“I think this was our 4th or 5th visit to this local restaurant, and this time was better than ever. Every one of the staff we encountered were outwardly friendly and highly attentive. As a vegan eating out can sometimes be challenging, but after talking with our waitress, she consulted the chef and came up with two of their house made pastas that were vegan, and created with a fantastic dish that was not on the menu. I also ordered the brussel sprout appetizer and asked them to minimize the oil and leave off any cheese. They were perfectly prepared and delicious, the best I've had out anywhere. The decaf espresso martini was excellent as well. My wife had the Tuna Crudo appetizer, and the Roasted Artic Char, and enjoyed them both very much.“
“Places nowadays usually get a computer AI voice whatever it's called. Cuzinos is a person who is working that actually takes your order. The hoagies are a little bit way more vegetables than the meat and cheese but other than that I don't have a negative comment. The pasta dishes are unbelievably delicious the atmosphere is clean and the best place to eat in Middletown IMO“
“Got delivery while visiting a friend. The Ranchero chicken pizza was very good, the kids burger looked like it would be enough for an adult, and the fries were good. Delivery was fast, but they did forget a sandwich in our order so we had to wait for them to bring the missing item.“

Mtown doesn't really have good pizza (iv had fratellis, Roma's, Lorenzo's, ....don't count cuzinos, dominoes, pats and seasons...).....this is the best one and closest comparison would be Cafe Napoli on Kirkwood highway, maybe Tony's in Newark / brookside or Dom's in Stanton...and yea I've had Mario's (Newark), but don't think it's that great.“
“We got a square pizza and the rice ball. Everything was delicious. The pizza was amazing. Crust was perfect. Cheese was top of the line. Sauce very good.The rice ball was great too. It was definitely risotto, and it was cooked perfectly, great place. We’ll go back for sure.“
