“The food here is excellent. Definitely staples of South Indian cuisines. I love their vada sambar and coffee. Their coffee is especially spectacular. While the food is really good, I feel they add a little too much asafoetida in the sambar and that causes some bloating.“

“Visited this restaurant with family on thanksgiving day for lunch. I had veg thali, kids had paneer butter masala and parotta, chola battura, and combo tiffin #1. Food was fresh, flavorful, and hot. The thali was unlimited they served any dish you ask for again. The vegetables on the thali were fresh and tasty. They served avarakkai as a side dish which is not cheap vegetable as it is more cooked in southern India and not grown widely in US. Will recommend this place for good vegetarian light meal. The food had no preservatives or msg as you don't feel heavy after eating“

“We tried this place today. Ordered pani puri, masala puri, dahi puri , muntha masala and an egg puff. All the dishes are excellent. The pani puri was really good. The egg puffs was nice and flavorful reminiscent of puffs I've had back in the day. Muntha masala is a must try item from them. I havent seen this in this bay area. This reminded me of my childhood.“

“Stopped for a late night quick bite, quick service, excellent variety of food choices, both veg(us) and non-veg. So many times coming back from shows and movies late in the evening, we need food, and if you are craving Indian, a sure stop.
Vegetarian options: 4 choices for each Biriyani with varying spice levels.“

“I’ve only been here once but tried a variety of dishes and they were all very good. It was hard to find the restaurant at first, it’s in the shopping center on the border of Pleasanton and Livermore and it’s inside a food court in that shopping center. You walk in and it’s the first restaurant on the right. They have an incredible menu of Indian and Nepalese cuisine. The momo is succulent with different sauce options. The noodles were freshly stir fried with a good amount of seasoning and oil. I liked their butter chicken and rice too but the portion was a little small. I will definitely return to try the other chow mein.“

“We hosted an event at Curry Kona. and I must tell you, what a smooth process it has been while planning, coordination, deciding menu, etc. with Sheena. She is very accommodating and welcoming. She and her staff were on their toes before, during and after the event. Loved the Kathi Rolls and appetizers. All the guests went home happy. She showed utmost hospitality and happily customized the food for one of our guests due to some dietary restrictions. Highly recommend this place.“

“Food is good and place is okay. Not fancy.Felt the dishes are little high priced based on the place, ambience and restaurant and taste and service. I would say it is a casual restaurant to have Indian food with variety, not a fun place with big friends group though.“

“If you’re looking for a pizza place with a large variety, this it is! Not only do they have your traditional pizzas on the menu, but they have a great selection of Indian-fusion Pizzas as well! To top it off, they’ve got a ton of craft beers on tap, and they’re constantly bringing in new ones! Terrific atmosphere!“

“I have been ordering from here ever since they opened in Pleasanton a few years ago. What's astonishing is the way they maintain consistency of taste from day one and how they keep it authentic to Chettinad roots. The staff including Daniel are very friendly and service oriented. This place deserves a 5 star.“

There is something for everyone because the dosas are crispy and loaded with delicious fillings. the staff members are quite pleasant. Also, the staff members are quite pleasant.
