“First, let me just praise the city of Tallahassee a.k.a "Tally". The city is gorgeous, vibrant and has just enough southern charm to feel welcomed. With that statement I expected nothing less from one of their most recommended coffee spots. The atmosphere was inviting. The barista was energetic and attentive. My daughter wanted the cinnamon bun, which was loaded with icing and filled with cinnamon filling, a little too sweet for her liking, but her honey Latte was almost perfect. They do offer plant-based/vegan milk alternatives, however; the baked goods are not vegan-friendly, so I couldn't indulge. Overall, a pleasant experience with friendly service.”

“We went to the Piesanos OTOW Canopy Oaks in Ocala, Florida and was pleasantly surprised. It was our first time at any Piesanos. The food was great. Our waitress Kristina was very pleasant answering all our questions and we lacked for nothing. Excellent service! During our visit Tamara Blount, General Manager came by and welcomed us and made us feel like family. The atmosphere was warm and it was so nice we plan on making it one of our favorite places to eat. The motto on the wall said something like taste the difference and we did. There is a non vegan menu where they serve lamb, cow, pig, and chicken. This is very disappointing as they proclaim to be about the planet and the animals. When a friend, who we came with, went originally, the restaurant was fully vegan, be forewarned this is no longer the case.

She is supplyling desserts to Wakulla Lodge just down the road as well as a variety of other retail businesses in the region. I told the lodge management that they are missing an opportunity if they don't offer to "sell pies to go" for departing guests! I had the best torta I’ve ever tasted, the bread was perfectly fresh and soft, and every bite was bursting with flavor. It’s hard to find something this authentic back home in Valdosta. I also tried their aguas frescas, and they were incredibly refreshing and flavorful. My 10-year-old daughter ordered tacos and surprised me by eating four! She said they were the best tacos she’s ever had.This place is absolutely worth the drive. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone craving true Mexican flavors!”

“This is a wonderful locally-owned spot located in Railroad Square. I thought they just did water ice, so I although I knew about them, I had not been yet. But then I realized they have a full menu and since I am a sucker for chicken cheesesteaks, I had to check them out. The food is fresh and prepared to order and the wait is definitely worth it. I paired my cheesesteak with their fried pickles, which were lightly breaded and perfect. I added one of their Pucker Punch specials, which pairs lemonade with your choice of water ice flavors (I went with mango). It was very refreshing and before I left I grabbed a pine colada version for my hubby (who said it was delicious) and added some blueberry water ice scoops to what was left of my original drink. The staff was super friendly and working diligently to get everyone what they ordered as soon as they could. I will definitely be back!”

Their hot sauces are phenomenal, however they have been out of them the last 2-3 weeks which is a little disappointing. I get a rather simple order, however the corn tortillas and the seasoned meat are always outstanding.
I was disappointed with my most recent visit when there were no other tables inside (and only 1-2 outside). A bartender made the comment "If it was up to me, Mocktails would be $1 million dollars. I hate them. Take your sprite and shut up". I get that we all have things we find annoying, and it's one thing to vent in private or in the back-of-house. But venting at the bar, infront of a customer with friends/family that are pregnant and enjoy mocktails, is pure form and service. If it wasn't for this recent event, it would be 4 or 5 stars for service rather than 1”

“We have purchased seafood from Mike's ever since they were located off Capital Circle behind ABC LIQUORS (No longer there). Yep, long time ago. I cannot remember our ever being disappointed in any seafood purchased from Mike's. It's been, perhaps 20 years or more. I believe his Mother was also there then. They have always been so organized, professional, flexible, friendly, never having to wait too long, and the market always look neat and clean. You wouldn't believe it was a seafood market when you walk inside (no fishy odor). They clean their fish like no other. Mike is a wonderful person. He works very hard, so his staff does. He takes pride in his business, and it shows. Businesses last, because of reputation. When family comes to town we always know where to get fish from. That's a good thing, right. Thanks Mike. They have kept many of the characteristics of the prior New Leaf but with some wonderful improvements in all areas. The new chef and his staff are phenomenal! Some of the best, freshest meals in Tallahassee:. Vegan, vegetarian, and regular. Excellent local/ organic produce. Prices are better than at comparable stores. And wonderful staff, everyone. And today, a special thanks to the store manager. I began to choke in my car in the parking lot. I desperately indicated to a female driver next to me that I needed help. I was quickly losing consciousness. She drove off, staring at me coldly as I was collapsing outside of her car. (People, if you don't know the signs of someone choking, they typically are touching their throat, pointing to it, making Heimlich sign, and in obvious distress. Please learn this if you do not yet know it,). So I decided to try to get back to the store but realized I couldn't make it back across the parking lot. Thank God, the store manager ( Cleo?) was in the lot and instantly realized the situation. Although I remembered nothing.he very efficiently performed the Heimlich Maneuver. He saved my life. And, I could not have been at a better business/ location. These are good people, Tallahassee. Give them a try, check out the daily menus on line, see their EXPERT on supplements,purchase so many wonderful products and fresh produce, pasture fed eggs etc. Everything some huge store has but better. Tallahassee is fortunate to have the Community Co-op.”

There was one year when the bales were a little smaller but so were other people's bales. There was a pinestraw shortage that year. I have gotten good gardening advice from them. Directions about how to block weeds that has helped me a lot. I like that they confirm order and amount by text. I recommend them to other people.”
