“Always the best food, service, and hospitality in Sonoma. A couple of recent additions to the menu were out of this world...a trout tartare, and a seared tuna that had the most wonderful light sauce that had a tad bit of heat. Wine list is locally focused and continues to be one of the best in wine country. I've never had an experience here that wasn't outstanding.“

“So our family has a friendly competition to locate the best fish tacos anywhere. And I am a chili relleno snob so we stopped here on my daughter-in-law's suggestion and unfortunately she wins or maybe fortunately? The fish tacos were better than anything I've ever had and the chili Anna was above average so I can strongly recommend this place for the food. We had to wait about 10 minutes at the register even though they were open at 11:00 which bothers me a little bit because if you're going to open the front door you should be ready to go. But other than that the food came out promptly and was beyond amazing“

“At our advanced age we have not caught up the rapid increase in the cost of eating out...but that is what it is. Ignoring that fact of the cost of living today, our view of the quality of food and service stands alone, and that view is that we had a marvelous meal and the service was excellent. We will probably return to enjoy that food and service again soon.“

“Cute little place! Food was quite good. Not as many local wine options, but still good! Crispy rice was pretty good as well as the butter beans. Salad and bread were amazing!!! Best bread and olive oil I’ve ever had, as simple as they are.“
“This place has been on my list for a while, I have driven by so many times and it always catches my eye. I am *so* glad I stopped by, I officially have a new go-to lunch spot! There's seating inside and outside, the food is so dang flavorful (I could go for more of their toum anytime), and the portions are perfect. I can't recommend this place enough!“

“Wow! This is the best ice cream spot in Sonoma! I had the butter prickle- their most popular flavor. It was delicious! They have a nice sitting area right outside where you can enjoy your ice cream as you catch the sunset or enjoy the day. There’s also accessibility for wheelchairs! I was blown away by the quality of the ice cream. I will be back!Wheelchair accessibility: It is available!“

“What a great little find - they have a great bar and cocktails. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We shared the tenderloin for 2 and were very happy as the meat was prepared very well w/good flavor. The Desserts are ample for 2 people. I was pretty astounded at how much food the chef and sous chef produce and prepare very well in one of the smallest but most efficient kitchens I have every seen. Will definitely go back when I return to Sonoma next time.“

“Great service from the staff. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful as I needed a gluten free & dairy free option. The dairy free cheese blend was the best I have ever had.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free (not celiac) and dairy free. The vegan cheese on the pizza was the best I’ve ever had.“

“Had lunch there today with 3 of my friends. We are all locals. It was such a lovely experience! Food was delicious…. I’m a vegetarian and had no problem choosing my dish…. There are also Vegan dishes available. The atmosphere is relaxing and the service was excellent. I must mention the French Fries…. There are several restaurants in Sonoma that serve delicious fries but these are the best. I’m looking forward to many more enjoyable meals there!“

“This little cafe was cute. I loved the old fashioned bar stools. It right out of the 50's. I had the cheese burgers that came with fries. It was juicy and the bread was fresh. My friend had the TLB sandwich and clam chowder. The chowder was thick and hit the spot perfectly per my friend. The waitperson was friendly.“

“We arrived at the shop an hour prior to closing to celebrate our daughter's birthday who recently turned 21. We met Ori who was jovial and very hospitable. It was our 1st time here so he explained to us that after the wine tasting he will find the right bottle of wine for each of us. Ori started off with asking if we were looking for red, white, or both. Then the next question was if we like dry or fruity wine. We wanted both so he started us off with a bottle of dry white and asked us if we liked it then based on your answer he will let you taste different type of wine from small locally grown winery until he found the right bottle for each of the taster. We went thru the same process with red wines. Even though Ori does not drink wine, but he is very knowledgeable enjoys his job, very lively, fun, patience so it made our wine tasting experience very memorable . If you have never drank wine or does not know what you want to drink, I highly recommend visiting Ori and go thru the process. It will save you tons of money trying to figure out what kind of wine fits your taste. My wife and daughters walked out if their half drunk due to the amount of wine Ori offered to us. Very highly recommend you visit this shop“

“Food was so delicious!! We had their special Western Fried Chicken Sandwich. Flavor was on point and chicken was juicy and didn't have to much breading. Also got a coffee shake the flavor was great but I was hoping for more of a thick shake. Staff was super friendly and we got our food fairly quickly since they were very busy. We are so glad we finally stopped by but sad it was their last day opened. Prices are reasonable for the price of food these days.“

“This was the second time there. Fabulous place. Our waiter was so great. I had the lamb and my wife had the scallops. Two fantastic meals. For dessert we wanted two boxes of cookies and the milkshakes so our waiter fixed us up. When we go to Sonoma we always come to Girl and the Fig. Great location and wonderful staff. Couldn't have asked for the best way to end a day of wine tasking in Dry Creek.“

“We enjoy this restaurant every time we come to Sonoma square. The burgers and pappardelle are great! The service is also quick and friendly. I would say they could work on the ambiance - the placement of food orders is up front which isnt visually pleasing.“

“Found this delicious small family owned spot on our trip to Sonoma this March. Food was delicious! Chilaquiles divorciados were top-notch! The Capirotada/Bread Pudding was our favorite topped with strawberries, blueberries, and lechera! I'd post a picture, but they were gone when they hit the table!“

“In Sonoma it is not real easy to find a restaurant open on Tuesday or Wednesday. Luckily we found Jacob's. This is a small family business. The service and staff are great. The server recommend wines were very good. We ordered bruschetta 4/5, calamari 5/5, and a pizza half Sonoma 5/5 and half ham and pineapple 5/5. The pizza crust is very good.“

“Genuinely one the best places I've ever been. The food is amazing, it makes you happy to eat it, it makes your body feel good, I love it here. The staff are so kind, I was having a tough day and the woman who works there noticed and hugged me, she was so kind, and everyone who works there is very nice. You cannot go wrong eating here, amazing.“

“Our family has been enjoying Taste of Himalayas for over a decade. When life gets busy and we don't have the time and energy to prepare a home cooked meal we often turn to TofH. Their warm welcomes and dishes obviously prepared with love have warmed our souls. Thank you for all the years, we love you.“

“We just discovered Monday Bakery and not being morning people so much have only gone for the Sandwiches at Lunch. Inspired!! The place is bright and airy with a very casual place to sit out back. They clearly emphasize the food and seemed to have focused on leaving the atmosphere casual and not ultra chic and pretentious. We love it and are ready to take it to the next level with the pastries n' such.“

“Stopped in for breakfast while touring wine country. Split the breakfast burrito, it was fantastic!! I have lived in Texas for about 20 years and this probably the best burrito I have had. Also it’s huge!! Like I said we split it and we still had leftovers for lunch. Don’t let them hold back on the salsa, it’s excellent!!“

“Omg the stuffed artichoke and fish tacos here are Devine. We came when it was very busy but managed to get a seat quickly. We stopped at the bar first and were able to get some drinks from an awesome and quick bar tender. Our party visited 3 times in our 4 day vacation to Sonoma so you could say we liked it. The bathrooms are very nice and clean and it wasn’t a super far walk from the square if you are hoping to avoid an Uber.Vegetarian options: The artichoke is to die for. They have an excellent menu.Parking: There is a lot of different kinds of parking around. Even though the place was packed there was lots of street parking around. I believe lots of people walk.“

“The atmosphere and food at Della Santina's feels like you are in a courtyard in Italy. The food is excellent and the portions are very big. There was a nice list of Italian and California wines by the glass. This is my 3rd time eating at this restaurant and I will definitely dine there again!“

“Cozy, quaint, and comfortable. I knew it would be a positive experience when Aneta welcomed me warmly and continued to provide friendly attentive service despite being extremely busy. She was very helpful with both food and wine recommendations which turned out to be spot on! A delicious salmon dinner and satisfying wine in good company. Highly recommended!“

“1st time here, went for lunch. Wonderful interior and really nice, big bar. We were greeted immediately by Francisco, who took us to a great table for 2. Excellent service, filled our water glasses ( which, as an aside are really beautiful), asked if we wanted any thing else to drink. As we'd been told, the Maya margaritas were really good, so we got a couple of those, upgraded to Top Shelf. Excellent! We both got the prawn enchiladas, which were really amazingly good...I was hesitant, b/c it's got a tarragon cream sauce, and tarragon is not one of my favorite flavor profiles. BUT, it really was so good! The enchilada is done in a ? spinach tortilla and it all married together so beautifully. My dh got the same thing and he absolutely loved it! Francisco brought us a complimentary shot of peant butter tequila; absolutely phenomenal! We topped off the meal with the chocolate cake dessert, which is a ( I think) flourless cake, but very rich and decadent, topped with some ? Vanilla ice cream with a fudge/chocolate drizzle and sliced fresh strawberries and mango. The entire experience from walking thru the door until we walked out was just perfect ( except when I spilled half my margarita ) and we can't wait to go back ! Treat yourself and go here.“

“Plenty of photos to accompany this review. The grounds are beautiful and the service was very attentive. I did not realize there is no dinner service here which surprised me a bit. The lemonade was not the powder kind and the dishes were all excellent except one. Brussel sprouts, the oversize onion rings, Chicken sandwich, Pork sandwich, and salad with shrimp were all very tasty. My question (I do not know the answer for sure so the potential single star beat down did not take place) is around the poke entree. The poke looks very much like the standard fish obtained from restaurant depot. Just like the seaweed salad that most places use from this supplier. I bring this up since the overall quality of the food here was high so I would hope they do not leverage that generic supplier for this dish. All in all, it is a five star establishment.“
