“The staff was very friendly and provided good service. The food was delicious. My only complaint was that the ambient music started at a reasonable volume and progressively got louder and louder to the point where I nearly had to yell across the table. For the record, we were seated at 6 PM and finished at 7:30 PM“

“Indian and Mexican fusion is an incredible innovation. We got two burritos, the appetizer sampler, roti, paratha, a mango lassi, and a tea and everything was so delicious. They even brought us out some soup and rice pudding without us even asking for it. The soup was really comforting on that rainy day and the rice pudding was the perfect light and sweet note to end the meal with. I’m so glad we stumbled onto this place on the last day of our trip. “The food was very good. I ordered chicken tandoori, biryani, and garlic naan, and everything was fresh and tasty. However, the restaurant does not have a restroom. My kids needed to use the bathroom, and unfortunately, we were told no. For that reason, I would not return, as I prefer restaurants that have restroom facilities, especially when dining with children.“

“I've been going to Gill's for years. Everything I've had here has been over the top good. The flavors are amazing. The tandoori chicken is perfectly seasoned and smoky. All the curry based dishes are incredibly tasty. The coconut chicken is spot on. The average dish is $12-$15...what a deal! The restaurant is way in the back of the very old Stillwell Hotel. I happened to walk in once when they were unloading their groceries. LOTS of boxes of fresh produce. Not a bunch of canned and frozen stuff. That explains a lot of why the food is so good here. If you like Indian food, this is the place to go...and such a bargain!“

We tried a variety of dishes, including Alu vorta, Shutki vorta, Rui fish curry, chicken roast, duck curry and beef, plain rice, Tehari (to go), tea, doi, roshgolla, and Malai vog. Every single item was delicious and well-prepared. The flavors were authentic and reminded us of true Bangladeshi home-style cooking. The duck curry was especially tasty, and the vorta dishes were fresh and full of flavor. Desserts were also great and a perfect way to end the meal. When the food wasn’t picked up the restaurant went out of the way to track me down and reimburse the charge. This is a restaurant worth your businesses. “Authentic Indian flavours we tried lunch plate and 4 dishes between the 2 of us, all tasted good: saag paneer, chicken and lamb curry and dhal. All extra green and red chili sauces were tangy and fresh. The only minor point was rice was not basmati but it’s nice they offered a brown rice option. Highly recommend for a quick tasty lunch

“Yellow Dal, Chana, aloo saag, tikka masala, veg jalfrezzi, veg korma, eggplant curry, vindaloo, naan, roti — have ordered all these and more many times in last few years and it’s always good. Great Indian food, vegan and in general.

Anything over mild spice is too spicy and we like spicy, so I wouldn’t recommend going over medium at most.“

“Great Restaurant! I tried the Green Coconut Vegetable Curry and the Onion Bhanu and they were amazing. I would taste the coconut flavor in the curry and the bhaji was very fresh which made it a great appetizer. To add on, they serve Vegan Mango Lassi which was amazing and fresh! Everything is 100% Vegan, no problem! The business is week maintained and cares about the customers! The menu is very unique and look forward to trying something new! Definitely recommended!“

Amazing service, Very quiet, the temperature in the building is perfect and the seating is comfortable. Most importantly the food. The food is on another level.
