They add the tip on the total, So be careful not to double tip the server. (Unless you want to!) Strip mall has free parking, but the entire area is busy, so you may have trouble finding a spot.“
“I really can't say enough about how good Kashiwa Ramen is; I love it so much I've eaten here several times in the last two weeks.This has to be one of the best ramen spots in OC currently. It originally started in Japan and came over to the States. In terms of quality, it definitely seems authentic.I've tried several items on the menu, and every time, it's delicious. I highly recommend dining in, but even if you order to go, or through doordash, it always comes piping hot and high quality.Today, I tried the Tsukumen, which is hard to find at other shops because it is a traditional dipping noodle where you dip it in the soup. I would highly recommend trying their tonkatsu ramen, although they also have other great items like smaller portion chashu rice bowls, which I swear the meat is so soft and tender. The chashu pork comes out great every time. The soft boiled egg is perfection. Both the straight and wavy noodles are wonderful. They also have a swirl broth, which is absolutely delicious; it's a mix of their pork and chicken broth together. They also have green tea, which tastes really crisp and fresh. They also have chicken if you don't eat pork.Overall, I really love Kashiwa and plan to continue frequenting it. The only critique I can give is that I wish the waitresses would check in on the tables at least once or twice every so often. Everyone is so kind and polite and the service is very fast. “A&J has been one of my favorite spots for Taiwanese food for the past 7-8 years. I initially came here with my sister all those years ago to get from beef rolls. Over the years, I began taking my friends and they once accused me of "gatekeeping" A&J from them because of how delicious their food is. My personal favorites whenever I come to A&J are the beef rolls, scallion pancakes, and sesame peanut noodles (113 on the menu). The beef rolls are a classic dish with tender beef and green onion wrapped around a crispy scallion pancake. The sesame peanut noodles are great if you enjoy noodles coated in a creamy sauce. My favorite thing to do is to order extra scallion pancakes on the side so that you can dip it in the leftover sesame peanut sauce after you finish your noodles! A&J will always be a staple when it comes to Taiwanese food and I will always find a reason to come back! :)“

The bowl size is a very good portion, actually a bit big for me. I could only finished half of it. I had the tossed noodle and hubby got the broth one. Although the tossed noodle has good flavor, I have to say I prefer the broth one better. I can taste the flavors of the shrimp peels being roasted before shimmered into the broth, so much depth and richness. Now I know which one to get next time. “This is one of my favorite places to stop in Fullerton whenever I’m passing through LA sometimes I will detour out of my way just to stop here.If you’re lucky, you can park on the street but if not, there’s a parking structure across the street with lots of parking.You have to walk down the alley to get to the location which can be kind confusing because sometimes Google maps leads you wrong.When you arrive it’s seat yourself, but sometimes they will help you choose a table if it’s a little bit busier.My favorite dish is the RBK, which is Ramen with the sauce and flavor of dukbokki. The meat is always good and they give you two halved eggs. It’s very spicy and I usually can only eat half which leaves me with leftovers.The soy garlic wings are really good as well as the K-pop tacos. They’re jiggae isn’t something crazy good but it’s still pretty delicious.The only issue I’ve had here is the maybe 10 times I’ve been there is one waitress who doesn’t like to write down any orders and when I went last time, she tried to memorize our order which was only two things and she got them all wrong. I was given Seoul Ramen instead of the Ramen bokki and she added cheese to my already wrong Ramen order when it was supposed to go on the dukbokki dish. They let me keep the Ramen and made my actual order, but it was about another 10 minutes of waiting.Other than that, it’s a great place. You can also order pick up and it’s been very good that way too. I just prefer to eat in if I can.“
