“Had a quick pho at Saiga during lunch and ended up sharing a table with a stranger, definitely a rushed experience as I had to move quickly for the next person’s turn. Personally, I don’t think I’ll be back, as the pho didn’t quite justify the price for me. That said, their business model is nice and efficient, catering well to the busy lunch crowd. A cool concept, but not my go-to for pho in OC.“

“Can’t say enough good things about the food at Nep! We started with spicy wontons, perfectly light and crispy calamari, and a shrimp salad with fish sauce dressing. All absolutely outstanding. The pork tomahawk with nuoc cham was cooked to perfection, and the garlic noodles are the best I’ve had since Crustacean. To top it off, the bread pudding is the best I’ve tasted outside of New Orleans (and I’m from New Orleans!). We can’t wait to return.“

“I have been eating here since 2002 while still in high school. First time ever eating Pho here. These 3 Viet guys from my classes introduced me to Pho at this place. Been going here whenever I’m craving Pho or Viet food in the Irvine area. The most flavorful Pho broth out of any Viet restaurant I’ve ever ate in California.“

“Ordering is a little confusing. There is a monitor that allows you the option of dine in or carryout. But then you need to go to front to pay before they make the order.

Food was ok. Yellow rice was a little dry, and the chicken thigh was tough and dry. Egg rolls were very good. People were very nice. Probably should have gotten the pho.“

“First time at this location absolutely delicious food fresh and worth the wild one thing I didnt like is the service once ordered they rush all the food to you at once didnt even give us time to finish appetizers or anything by the time we got all of our food the table was stuffed they could have slowed down just a little give us like 5 minutes in between that's my only complaint other then that all good highly recommend“

“This place is always busy now. We have learned to plan accordingly and put our name on the wait list before we are super hungry. It sucks to wait outside sometimes, but there is zero waiting room on the inside so its necessary. At least now they have warmers for when it gets cold.

The food is always good. Never too long of a wait. We love the chicken nugget basket. And we always get the same Pho. I recommend trying it shaken style. That garlic and onion just adds that extra something! And out of all the times we have been, last night was the best service we had by far. Kristen C was the nicest and most attentive and she needs to be recognized. She also had really cute nails. Highly recommend!“

“You know its good when the Pho broth beefy and star anise scent fills your nose as it is placed on the table! Of course I kicked it up with REAL Huy Fong Sriracha! The garlic noodles with mushroom did a delightful battle with the Pho to entertain my nose. But when the noodles hit my tongue......drooool!“
