“Super fun lunch with a friend who introduced me to this restaurant in the Ranch 99 complex.We shared the salt and pepper tofu, Sichuan style twice cooked pork bacon, spicy garlic eggplant, crispy noodle chicken and pan fried chive turnover.Everything was super fresh and steaming hot. The tofu fried to perfection and soft & silky inside.We agreed to try item we had never had before and the twice cooked pork bacon and crispy noodle chicken were two of those items. The pork was very flavorful with the perfect heat level, and the crispy noodles under the layer of delicious chicken, mushrooms and fresh Vegis lent the perfect texture. The chive turnover was a fun dish.Our server, and everyone at the was friendly and helpful.
