“This place is great. It’s in Atlanta. Staple where you can put church choir ropes on when you go. On certain days they have drag and karaoke. When you go on the weekends it’s a great place to dance. They also have picnic tables outside. This is a great place to be casual but also have a great time.“

The short ribs were served cold and the greens were too salty.Our waiter was extremely inexperienced, he didn’t budge at my comment about the greens being too salty, interrupted us while still eating to ask about desserts and forgot to bring the fried tomatoes.“
“Love the atmosphere of this place. Old school decor and laid back. Food was good and I recommend the fish and chips and the chicken cheesecake. My friend had the wings and she said they were just alright. Although they bring the food to your table there is no waitress service and you go up to the bar to order. Something to still be worked on with the tabs on the 2nd/3rd floor being heavy foam. The staff was great and quick to help get the foam issues corrected and had great recommendations.“

For desert we went with our servers recommended oreo cheesecake and it was all perfect. If I had to pick one thing I didn't like it would be that it's two hours from home. “i had such a lovely first time at vickery’s—i was skeptical of the calamari because of the onions and peppers but boy am i glad i got it. fried to perfection and the sauce was to die for!!! i also got a caesar salad and french fries. very big portions, everything tasted fresh and yummy. Yaz, our server, was super gracious and sweet. i also appreciated the food runner who brought our dishes out—everyone we encountered was so kind honestly. i also got a peach martini and it was nice and strong!!! definitely a warm, familiar feeling place that i’ll be returning to!“

“I was at the location at the D Gates at the Atlanta airport to my server was Tan Tan. She was fantastic and in fact the entire staff was fantastic but she was exceptional. I definitely will return on my next trip to/through Atlanta. If you end up going to the restaurant maybe you'll be fortunate enough to get Tan Tan as your server.“
“The food and drinks are good, as are the staff and atmosphere. In fact, the bartender (Daniel, I think) was especially helpful with offering me some great info about the area for our return trip in a few months. Considering he had a fairly full bar to contend with, he didn't have to do that, but found a way without taking away from the great service provided to other customers. Publik Draft House is right across the street from the hotel we were at, so it was the most convenient option to avoid the hotel restaurant since those often tend to be extremely overpriced and/or low quality. I had their chicken Panini and it was very good. We'll be back to the same hotel in a few months, so we'll definitely go back to Publik Draft House.“

“We went on late night Friday about 11:30/12am. There was a line to get in, the wait time was about 20 minutes. People in the line respectful, no one complained for having to wait. There was $10 cover charge, that’s a reasonable price. Once in, wow! It’s packed. It didn’t take long to be served a drink. The dance floor was booty to booty, should to shoulder. It’s a little overwhelming but once I got my groove on, I forgot about the fact that my body was touching strangers. The DJ played a variety of genres, popular songs everyone knows. Rap, county, rock, Spanish, Pop…etc. The demographics were 21 and up, I saw a variety of age groups, cultures, ethnicities, sexualities, and genders. Everyone was smiling, laughing, having a great time. It was Fun! Fun! Fun! I will definitely return. I would like to try their food. Someone was eating, I hope it tastes as good as it looks. “First let me say that the atmosphere is not for everyone. It is a dive bar and kind of dark inside, but it has a charm of its own. The service has always been exceptional, the bartenders and wait staff have been nothing but awesome. I haven't had too many menu items, but I will say that the jerk wings are to die for. It's usually good to get there before too late because they can sell out. They are jumbo wings, nothing like what you would find at Taco Mac or other wing places. These are serious jumbo and juicy wings. I used to work in a restaurant and bar in college and appreciate good wings, nobody else compares to their jerk wings with blue cheese. It's the right amount of sauce and tang from the blue cheese, this is just a really enjoyable meal to me because I could eat wings everyday and not get tired of them. Jerk can be an acquired taste for some people, but if you want to give it a shot, you will not be disappointed when compared to other places. Really great jerk wings at FlatIron!“
“Loved the atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and prompt.I love that they let you sample the sweet tea before you order it. They bring out a glass of your beverage so that you can pour your own refill instead of waiting for a waiter to get you a refill on sprite :-)We had a reservation for 9PM. The staff tried to call us to move us up but we were at a symphony and couldn't use our phones. Instead of waiting to hear from us, they automatically moved us to 8:45PM. There is a 15 minute grace period so we got there in the nick of time. That was the only draw back.We were told the kitchen closes at 9:30 so don't make a reservation too close to that time, although there are later times. Maybe that is for the bar.It is cashless and it is on the website and they tell you once you get there as well.Parking is first come first serve but they have reasonable valet. it was only $8My boyfriend had the seafood Piccadilly and mac and cheese and it was so good. I had the chicken and waffles. Be mindful of the chili butter that is on there cause it is hot. It added flavor, just not one I liked. Nothing towards the chef, I just didn't care for it, but my boyfriend smashed it lol. The chicken was seasoned really well.This is definitely a good date night or girls brunch date. Again the staff is so friendly and atmosphere is so cool!“
