“First timr trying Catania Ristorante Italiano at Waimalu Shopping Center. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Parking is also a challenge during the busy times. Chinese owners serving Italian food. The food is good, but not memorable good. Pasta is cooked well and their garlic cheese bread is very good. Spaghetti sauce too runny, but the Seafood Linguine is delicious. Prices are affordable, considering the portion size is generous and they don't skimp on the protein. Another plus, it's BYOB, so you can save some e $$$ on your bill.

“Located upstairs of Pearl Ridge Center Mall. We decided to eat here when we saw it while shopping since we haven’t had Yunnan Rice Noodles for many years. This is a more modern version of Yunnan’s stable with a very nice presentation and an easy way to order your options. We both got the bone base soup with fatty beef. The flavoring wasn’t overpowering and it was quite tasty. With 8 or 9 small dishes of ingredients all mixed together with the soup and the rice noodles, it was delightful. We also ordered the deep fried dumplings, which were okay, but not that good and tasted like grilled instead of deep fried. So I would not recommend getting the dumplings. The service was excellent and friendly. If you never have had yin a rice noodles, then you should stop by this place to check it out.

“We eat here at least twice a month. Food is always fresh and service is normally fast and friendly. The restaurant is fun and you order from your mobile device and the food is delivered via a train system that runs along the tables. I feel the prices are fair and they have the best French fries! Only complaint would be that this location is always very busy and we usually have to wait 15-30 minutes for a table.”

“I lived in Korea for six years. It’s hard to find that perfect beef and leaf joint you remember from your Sam gyup sal days in Korea, but this place can do it.#1. The staff is great. I enjoy seeing them every time I go.#2. They have the soju, the Korean beer, the makgeolli.#3 The BBQ is on point, the sides are delicious and the kimchi is always great.If someone doesn’t like this place, then they don’t like real Korean food. Plain and simple.”

“What. A. Fantastic. Cafe... We tried the Portuguese egg tart, gyoza with fried noodles, and veggie spring rolls. All the food was amazing. Chelsea is friendly and made sure we were comfortable while waiting for our take out order. Will definitely be back to try different foods!”

I've had the pollo asada and the chorizo & egg tacos, both with rice and beans. 🤤 This is a Veteran/family owned business that takes their food creations and customer relations seriously. It is also SoCal Mex based flavor-wise and takes me back to the neighborhood taco shops in L.A. and San Diego. I look forward to eventually trying everything on the menu.”

Everything was delicious and flavourful, it reminded me of home. If you like five alarm spicy this is not the place, unless of course it’s labeled spicy, then it delivers! The gentleman that served us was very sweet and it was a simple and clean space, perfect spot for lunch. I’ll be back to try the rest of the menu! “One of the best meals I’ve had while traveling in the States! Reminded me of the pho I used to have as a child.

The pho itself was loaded with beef and tendon, the soup was flavourful and sweet and you could taste there was no MSG added. I also ordered the chicken banh mi; the bun was crispy and loaded with chicken and condiments.

“I randomly decided to try out this place and I got the Garlic Chicken plate. The chicken was cooked very well and the service was super fast (I was there at 9 PM). From walking in the ambiance was honestly not there. I feel like if this place had a good feel when you walked in, it could be top tier. I would've given it 4.5 stars if it was possible because it was missing just a little bit of flavor, but I understand that it is primarily a ramen restaurant. I will definitely try it again!”

“Just when I was figuring what I was going to have for lunch, (since I skipped breakfast) my neighbor knocked on my door bringing food from Mamaya in Pearl Kai Aiea. I am blessed to have awesome neighbors that always share good eats with us and this is a spot I have yet to try. I was super excited because I’m originally from Aiea and anything from my hometown makes me super happy! They gave me a Bento Combo that had: Teri Beef, Fried Chicken, a slice of SPAM dipped in a teriyaki glaze, & a piece of fried panko fish with small container tartar sauce on a bed of multi grain rice. There was also a container with noodles with an assortment of toppings as well. Delicious! Very tasty and full of flavor. Noodles were firm and just right, not salty. The Beef Teriyaki was especially yummy!! I highly recommend this tasty local spot 😁👍”

“This spot is straight heat. I always come here for their plate lunch with the cake noodle upgrade. It’s honestly a great deal since it comes with your choice of protein, cake noodle, cabbage, and a gau gee. They even give the sauce on the side so the cake noodle stays nice and crispy. This time we got two duck plate lunches and a pound of roast pork. Everything was tasty and delicious, and this place is always my go-to for duck and roast pork.”

“One of the best Manapua place in Aiea. Had to preorder a day prior to get the big Chicken Katsu Musubi 😂 just to prove my family and friends it’s worth the wait. After a day of wait I got it and showed it to my fams and friends and they were like ima preorder right now 😂. “My husband and I spent 24 hours in Honolulu and discovered this wonderful Thai Bistro! The service was very friendly and attentive to our preferences. We ordered spring rolls, brown rice, Penang chicken curry, and green curried chicken. Oh, the flavors were perfectly blended! It’s the best Thai food we’ve had outside of Thailand. We highly recommend Thai Bistro Suksabay!”

Unlike some shave ice locations this was not freshly shaved with the shave ice machine while you waited it seemed to be pre shaved.”

“I usually call in my order so I don't need to wait in line. But, they are busy especially during late morning and lunch time that they don't answer the phone right away. Need to call several times before someone answers. Once in awhile you would have to wait for someone to help at pick-up counter because they are helping the walk-in customers.

They do have a good selection of food, but if you go too early not all choices are out.

“My recent visit to Teddy's Burgers was an exceptional experience! The food was absolutely delicious. I went with my family, and we were all impressed. My little ones ordered the grilled cheese, which was fantastic, and my wife had the Volcano Burger—it was so good, she finished it all! I enjoyed the Kilauea Burger, and it was nothing short of amazing. The flavors were incredible, and everything was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend Teddy's Burgers and will definitely be returning for more!”

“Very friendly staff and good music, menu is also very easy to understand and have a lot of options. Plenty parking outside and they have convenient hours. Place looks very clean and have options for sitting. Today I tried the cocoa lover with and added some lychee, it is so delicious and refreshing, will definitely come back to try more of their teas.
