“We have been there many times. The owner is always there overseeing and that's why it is so well run and organized. The food is interesting and beautifully plated, delicious and consistent. We always leave looking forward to the next time. Our favorite restaurant in Aspen!“

“A nice option in the heart of Aspen with a Tex/Mex menu. By Aspen standards quite reasonably priced, large bar and dining area and friendly knowledgeable staff. One of the largest tequila menus I have ever experienced.“

“Food was fine. Nothing extravagant except the prices. The “house” gin martini was $26. The server tried charging me for two rolls when the kitchen messed up and brought an extra one. We were nice enough to inform the server that it was an extra. She said it was fine until the bill came.“

“Great restaurant, cozy atmosphere, and wonderful staff. The food was delicious, and upscale. Definitely a different fine dining take on Thai food. Our server Suzy was attentive and even brought a palate cleanser when I put too much extra spice on a few bites! Only downside was despite fair sized portions of food, protein portions in each dish wash limited. Will 100% return anytime we're in Aspen.“

“Pretty excited to come here given the menu items, however; ::: The food that came out, had no seasoning on it whatsoever which was disappointing because of the price. Would not recommend giving the other options downtown but the coffee was good so if you’re going there just for that, that would be fine.“

“We had a fantastic meal at Acquolina. We ended up choosing to sit at the bar and did not regret it. Great vibes there and two really knowledgeable bartenders that made our meal even better. We had the burrata, prosciutto pizza and gnocchi. I'm really glad we came here as we were a bit turned off by some of the reviews here which we feel were way off base. We are foodies from Chicago and thought this meal was pretty great (though nothing ever compares to Chicago restaurants). Food was delicious, ambience great and this restaurant mastered elegant without being pretentious. Give it a try! We will be back.“

“First stop for food in Aspen and absolutely did not disappoint. Myself and 4 other friends took down 4 pizzas and 2 cheese breads and some of the local beers and had a great time. The pizza was amazing, great crust and delicious flavor on each of the pies. Our server Tara was super cool and gave us some great recommendations. This place is a mandatory stop when visiting the aspen village, I will be back with more friends!“

“Close seating to other patrons makes it impossible to have a (quiet or private) conversation. Servers have to stand right up against your table (where we sat) to serve the patrons on either side of you. Our entrees came out about 5+ minutes apart. Serving sizes were great and the entrees were very good (string beans and basil chicken).“

“Great food. Loved the outdoor dining. Best Tiramisu I’ve ever had.“
