“The food here is really, really good. I came here to eat out with a friend of mine and ordered the house garlic noodles, Dungeness crab, and imperial rolls. I can't say much about the service since they gave me and my friend lots of time to catch up, so depending on what you expect, it's pretty good. That's why I gave service 4 stars. Good, but not exactly outstanding. The atmosphere is really nice. I would personally sit on a patio if it's offered, but that's completely your choice.“

“Ben Tre has good flavor with good portion size. In my opinion the spring rolls are some of the best. The soup is in the top groups if you like beef broth. The restaurant is very clean and they are consistent throughout there locations.I always get the rare beef with brisket soup and meatball spring roll. Occasionally I will get the shaking beef or the 5spice chicken and neither option will let you down. The garlic noodles are pretty good, not oily and good flavor of garlic. “The bowl size is big, the food is very hot and tasty. The noodle quality is top notch. I'm a ramen lover and this machine is fantastic! Great selection of ramen, rice bowls and other things. Hope they add more locations at hotels and public areas around major cities. It's a game changer, close to one of the things that make Japan a very cool country. Hope to see these great machines around the US too. Great job Yo-kai!“

“Tried a Togo order today had a pandan mochi waffle. Was amazing! The pandan was not an overwhelming taste the waffle was perfectly crispy on the outside and it had the perfect mochi gummy taste. Will definitely make a trip to Bambu again to try the other yummies!“

“Our new go-to for spring rolls and papaya salad!!! **Our favorites: Shrimp papaya salad Shrimp spring roll I appreciate how their shrimp spring rolls have slices of pork and crunchy thick cucumbers. The peanut sauce is also perfectly thick and not runny. I dislike when the peanut sauce is too runny or too thick. The papaya salad is SO refreshing and the shrimp was C L E A N and sliced perfectly. Such a cute store name and the staff are very friendly and sweet. Parking is very very limited as there are stores next door within the tiny plaza.“

“Speedy takeout with friendly service and a great deal for $8. I usually go for grilled pork but has the combination and it didn’t disappoint — nice crispy bread, adequate amount of fillings, perfect ratios. Will be back to try grilled pork next!“
