I stumbled across El Moro nearly 4 years ago on a brief overnight in Durango. The food and especially service, thanks to Thomas Wallace was so good that I knew I would be back one day. Thomas spent hours teaching me about spirits and introducing me to new cocktails. He even shared the history about many of the spirits. We ordered the Bulgogi and the Lamb burger and both were delicious. The Bulgogi was our waiters recommendation and it did not disappoint. Atmosphere was great and we did not wait at all for our table.
