“Never been here before. Came here for a working lunch and did not disappoint! I wasn't a big fan of the bread but it was very tasty and the butter is fresh! I ordered the fettuccine with mushroom sauce with shrimps and scallops. It was delicious! I'd come here again! Service was impeccable and everything was served quickly which I appreciated!!“

“We stopped by for lunch on a weekday and it was delicious. The ladies taking the order were very friendly and there's plenty of seating inside. I ordered the chicken kabob wrap with a side of potatoes. The chicken was juicy and grilled to perfection. Can't wait to come back again for lunch!“

“Wow!!! Little pricey but worth every penny! One of the best sandwich I had in a very long time. I mean, the store looked so so, the interior was ok, the exterior was ok... wasn't expecting much... but oh boy was I wrong! Had the pastrami and it was amazing, I live two hours away from this place and I will definitely go back!“

“Lovely spot with incredible atmosphere and food.The food was presented nicely and tasted even better. Would highly recommend the scallop/uni course and the skewers! the beef tongue was our favourite.As for the bone marrow, it was a little shallow and the miso overpowered it.Overall, I’d highly recommend n/soto to anyone looking for Japanese food around the area. “We ordered the hippo bread, cauliflower, ravioli with clams and the hangar steak. All so delicious! The hippo bread is soft and sweet with that butter. The cauliflower is shareable and so good! The ravioli was fine and the hangar steak was slightly sweet and tender. Our waiter, Alejandro, was so attentive and answered all of our questions. He was fabulous! The kitchen is open so you can look and see which is always fun! Love the music, too! We walked past the restaurant but then I remembered it was by the pizza place so we circled back and found it. Can't wait to return!“

“This jungle sanctuary is worth every dime. The decor is amazing, the service is excellent and the food is exquisite. Everything at Meteora is memorable; whether it's the à la carte menu or the set menu. The sweet pea hors d'oeuvre or the risotto entrée or the rib eye (the wagyu is advised) or the chocolate ganache with sorbet for dessert. Every dish leaves an unforgettable taste in your mouth. We were lucky to be served by Gina but then, everyone who brings a dish is super helpful. Thanks Meteora for this unforgettable culinary experience.“

“This place is very close to achieving what it's setting out to do: provide an elegant vegetarian dining experience. I think that might be hard to pull off in a strip mall however. The food and the art are fantastic but the interior design was poorly executed and comes off looking a little cheap. I went for my birthday but for the price this might have been a one time experience. Updated from previous review on 2024-04-06“

“The little plates are yummy. I love the pita bread that came with the hummus (Salatim plate). The other plates were good also. I loved the bread pudding (I think it's better than the best cake). What I like the most about Bacari, besides the beautiful ambiance, is the friendliest staff.“

“I was offered an all-expenses paid trip to the "Clark Street Diner" (克拉克街餐厅) on Franklin Avenue. During this All-American™ escapade, I was slyly offered a small bag, containing salt-upon-sea, by a dishevelled, camoflauged Hollywoodian native whilst engourging of the delicacies delivered by this All-American™ "Clark Street Diner" (克拉克街餐厅). I indulged in this salt-upon-sea once entering their one (1) lavatory. This legal and easily accessible substance enhanced my dining experience tenfold. It should be offered at the table, and is my only complaint with the experience. I should not rely on local pathfinders to expand my experience.Vegetarian options: No.Kid-friendliness: The kids were very friendly ! They thoroughly enjoyed my salt-upon-sea.“

“Pictured are the Tokyo Rich Tsukemen and the Smoked Dashi Ramen.The Tokyo Rich Tsukemen carried my experience here at Tonchin LA. I came here solely for the noodles made in collaboration with Keizo Shimamoto from Shimamoto Noodle Inc. They are really the star of the bowl. The tonkotsu gyokai broth was alright, but overall, this was one of the better tsukemen you can find in Socal imo.The Smoked Dashi Ramen, on the other hand, was quite weird. It starts off fine but the longer you take to eat it, the fishier the broth will get so get ready to slurp fast ?“

“I’m not one to engage in hyperbole or overstatement, but the dinner we had a Bavel last night was quite possibly the greatest dinner ever served. Seriously, the creativity in the menu was matched only by the flawless execution of the chef and kitchen in the dishes we had. The cocktails are fabulous, the waitstaff delightful, and we eagerly anticipating our next visit. If you have the chance, do NOT miss Bavel DTLA.“

“This place is lights out delicious. The beef plate was cooked perfectly and the falafel wrap was amazing with the sauce. The falafel was nicely tender and juicy. The garlic and hot sauce were fantastic as well.Pro tip: Get one of the plates, mix in the hot sauce and a little bit of the garlic sauce into the protein (I went with the beef) and rice. Then mix in the hummus. Now you’ve got a dish that will rival the best halal cart in NYC.Also the pita bread that had falafel literally baked into it?Are you kidding me?Amazing.Great staff, great food. Will be back.“

“The ambience is great! Very nice and homey spot. The staff was very kind too. We ordered a bit of everything.Pros:Prices are very good for all the dishes. Nothing was over 15 dollars on the menu. The shrimp wontons and pan fried pork buns were the best items with the most flavor. The beef roll was huge in size. Great for people that enjoy cucumber and thicker slices of the meat. The bean curd salad had a nice bite and flavor to it. They also have sparkling water on tap!Cons:Parking is bad. Getting street parking is like winning the lottery. The other option is to pay for parking which can range between 10-30 dollars. The dan dan noodles and sha gua mian did not meet our expectations. The noodles seemed a bit overcooked and a sauce/acid could have given the dish more of a balance in flavor.Our table marker was taken off the table a little early and that's when we saw on the receipt that a missing item was added incorrectly. Our server fixed it promptly so that was great.“

“Yummy tacos! We had the lomo saltado, carnitas and fish tacos and all were Good! We also had the potato and cheese taquitos and the cara cara Olive oil cake. The Olive oil cake was warm and moist on the inside and was crunchy and crisp on the outside. Went well with the orange sherbet that came with it!“

“Wonderful staff. Attention to detail at its finest. The food was superb. The Ojo de Bife was perfect, as were the empanadas. We were made to feel not only special, but staff was patient and attentive. The locale is cozy, nicely lit and the Tango music was enjoyable. “Its a beautiful cosy place, takes you back in time. The cakes, as you can see in the video look delicious (didn't try one though).We had the lemon pancakes which were AMAZING, also the breakfast burrito which was really delicious as well and very filling. Their coffees were also flavourful and strong.Lastly, salmon with potato pancakes..which I personally didn't really like.. they had a funny taste.. quite soggy.. something about the salmon? Or the eggs? I didn't understand but unfortunately has a weird and not good taste.“

“Cool vibe in the main street area of Larchmont! Stopped here for a quick drink after shopping in the area. Got a Michelada and Sangria! The Michelada had a nice kick and served with their own beer. The Sangria was good too and not overly sweet. Lots of cute and small boutiques nearby. Definitely would come back, and try some of their food!“

“This place was cool. It was bright, loved the bookcases and the owner took the time to come out to greet us. We had a delicious dinner. “Two Hommés is a culinary gem tuck away in Inglewood right next to the Ralphs on LaBrea and Centinela. I walked in during Sunday Brunch and I was welcomed by bigs smiles by the host. I learned that Two Hommés serves west African fusion and high quality food.I supported this Black-Owned business and ordered their house made crab cakes. They so fresh, delicious, and tasty. The owner Chef AB was so kind and lovely. He added grits, a biscuit, and a lemonade. 10/10 I recommend.“

“Best authentic Hondurian food. Great plantine chips, tajadas. I enjoy the passion fruit, maracuyá, drink very much. I got the sampler plate. It was very tasty but the enchiladas, tostadas, we're much smaller since last year. Made me a bit sad. Most meals are big square plate in the 16 - 24 dollar range. Lastly, make sure to ask for more napkins, sauce or utensils.Parking: Very small lot for about 8 cars.“

“This is the best vegan Italian food I've ever had. Caprese salad got the flavors and textures exactly right. Calzone was delicious, and the cacio e pepe was exactly right. Tiramisu was a lovely end to the meal. Since going vegan almost 20 years ago I have never had this kind of authentic food done so well. Atttentive service too.“

“The food is exceptional! I ordered a catering order for a graduation party-The food arrived on time and was amazing. My father raved over the chicken tikka masala saying it surpassed his favorite restaurant in New York and my husband who travels to India for business thought the paneer was the best he's ever had. Additionally, my children have tree nut and peanut allergies and their food is nut free which is quite difficult to find. I highly recommend the food. You will not be disappointed.“

“Angelini Osteria totally lived up to the hype! We had a great dinner there that night and I can't wait to go back again soon. Let's start with the star of this show: uni pasta. Oh my gosh, it was divine! The uni was so fresh and creamy and the pasta itself was cooked just right. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. We also tried the baked lasagna and it was delightful. The layers were perfectly balanced and each bite was full of rich, savory flavors. Let's not forget dessert! We shared a few different things and they were all great. The tiramisu was fluffy and decadent and the chocolate mousse was rich and smooth. Overall, Angelini Osteria is definitely a must-try for Italian food lovers in Los Angeles. I appreciate that their main dishes have protein made of mushrooms, that's very beneficial for you, don't eat soy!
