“Despite living in L.A. throughout most of the 1990s, I never even knew Panns existed until I began coming back to L.A. to visit family. I am so sorry I missed out on what could have been so many great memories coming here as a teenager. I generally don't eat inside restaurants, and there aren't a whole lot of diners that I've had experiences in at all, but this place immediately made me feel like I had been coming for years. I went with my cousin and his girlfriend (regulars) and we had a great dining experience. I thought that this was the diner from "Pulp Fiction, but it's not. The pancakes are the best in L.A County. I didn't have the chicken and waffles, but I will next time. The staff are friendly, and the customers always come off as nice and happy to be here. Pann's is now my first/last stop on my way from/to the airport.“
“Susana Excellent, friendly service. This was our first time here. We were very pleased with the value and quality. While a lot of places have raised there prices a lot Dennys seems to be trying to keep their menu affordable. Their coffee is awesome!“
“The service was super fast they took us, a party of 3, in immediately. The food was delicious best of any Denny's I have had. The only thing better than the food was our server Jose R. He was supper attentive, my cup was always full and honestly super nice!I will be definitely be returning to this Denny's whenever I have a chance“
“A fantastically cozy breakfast diner right next to LAX. I have made it a ritual to have Wendy's before an early flight and it makes the whole airport experience much better. Great staff, great food, great prices, great atmosphere, great crowd.“
“I had the trout dish, spinach and mash potatoes. I would've given it five stars, but the flavor was a bit unseasoned. However, it was perfectly cooked and fresh. I would of course return and try more things! My mentor had the French toast dish, we came here on her mention and it was wonderful. We saw outside and could see the ocean from our view - the overall ambience was incredible. I seen a sign saying that it was open all night and I think that is really awesome! I can't wait to return. “Good food. Good menu. Brought a couple friends, we had the Greek omelette, the guacamole omelette, and a breakfast burrito. All great. Biscuits were great but my burrito friend ate half of them. Potatoes are the russet variety, nit my thing, but, they cooked them properly. Service was good and friendly. Enjoyed the vibe and the decor. We took a moment after lunch to peruse the 1940s era posters and newspapers on the walls. Interesting. We will be back again“
“I always order the tuna melt from here which is delicious. I think this is a great spot to stop at if you're from around the area. The service isn't the fastest but once you get your food you're pleased. The inside isn't the nicest but it has that hometown feel to it.“
“First time trying biscuits in gravy and wow so delicious I threw in some bacon strips which made them extra delish, amazing waffles (fresh fruit), awesome service. Luckily one of the workers pointed us inside while my bf and I were in the rain in search of waffles so happy coincidence ?“
“It's a Denny's, but it's well kept and they play pretty decent music on the speakers. Our server Maria was amazing, we had a steady stream of fresh coffee and the food was piping hot when it came out. It's classic American Diner Breakfast fare, but for $6.99 for a full breakfast what's not to love. Great spot and we will be back again to have breakfast with Grandpa.“
“Me and my family had an amazing experience. Food was amazing and the service was even better our server Brianna made sure we got our food and drinks right away . She constantly asked if we needed anything and her energy was amazing ! I will definitely be coming back .“
“An interesting cafe location inside a bowling alley, but it gives you that homey island life like you would find in Hawaii. We ordered a bunch of dishes to try and test out the authenticity and I must say they are all legit. Their Misoyaki Butterfish has a nice texture, a bit of sweetness and flavor from Miso and a buttery taste. The Lau Lau (steamed pork wrapped inside Taro leaves) and Kim Chi fried rice with Portuguese sausages are savory and super flavorful to each bite. The Saimin (Hawaiian soft wheat egg noodles with char siu) is exactly how it should taste just like in Hawaii. We got a Loco Moco plate to go and it did not disappoint because the gravy has a nice texture and flavor to it. We will definitely be back in the near future to try other dishes.“
“Myraim is very nice and took our order. We were seated right away, and our food did not take long. The apple pie ala mode did it for me that is my review on the pie. I will be returning for some more pie. Mmmmmmm......pie.My son had a burger practically stacked almost to the ceiling. I am surprised he managed to eat the entire burger. I regret not taking a pic of the burger. He said it was so good he almost went into a food coma.Dietary restrictions: Has a section in the menu.Kid-friendliness: Menu and ?Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.“
“truly the greatest experience. Had a party of 40+ people. Our servers were Maria, Cynthia and Arturo and WOW! They were absolutely amazing, kind, and patient with my party. Orders and requests made left and right. Kids running amuck, but these 3 stayed professional and patient. I will definitely return. The customer service from Maria, Cynthia and Arturo is definitely a reason to return. Thank you MALIA, CYNTHIA and ARTURO.“
“I LOVE THE VIBE OF THIS PLACE -- Old Fashioned. The customer service was real good too. When we walked in, we were greeted & told to sit wherever. The waiter answered the questions we had about the menu & then recommended a few things to us. We ended up getting the 2 things that he recommended -- The International Omelette & The Three Stooges. My fiance said the bacon was cooked perfectly unlike the bacon he had at Denny's. My daughter loved the Belgian waffle & ate the whole thing. My other daughter had the kids breakfast meal & she ate everything -- eggs, bacon, pancakes. I had the omelette & it was interesting how they put the regular square cheese on top of the finished omelette instead of putting shredded cheese on the inside. There was definitely a lot of meat in that omelette. However, I couldn't finish the hash browns because it did taste a little off for me, idk if it was because it was too oily. Also, when the other waitress gave our food, we were just sitting there waiting because there weren't enough forks so we had to ask for more when she came by but I like how she apologized. Another thing I liked is how we didn't have to wait for our check & how she dropped the check off to us when she saw we were almost finished & said "no rush. whenever you're ready." It made our time there go by smoothly because when having small children, you know how they get when they're done eating & just want to play around so you want to get out of there asap lol.“
“Excellent service, good size burrito. Not too small and not too big. The only thing is I wish it had a just a little more bacon strip bits. I definitely reccomend this location for breakfast. It also had good coffee. Oh and hazelnut and French vanilla creamer, some breakfast locations don't carry them and I'm glad they did.“
“The food and service were good I had no complaints. There aren't that many vegetarian options except breakfast. The dining room can use a remodel. There's some imperfections on the floor and walls but it's not that big of a deal. Still find this better than the norms on “
“Don’t Order the potatoes !!! Go for the fries or hash browns. Service was great,And the food was delicious. Came in with a group of 6, and we were served very well. Waited about an hour for a table. While all the food was great, the potatoes were extremely sad, no flavor, seasoning and tasted like just boiled potato. Other than that, everything is great. Bathroom accessible.“
“Absolutely love this place. My family and I have been coming here for years. Unfortunately, they have decreased their portions but the quality of the food remains the same. I always get the Machaca Omelette- it is my favorite. The biscuits with gravy are also delicious. Everything is delicious! The staff is always friendly. It's a diner so you will get the diner atmosphere and service. Love this place!!!!“
“My second time here and I ordered the pecan and banana pancake combo with portuguese sausage. The sausage was delicious and the pancakes were amazing. I put a little butter and syrup on the pancakes and think next time I would just use a little more butter and no syrup. The pancakes were sweet just by themselves. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.“
“My sister and I came in on September 16th (a little before noon). We had a wonderful visit. Heleina (the hostess) was very pleasant and professional. And, our server (FERNANDO) was amazing!!! He really "took care of us". And, the food was great!!! Becky (the manager) "runs that Denny's real nice!"“
“The pizza, donuts, and smoothies are always fire ? and affordable prices, while supporting local businesses ????Vegetarian options: Can make your pizza fully vegetarian!Parking: Parking lot has a lot of pot holes so be careful but it’s free parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Access to building but hard to open door by yourself“
“I go here after work now because it's atmosphere has changed quite a bit and it's due to customer service and servers like Vincent he is absolutely awesome. His personality and his professionalism goes above and beyond. He does everything for you to have a great meal at Denny's he gets 100% for customer service“
“Iggy's has some the best tasting fries I've had. And, I love fries. Everything we ordered good. And, the price is right!Vegetarian options: I had an egg and potato breakfast burrito at lunchtime; it tasted good, well seasoned no need for anything else. Everything we ordered there was good.Parking: Parking Sketchy.Wheelchair accessibility: yes, wide doors and lanes“
“The pan has nailed all fundamentals in running a diner. Food is great, service is always great & coffee is top notch. I have tried the steak & eggs $(23)amazing, chicken & waffle $19 eh the chicken piece was small you’re better off with the AmazING BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN if you’re up to getting a little naughty , comes with a cornbread pancake under the meal so the tasty sauce is kinda making it all even better. In terms of flavor & experience Buttermilk Fried chicken is the go to. Orange juice freshly squeezed & tasty lemonade. I’ll keep coming back.“
“Great little local spot. They have a really good breakfast menu and basically serve everything. They have burgers, breakfast, Mexican food, a pastrami menu, and an American classic like their Tuna Melt. We've just begun to explore the menu, and so far, everything has been great. The portions are generous, the meat is good quality and fresh, and the prices are reasonable. The food does take a while to come out, but you can really tell it's well made. Even the chicken in their quesadillas taste freshly fire grilled. Definitely worth a try if in the area.“
“This Ruby's Diner is one of my daughter's favorite places to hang out. Watching the skaters and Hockey players from a slightly warmer perspective with the American Diner atmosphere and music is fun. The burgers and shakes are great and so is the service.“
“Danny's menu used to be better. Especially for breakfast. Not many choices. Used to have corn beef hash, but nowadays, no more.Service wise around the tables is average ( will come by when needed ) but they wuld prefer @ least 18% tip. Really? When they don't even come by to really check with u if everything is ok. Or even a short chit chatParking: AvailableKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
