The pad Thai noodles were a little too wet for my liking and the tofu could have been a little more crispy and a little more marinated for me personally overall still really “

You can check the updated photos for pricing.We came in on a Saturday night and they got swamped right after. Our waitress whose name escapes me had a heart tattoo on her chest. So attentive and kept her cool even though she just got absolutely overwhelmed with customers. Checked in on everybody. Was very friendly to my children.The bathrooms were clean. I got the Escondido And would really recommend it. The tuna looked really fresh and my daughter is a huge fan. The chef really hooked us up And gave us a way to my kids delight.. My son got a rainbow roll.Lots of TVs and they had Wi-Fi available as well. Look forward to going again.“

“So hard to find decent Chinese food in San Diego, let alone dim sum. This place is surprisingly good! Siu Mai was good hope they add it to the regular menu. Scallion pancakes are great and I havent had those since I worked in LA, wish they had the thinner ones too.“

We had heard some great things about this local Thai restaurant and decided to give it a shot and it more than lived up to the hype! The ambiance is simple and decorative and sets the tone.We ordered off the lunch deal portion of the menu, but the rest of the menu covers everything you could want from a Thai place.The prices are very reasonable too!We ordered the pad Thai and another noodle dish, and a couple of Thai teas with boba as well. The lunch specials are great as you get soup with it, salad, dumplings, egg roll and a smaller dish sized main. Completely worth and will fill you up! “So good! I've been here a number of times now and everything I've tried has been wonderful. I especially love the duck, the garlic snow pea leaves, the onion lamb, and any of the salt-and-pepper entrees. Portions are huge. “Amazing Taiwanese food! For those who don't know, the food here is a variant of Chinese food. Some slight differences compared to typical Mandarin or Cantonese cuisine. Noodles and dumplings were incredibly delicious.But even more incredible than the food and more impressive than ever was the fact that there were 2 male employees that were speaking fluent Chinese and they weren't even Chinese!!! They were both White! And they were speaking Mandarin to each other and to the kitchen employees, which were actual Chinese people. It blew my mind! So I had to dig. Turns out one of them is the manager and he grew up in China. The other guy, who was younger and seemed like a new employee, also grew up in China. I'm ethically Chinese and can speak at a conversional level, so I asked him (in Chinese) where he learned to speak Chinese? This blue eyed blonde guy responded back to me in Chinese, without a split hesitation, "I'm Chinese!". And he was serious. Hilarious and impressive!! He said his parents were Chinese. So maybe he was adopted?Any way, if you want good Taiwanese food, this is the place to go!“

They won't blow your mind w/ culinary innovation, but you get fresh, decent sushi in a clean & friendly atmosphere.The miso soup was a satisfying starter, hitting the spot with its savory warmth. The tempura was a bit standard but the gyoza pulled up their rating, but all still enjoyable. The sushi rolls were fresh BUT a little underl-constructed, nice choices.The the service & convenience are the best. The wait staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything came out quickly. Plus, with a good selection of draft and bottled beers, it's was a relaxing and hassle-free experience.Overall, this restaurant won't be your next special occasion destination, but it's a reliable choice for a quick and tasty sushi fix. “I was passing through Escondido from Garden Grove and made a pit stop here for some much needed bánh mì. Bánh mì are some of my all time favorite foods and I eat them 1-3 times per week. Here in Garden Grove, there are probably about a hundred bánh mì shops. However, Son Tra was a delightful surprise because their đặc biệt bánh mì was amazing! I pate filling was generous and flavorful and the headcheese was an excellent addition. I haven’t had headcheese in bánh mì in a long time and love the texture. It was also perfectly seasoned. The carrots and daikon pickles were cut thick and provided great crunch and texture.What an awesome hole in the wall spot! Highly recommended. It was so good, I stopped by again the next day in the way back home.“
