There's no sign or anything so it's good that I had looked it up prior. Door was open (which meant 3 big flies hovering), Halloween episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer playing (followed by a Halloween Freaks and Geeks); no AC. Unfortunately no gyoza available which I wanted to try but I got the spam musubi, single smash burger and fries. Spam musubi didn't have any fry on the spam and something in my 2 pieces was super crunchy, and the seaweed was difficult for me to bite through. The fries were fresh cut and amazing, GREAT portion. And the single smash burger is SO worth the hype! But beware that it is messy and there's like a whole onions worth on it so if we get to go back, I'll be requesting lite onion and lite sauce. Really good meal I'm glad I got to enjoy.”

It was a hot day, but the beautiful outdoor dining area was cool and breezy underneath the beautiful trees. Our waitress was knowledgeable, wonderfully friendly, and attended to all our needs. Each of us ordered a different item on the menu and I had to taste everything. I had the Spanish omelette, which was delicious, the burger seems like a very popular item understandably because that along with the delicious fries was exceptional. Enchiladas with mole were a wonderful treat, and the French toast was probably the hit of the table. This wonderful brunch dish was not exceptionally sweet, which made it so perfect. Some places just overdo it with the sweetness. We will definitely be going back many times to tryout dinners and more of the selections on all of the menus. I will also be spreading the word because this is probably my favorite place in Orange County now. Thank you Benchmark for a fantastic experience!”

I have to admit our server wasn’t great, I felt like we kept making eye contact with her and she never came to check on us. “What a pleasant surprise to find this little place tucked in the Santa Ana/Tustin area on Glassell and Fairhaven in the Big Lots shopping strip. Bangkok Taste is small eatery, would probably seat about 30 people but the flavors are pretty big. We didn't have a large supper because we were on our way to a party where there would be more food. But we couldn't eat at the party because we were so full from a plate each pad see ew pork and chicken, angel wings, massaman curry, rice and mango sticky rice to finish it off. What a feast! Plenty leftover for today's lunch. The only thing we didn't finish was the mango sticky rice. The coconut milk was a bit watery, almost no flavor which was a contrast to the absolutely heavenly coconut massaman curry. We don't live in the area but we visit a few times a month so we'll be back and take our time. Friendly and prompt service, great first experience, clean tables and chairs. Loved it!
Parking: It's a strip mall and they're three doors down from Big Lots so there's plenty of parking if you can't find anything directly in front of the eatery.”

It’s actually enough for three maybe four people depending on hungry or I ordered the regular sized chicken, ribs and beef plate with rice, cabbage, and macaroni, and it was too much to eat. I threw away about a third of it. The meats were all overly sauced and a bit salty with sort of concerns me because this is how restaurants and grocery stores hide the fact that the meat is getting old or stale or whatever but they use lots of sodium and sauces to disguise the fact that the meat is going bad, but edible was too much of a mayonnaise paradise the rice was very good. The best part of the meal was actually the cabbage.”

“This is a very well kempt Weinerschnitzel, period! The staff is well trained and always busy. You can see them cleaning windows and sweeping outside if not busy serving customers. The food comes out quickly and is always wrapped with care. (I hate when there's more chili on the wrapper than the hot dog, which means they pushed the wrapper into the chili to make it look like there's a lot of chili). The fries were a "little bit limp and soggy" but, no different than any other Weinerschnitzel. The new meatball sandwich is good 😊 Veggies were crisp on my Chicago dog, very nice 👍”

I noticed most people were getting their orders ahead and picking them up.
I decided to try two things. Teriyaki chicken burrito and Udon with beef. Also they have their House Made Ginger sauce that would probably be good on anything, but was great on my burrito.
Rice in the burrito was delicious! Was the same color as teriyaki sauce. I don't know how they did it, but I loved it! Chicken was obviously really good with it too.
Was a good size burrito, I didnt think it alone would fill me up, but actually with all the rice I was quite full.
I had a few bites of the Udon I ordered before I asked for a To-Go container. Was also really good. The noodles had a beefy taste and the beef was also very flavorful.
I suggest trying the Ginger Sauce they make also. I don't think I'd say it's especially ginger-ey. It's more sweet then anything. So even if you're not crazy about Ginger. You really should try it.”
