Family owned shop with the mom and son working when my friend and I went in. So much variety, and the price point is low for all you’re getting.This is a bakery making old school, classic recipes. They veganized so many items that you can’t find in most places. The chocolate chip cookies were delicious, concha’s super tasty, Tres Leches was chef’s kiss, turnover amazing, danish great, cupcakes yum, eclairs fantastic and empanadas scrumptious. “I just went to Red Maple Cafe for the first time today and really enjoyed the experience. My wife mother and daughter all loved our food and the ambiance. The fried chicken and waffles were very flavourful and unique because of the blackberry sauce they served with the waffles. The fried chicken was juicy crispy and flavorful. The blackberry sauce also mixed nicely with some hot sauce! The brisket burrito my wife got was very good, flavorful and tender brisket. Their house breakfast potatoes were also very good. Spiced but not spicy so that even my daughter approved and enjoyed. Their custom coffees were very fun too as you can have them take a picture of your choosing and put it on the cream of their coffee!Our server Brian was also excellent and attentive. Very helpful and patient. We could not have asked for a better first experience and server.Thank you Red Maple we will be back !“
“The food here is unmatched. The best tacos and salsa around by far. The service? Not super amazing, but it made for a more intentional dining experience, and I don't mind that. Truly though, the steak tacos set a new bar for me. Amazing work in the kitchen. Great cocktails too!“
“It is a great little restaurant! First, let's start out with they have valet parking which was nice and we didn't have to worry about finding a parking space! The ambience in the restaurant was exceptional! I think the owner of the restaurant actually came to our table and asked us if we were okay, which was very nice! it was Easter brunch with three courses, and each course came out very quickly so we weren't sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting for the next part of the meal to come out! The staff was very professional. The food was delicious! there was four of us and we each got something different, and all of it was very very very good! They also have a full bar with specialty cocktails and great wine!“
“I saw some comments about “not great food” and absolutely disagree with them! Among great cocktails and lots of draft beer variations they have very delicious food - we got artichoke deep and blue cheese burger - all was super delicious! They have a patio too for big crowds. Will come back for sure!“
“The menu offers a big variety of dishes that really taste like the way done in mexico. The prices are very reasonable. Indoor seating is a bit too claustrophobic for me so I preferred the tables outside which are next to heaters, so it was a comfortable dinner.“
“Always have the most enjoyable interactions here with the staff since I started coming here in October of last year. I cant remember the girls name who has always helps me but she's is great and so was the gentleman who helped me today. . .So warm and helpful. The drinks are just delicious and the buffalo cauliflower doesn't disappoint as well. Every time I walk in it feels like fresh of breathe air, great vibes, makes me want to work here. So glad is walking distance from my job. 10/10“
“First time to Sweetsalt! I came to the reopening mainly because Frank Bonventre, former head pastry chef for Wolfgang Puck, the Oscars, and Joan's on Third, is now the new pastry chef!! I was excited...Mr. Bonventre is a legend in Los Angeles and Sweetsalt had become a go to place for breakfast (they serve it with a salad side!!!) and lunch. Gorgeous place...who knew the this old building in Toluca had such great bone!!!??!! Service was great and friendly...and the food...OMG (I had the lettuce cups, flourless chocolate cake, breakfast muffins). It was soooo delicious and reasonably priced... Such a great meeting place. It's a magnet for people of all ages...what a find!!“
“Best Mexican food out the in my opinion. Premium ingredients are incredibly rare for Mexican food and sharkeys uses the best. Wild caught, organic, and grass-fed. The salsas are delicious and chips come with each meal. Prices are comparable to most other restaurants and the flavors and overall dining experience is far superior. Highly recommend this spot for lunch or dinner. Outstanding in all categories.“
“I was in the area late in the evening and went on Yelp to see if there was a place open late that had tacos. Luckily, Tacos Palacios was open. I made my way down to check it out. The taco truck was parked at a gas station and had 2 picnic tables for dining. It was really cold outside. The owner, who was nice and polite, was working and helped take my food order. They have a big menu. I saw that they had tacos with handmade tortillas, so I definitely ordered two tacos with handmade tortillas, one with chicken and one with carne asada. Both tacos were delicious. They have a good spicy green salsa. I was still a bit hungry, so I ordered a burrito de al pastor. The meat was flavorful. I didn't realize that the burrito came with fries, but they were inside the burrito. They tasted good. It was my first time having fries in a burrito. The prices were higher than you would expect for 3 items ($22.50), but I think it has to do with the location. I will stop by again when I am in the area.“

“We found a healthy eating treasure in Burbank called Tocaya Modern Mexican. It's a clean cafeteria-like atmosphere in which you can order from your table using a QR code or walk up and order from the cashier. My son called it a new age type business where cash is unacceptable. The food is clean, old-world, and fresh with classic flavors. I enjoyed the Baja fish tacos; the hot sauce brought the flavor out. The corn bowl was excellent, too. The strawberry basil drink was refreshing, along with the sangria. The service was perfect. We will be returning.Vegetarian options: Excellent Variety“
“This is a great Korean American fusion spot. The staff have a lot of heart! And of course the food hits right. I had the Galbi Burger which was quite unique, the beef was marinated with Asian flavors. I loved it. I do wish the portion size was bigger though.Lots of options here for vegans and vegetarians too.Parking is so-so, as is the case with most places on this street.Small sidewalk patio with sunny seating. Very nice.“
