Available through doordashz grubhub and ubereats this small chain biz has an incredible creamy vegan ramen, spicy lemon grass ramen, veggie spring rolls, tofu nuggets, shishito peppers, edamame, rice bowls, salads, soups and lots of traditional Japanese and ramen dishes that will please your taste buds times two. They have some decent outdoor seating, but incredibly indoor and a huge parking lot in back. The service is always good and usually very personable. A unique Japanese cuisine eatery with some LA Valley flavor and modern plant-based flare.“

“Japanese ramen chain in the Century City Mall. Came here for dinner with a friend and had no reservation, but we were able to get seated immediately. Credit cards accepted. You pick out your customized ramen via a piece of paper and you can also opt for appetizers. A vegetarian option is available. We got edamame to split and I opted for the red king, which had a good amount of spice. Compared to the Manila location, the portions were on the smaller side, but we still left satisfied. You can customize the spice level, noodle type, and the toppings. Service was a bit rushed but still friendly. Overall, it’s a good spot to have a meal on a cold night.“

“The place itself is tiny, but the service is impressive! The owner himself greeted us and answered questions about the menu, then gave us samples. Ended up getting the Hawaiian Poke combo with 1/2 cucumber and seaweed salad, and a ginger ale. My favorite thing off the menu is hands down the seaweed salad. The poke was good, I think that because it’s intended to be a new take on poke itself, I was a little disappointed. I just happen to love the typical assembly line style of poke where you get to pick everything you want, and that wasn’t an option here, so I felt like there was something missing. It’s really just about personal preferences, but if you really like poke & want to try something different, then I would recommend it!Side note: I didn’t try the ramen, but the entire restaurant smelled strongly of broth and butter noodles, (in a good way) so I would be curious to try their ramen next.“

Had an incredible meal here last night complete with cauliflower hot wings, two incredible vegan rolls of sushi (I'm not vegan and literally couldn't tell) and these jalapeno Boyz that were absolutely delicious! We started off with an assorted sashimi plate that had 3 pieces each of tuna, salmon, kampachi, and Japanese scallops and a plate of scallop carpaccio. For our main dishes, we decided to share the Spicy Tonkotsu with extra bamboo shoots and the Truffle Butter Tonkotsu. The broths were very flavorful, the noodles fresh, and the chasu was delicious. For dessert, the friendly staff recommended the house-made Shio Koji ice cream with black sea salt to help cleanse our palates. It was very light and definitely refreshing. And I also tried the Genmaicha tea which was very light, aromatic, and soothing. All in all this place is a must go-to when you're in Ktown. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and very helpful for suggesting menu items. This is definitely our family's favorite find of the year!“

The waiter was super nice ,a very friendly Japanese guy who was excited to see Japanese customers !! “We came here on a whim, after finding The Daily Outpost mysteriously closed on a Friday evening. Umigame is so good! Everything, from the poke bowl, salmon teriyaki, brussels sprouts, and edamame, were perfect! High quality food beautifully prepared. Very good service also. We will definitely be back.“

“My husband and I had the pleasure to dine in last night. We are from Glendale but had to make a drive out there and decided to stop here since the reviews were so good and the food or service did not disappoint! We got there about 40 mins before they closed but we were welcomed and not rushed to order or eat. We got 3 rolls and miso soups and it was all tasty! Other than that the service was amazing! We didn't get the name of the lady that served us but she was very nice and attentive. She was also kind to the chef which says a lot in my opinion. “It’s a unique take on ramen, good depth of flavor, great noodles, but for me the truffle dominates and the richness of the soup is too buttery. Like it for something new, but I prefer a more traditional take. I like truffle and I have had a dozen bowls in Tokyo. I was expecting the price, but at the end of the night it felt too steep.“

“This is my second time going here. The ramen is very very yummy. On top of the delicious food, they have incredible service. Let me tell you about ✨️ROXANNE✨️! She saved my dog when it ran into oncoming traffic! She physically stopped the semi truck with her own two hands, even pushing it farther back so my dog was 100% unscathed. Then the solar eclipse happened and she was the last one illuminated before the sky went dark. One arm holding my little pug, the other halting the truck. She is truly incredible! ?“

“It is chilly in LA tonight so how about some miso soup? Waku waku was just what we were looking for. We ducked in to warm up with a couple of bowls of miso and a salad. Waku waku also serves ramen, sushi and pokes. It all looks good we are staying up the block at the Dream only a block and a half away. We plan to come back soon. Recommend.“

“Chibiscus is one of my favorite ramen joints in all of LA because the quality and price can't be beat. Their Tonkotsu is so full of flavor! When ordering takeout, the broth comes separate from the bowl ingredients so you can pour over when you're ready. Even to-go it's some of the best flavor you can find with ramen. Ingredients taste fresh and filling always. Service is pretty on the ball considering ramen can take a bit to prepare. You could sub proteins and ingredients to tailor to your dietary needs which was nice! The inside is relatively small and it's in an unexpected random strip mall, but don't sleep on this one!“

The vegetarian ramen lacked flavour and complexity, no tofu/egg or any protein included. While the chicken ramen was great, the vegetarian ramen needs work to round up the flavours and make the bowl more of a meal. I was happy with the service and portion sizes were huge.“

This location in North Hollywood was the perfect medium from DTLA on the way to the valley. The street that it's on is very popping on weekend nights. We were happy to see that we got there just early enough to get a seat for a party of 3 without having to wait. The food was solid and the service was sincere. “I stopped by Enjoy Bowl recently for lunch and had a good experience here. Ordered the Spicy Cheese Tonkotsu ramen and a Pork Bao Bun on the side. Service was good with the staff bringing the food to my table promptly and the ordering process was quick. The inside of the restaurant is quite spacious, clean, & bright with plenty of booths and tables for seating. They serve a more simplified menu of Ramen, Bibimbap, & Kimbap dishes. My ramen was delicious with a good amount of heat as I chose very spicy for my heat level and the pork belly was soft and tender. The noodles were chewy and springy and there was a good amount of cheese mixed with the broth which made for a rich, creamy flavor. The egg was also perfectly cooked and it was quite an enjoyable bowl overall. The pork bao bun was delicious with a nice, thick piece of pork in the middle and the bun was soft and pillow like. Overall, this is a good spot if you are in the Northridge area and if you are craving Ramen or Bibimbap, I recommend stopping by!“

That changed today, because I think that Tatsu Ramen made the best ramen I have ever eaten.I ordered the bold ramen with pork and a soft-boiled egg and it was just incredible.
