“I love the food here and come about once per week. The place isn't fancy and the service can be super good one day and not so good the next. Sometimes they leave the front doors open when it is cold outside.My favorites are the vermicelli with bbq pork or the BBQ pork banh mi sandwich. My wife likes the stir fried Ramen and their rice dishes. Not a fan of their egg rolls.“

“This is truly a gem of a hole in the wall!! Almost literally, and I say that with respect and appreciation. This cute little eatery is easy to miss, being tucked in a very small strip mall (if it even qualifies as that!) between a small pharmacy and a laundromat, just south of the Arco on the corner of PCH and Pacific. But once you have eaten here, boy oh boy is it hard to forget!I come here about once every other week when I'm on a regular work schedule. Became hooked immediately with their unique bahn mi sandwiches and their pate chaud. Now I'm completely obsessed with their plant-based shrimp spring rolls and their grilled pork bun bowl. That bowl is the perfect balance of light and filling, flavorful and refreshing. It is one of my lunch go-to options. And the plant-based shrimp rolls are AMAZING. Obviously I'm not vegan, but this is an item that I enjoy so much despite it all.I have yet to try their pho. Maybe one of these days. They do have seating inside, but no restroom. Also, parking lot is small and shared, so I avoid coming during peak lunch hours, usually after 1 to pick up my food, and I've had no issues.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, flavorful too!Parking: Parking lot is pretty small and shared with a pharmacy, laundromat and discount store.“

“Didn't have to wait for a table on a Friday night for a party of two. I think if you're a larger party, you may have to wait. Got cha gio, pho tai chin, and a cafe sua da. The cha gio and cafe sua da was nothing special. Not the best I've had, but not bad at all. The star of the show was the broth of the pho. It was very tasty, with no overpowering notes from a singular spice. All the ingredients from the beef in the pho tai, to the vegetables served with the cha gio were very fresh.“

“Came for lunch on a weekday. Few people and light hearted atmosphere when we got there. Boss greeted us warmly and gave us recommendations. We got the numbers 12 and 15. The highlight here is the tender, delicious, fresh-tasting meats used. The portion is big and the staff provided quick service. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for quality meat and broth in their pho noodle soup.“

“This restaurant is a Vietnamese fusion restaurant. The menu is not diverse but everything is delicious. The beef tongue fried rice is very good, not sweet, fragrant, delicious. The Vietnamese salad is very refreshing to eat. Making the noodles in a self-cooking style might be a bit strange, but there's no coriander. It tastes like garlic. Service is superb.“

“This place is not bad, the restaurant was empty at 7pm Friday evening, not sure if this is a good sign but I like places that are quiet to eat in. Food came out within Mims, it was tasty yet not too overbearing with sauces. The durian smoothie though was not real fruit and too much dairy cream, only bad thing is when it rains, the restroom is behind the kitchen "outside" in the rear. I haven't tried their pho so I am sorry, too many pho restaurants in orange county. Try this place, it is casual dining and not much of a wait.“

“One of the best Bah Mi I have ever had! Came a few months ago and have been dying to come back. The taste and flavor is so good I think about it all the time. The service is amazing, too. The man who runs the store is very kind and gave us extra goodies like waffles, little bananas and free Jasmine ice tea. Absolute bang for your buck. We usually get the beef steak for $8.89 or the chicken bowl for $7.87, which is honestly a steal in this economy! Bowl upgrades are only $3 more, which I say is totally worth it. My favorite items were the Vietnamese steak and eggs (super tender meat and flavorful sauce) and the Cajun seafood platter (tender crawfish, shrimp, clams, and mussels). The $4 extra for live/fresh seafood is totally worth it. The seafood platter comes with delicious bread, which was perfect when dipped in the sauce! The crispy calamari was delicious (batter wasn’t too thick). The hot stone pho was average. I personally didn’t notice a significant difference between pho in a hot stone bowl vs regular pho. My bf loved the garlic noodles, but I thought it needed more flavor. All the items we got I would probably give 5/5 stars except for the pho and the garlic noodles, which I would give 3/5 stars“

Food was good, reasonably priced, with good portion size. The only complaint was that the meat was not tender. Either it was cut on the grain or needs to be tenderized.“

“While visiting Disneyland, I searched for and visited a Vietnamese restaurant.Located next to a shopping mall with Korean restaurants, about 20 minutes away by car.Parking is convenient and very friendly.The food prices are reasonable and above all, the portions are very large.I ordered large and had a lot left over, but ordering regular would still be enough.I recommend the rib rice noodles.Be careful because mix includes crucibles and parts.The taste of the rice noodles is pretty good, but the sweetness is quite strong, perhaps because of the American style.It would be nice to eat it once in a while when you get tired of American food.You can choose between thin and thick noodles.“

“BANH TET REVIEW--wow, their banh tet ($36) is nothing like I've ever seen before. It's packed with meat, both lean and fatty. The sweet rice is soft with just the perfect amount of green bean. Unlike other places that are packed with green bean and just 1 strip of meat with hard rice. Bought 1 yesterday and already almost finished it all by myself! It was so crowded, that server took order in advance, and as we were seated, server brought ordered food out within 15 mins.Banh cuon was very good, BCTT's iced water was different and specially great. Since we all poured nuoc mam over our banh coun, we all tried to finish everything. I've tried bctt at different restaurants, I like BCTT the most.
