“We had an awesome date night at Amour WeHo. We started with caviar, escargot, and frog legs. We followed that with the burger and a Caesar salad with lobster. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine with our dinner. The service was outstanding. All of the staff was great. This was our first visit and we are so happy that we found this place. We will be back soon.”

“This was a great brunch and starting with the grapefruit and juniper spritz set the right tone because they were perfectly balanced. I hate cocktails that throw off the balance with alcohol. Baked scallops, great flavor; lobster pasta I highly recommend because the sauce could be eaten by itself it’s so good; smoke salmon Benedict was done to perfection and the highlight for me was the addition of avocado and a very thin super crispy muffin! I always think muffins are too big so that was a big plus for me.”

I went with the double Trophies Burger and a side of curly fries. The fries were excellent — crispy, well-seasoned, and just the right amount of indulgent. No complaints there. The burger itself was solid: fresh ingredients, good balance, and nicely cooked, though it didn’t quite reach that next-level wow factor I was hoping for.

Overall, a good lunch spot with quality food and a chill vibe — definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and craving a burger.”

“Came here after work for a little solo date night and it was perfect! I started with a happy hour glass of wine and a side of their olives while I read, which was such a nice way to unwind. I ended up staying for dinner and ordered the seasonal tofu curry bow, which was divine and bursting with flavor. To top it all off, I treated myself to their matcha chocolate cake, and it was the perfect sweet ending. Cozy vibes, great food, and a perfect spot to relax solo or with friends!”

It doesn't have many choices but it is interesting they shave Indonesua palm broen sugar as garnish. Eventhough it is vegan ice cream, the taste is like regular ice cream. Pricewise it is quite high.”

“My boyfriend and I went to Lavo for the first time this weekend and absolutely loved it! The service was incredible from start to finish. Tristan and Rodrigo were both attentive, kind, and knowledgeable of the menu. We got the meatball, chicken parm, broccolini, asparagus and garlic bread. All of these items were delicious but I must say the garlic bread was the star of the show. We will definitely be back and loved the experience!”

Was a thin crust pizza but good crispy crust, not too thin. I got a strawberry spritz, non-alcoholic drink that was fresh and my friend got the Espresso Martini. I'd never tried one before but had a sip and will absolutely get it next time, very smooth. The bartender was nice and attentive.”

The potato taco was stellar, the beef cheek birria taco was bomb, and the shrimp tostada was fantastic. Such well balanced flavors, very purposeful, and visually stunning to boot.The operators were incredibly friendly and humble, I hope they have more frequent popups in the very near future. Can't wait to try the rest of their menu!”

If you have the $200/person (after tax and tip), it’s a special omakase. The ocean trout with kelp is non-pareil, sweet and umami flavors. Worth a visit.”

From the pictures on the wall of the great stars of the past and the booths where Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe and Burt Reynolds hung out, you can feel the history and reminisce about the past. The boa, lettuce wraps, scallion pancakes, fried tofu, and chicken salad all were excellent choices. They also had great drink choices. The only downside was that parking was in a paid parking lot and the restaurant prices were very high.”

Indeed, their Takoyaki was amazing, Howard Yang! 😍 We had 2 seasonal specials, the Spicy Crispy Shrimp Roll and the cold Tan Tan ramen. Both were fantastic, albeit a bit too spicy for me. Service is super friendly. We will definitely be back. Want to try a bunch of other things, including the hot ramens.”

Had the House Lettuce Wraps with shrimp and crab for an appetizer. Very tasty, fresh seafood and a bit of lime. The Green curry was flavorful and cooked well. As was the Masaman curry. Love the peanut flavor, almost like a satay! The Thai Iced tea was also on point. Service is very polite and attentive. If you use the parking lot, park on the restaurants side so there is no issue with towing.”

“Somehow I had never tried this place until about a month ago through Uber eats when I was craving an Apple fritter. Have ordered a few times since and think I’ve found my favorite donut/breakfast sandwich place in LA. Everything is always super fresh even if I order at 3 in the afternoon. The fritter is huge and might be the best I’ve ever had. Bagel breakfast sandwiches are perfect as are the other donuts I’ve had. So happy places like this still exist!!!”
