restaurants I tried.
Their fried rice are tasty. We tried a few before and they're all decent. The picture below is the Sakura Shrimp fried rice and it's very flavorful without being too salty.
The steamed sole fish (filet) is surprisingly good. Worth a try if you haven't ordered this before, and no fish bones!
Their scrambled eggs with prawns is good. A lot of prawns and tasty eggs. A good protein dish.
Their sauteed veggies are pretty good too. We tried the sauteed A-choy and bitter melon with garlic. Both dishes are decent.
The boiled tofu with house special sauce is excellent.
If you don't want to wait for long line at Ding Tai Fung, this is the place to come. Of course if you want way better (Americanized) service, go to Ding Tai Fung. This service at this place is like typical authentic Chinese restaurants, don't expect too much.”
“11/28/23 They now have Boba drinks and cold brew coffee, both of which I enjoy very much! The cold brew is great all by itself--was expecting to need cream and sugar, but it has a natural flavor that was great alone. The Boba is very well done here and neither overcooked nor undercooked. Try the iced mocha, and use decaf if you don't like caffeine as their decaf blend is very high quality and tastes great!Parking at De Anza is still free as of this date; no parking pass required at this time.”
“We went here due to a friend's recommendation. This place did not disappoint. We ordered 3 cup chicken, scallions with lamb, stirred fried beef with noodle, and bitter melon with salty eggs. They were fresh, flavorful and delicious.”

“Ten Ren is hands-down my favorite boba spot in the Cupertino area, their tea tastes like tea and the flavors added are not too overwhelming. Staff are friendly and will happily help you with your order if you find there are any problems with your drink. Prices are not bad and they have one of the more generous rewards systems that I've seen. Always happy to come and support this store. I recommend their Honeydew GMT!”
“The Service: The owner herself was behind the counter preparing the orders. Totally a hands-on operator. She is very passionate about her store. She interacts with the customers & asks for feedback. Excellent customer service! The Dessert: I won't call these "beverages"? To me, they are totally "desserts"!! Look how colorful they are and beautifully plated. Perfect desserts for the summer~ They use real fresh fruits. Every sip I taste the real fruit, crystal jelly & other surprises. They are like dancing in my mouth, lots of different texture! They are not overly sweet. I just love the sweetness from those fresh fruits. They are vegan, gluten free, low sugar & low calories. 100% guilt-free dessert! I can't wait to go back & try other flavors. The Parking: Plaza parking lot, both ground floor & underground parking (free!)”
“Aroma of all the freshly baked bread will draw you in. Then you'll see all the delicious classic savory and sweet Asian breads, and your eyes will pop and mouth water. Soon as you see the prices you'll leave with a bag full of goodies to share with the whole family. Absolutely awesome!”
“This is my favorite spot that have to stop by whenever I am in the area. The drink quality is consistently good and strong tea flavor. The only thing I wish they were more flexible about is customizing the ice. I usually order one extra drink with no ice, since want to save it for my long drive back to LA. understand that the drinks are made according to their set formula, so the liquid doesn't fill the cup all the way, but they still don't offer a no-ice option. That said, the staff is always super kind and helpful, and they gave me extra ice on the side so could keep my drink cold for the drive. It was a thoughtful solution!”
“Our friend's favorite for tea, we got hot milk tea this time with 25% sugar. We saw a flan with a cute jar. The tea arrived quickly as we sat in the corner eating our snacks. It got a bit noisy after more people arrived after their dinner so we sat outside. The flan was ok, more jello style vs. egg custard. Service was nice.”
“Very good for a Starbucks inside a store (Safeway, Walmart, Target, bookstores, etc.) I wouldn't compare it to a standalone Starbucks.I love the secluded sitting space after they remodeled away from the shopping hustle and bustle and it even has its own exit. The workers are nice and I saw today they had some holiday discounts on the coffee beans and cups that were better (steeper) than some other Starbucks with similar holiday deals.”
“It’s a good place to grab some quick breakfast and drinks on the go. We ordered in the cashier and didn’t have to wait long. The store is big with many seatings, both indoor and outdoor, but some tables definitely need to be cleaned properly due ro sticky stains.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair entrance and roadside”
“Good, clean food at reasonable prices. Lots of options for pizza and they change it up with seasonal flavors.
Coffee works 💪 they have sparkling water on tap too.
The best part is the customizable salads. They have more options and toppings than any place I can think of. Do get the mozzarella balls.”
“The patio dining is a great option but I heard the bar calling. A seat presented itself as I approached and prompt, professional service enhanced every drop of beer, both before and after lunch.”
“Pad see ew was Delicious . Pad Thai was great, egg rolls was perfect Definitely will order again”

“Good selection of healthy foods. Their beef is so tender . Fried rice is to die for. The chef Heli is so professional, very precise and amiable. Our waitresses/server , Maya, was so pleasant and attentive to guests . Next time I go back I have to try their seafood selections. My only complaint is the location . It should be out there along Stevens Creek like in Santana Row rather than hidden in that dark corner of the complex. But definitely I will recommend it to my friends.”

“After a San Jose Giants baseball game my Daughter said Dad let’s go get some Dessert & so we drove up to Cupertino to this late night Taiwanese Hotspot for Desserts. I imagined I was in Taiwan! The place was packed with The Young from Taiwan & The Oriental. How does my lil girl know all these places I wondered… But then when I was her age there was No iPhone or TikTok…we adults need to bear that in mind! News travels faster on iPhone 😉 Good Deserts: whether you like ‘em Cold or Hot! It’s a Desserts Factory & Assembly Line worth seeing & savoring too!”
“Spacious restaurant with yummy authentic dim sum with extra oomph. The fish cheung fun with cilantro was superb, as were the seafood dumplings and soup dumplings. The char shiu puff pastry buttery and super light. The fried fish was delightful and the fried pumpkin with salted egg yolk original. The kai lan with oyster sauce cooked just right. Service was gracious and quick. Highly reccomend!”

“It's not like China, but it's pretty good. It's like home”
