“So good! Driving up to the North Shore from the airport we wanted something local. Family owned. No frills just awesome chicken. So juicy. We all had sandwiches and the pulled chicken is more like chunks with some pulled. Not overly shredded. And not doused with sauce. Just a nice enhancement. We had the melts and they were delicious. The bread is crusty but soft inside. An easy bite. And my son loved his Cajun fries. Off street parking in the rear.”

“I ❤️ the brown sugar milk tea. It has now become one of my fave drinks from here. It is sooo tasty & very addicting! The other drinks are delicious too. I've noticed they have some sweet treats too. But I still haven't gotten a chance to try it yet. Hopefully, on my next visit I will try it.”

The service was top-notch, with such friendly and efficient staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. And the portion sizes? Insane (in the best way)! “My favorite Brazilian steak on the whole island!!! The picanha steak is the best, order them rare and it’s perfectly tender. The black beans, potato salad, and rice sides have amazing flavors. The brazilian owners are also super sweet and friendly😮‍💨 thank you guys”

“We had the seafood combo, the teriyaki steak bowl, double cheeseburger deluxe, chicken sandwich and two orders of fries , 3 fountain drinks and a coconut water. Steak bowl was small but it was very filling. Burger was huge and so was the chicken sandwich. Seafood combo was delicious. Definitely recommend”

“I've never had shabushabu before and it was amazing! So many choices of everything! It's buffet and ridiculously delicious. So much food and so healthy too. Good idea to go for lunch because it's cheaper than dinner. And they were so kind to let me and my friend sit as long as we wanted. The service was wonder. I will definitely be back!”

“This was a nice little place to visit. I'm not personally a coffee drinker, but I did try some samples. It was pretty good! We bought some coffee for the coffee-drinkers in the Family. I really wish they would have given some type of a brief presentation of how coffee is grown and the process for turning it into coffee grounds.”

“Kilani Bakery is the ABSOLUTE BEST bakery in Hawaii!! Kilani Bakery has the most delicious brownies ever!! Those brownies are so incredibly delicious that they give you options to choose from! “What a sweet homey place! Excellent customer service and warm vibes. I ordered an iced macadamia nut and mocha coffee with a strawberry scone pastry. SO good and the pastry came straight from the oven I loved it. Slow paced mom and pop shop ❤️”

“Made a circle off of the highway to stop and visit!

The drinks were yum and there was lots to choose from and customize! There were yummy pastries to choose from and lots of seating. If you bring kids, they have a great play area with lots of toys and books!

The cat cave area was well maintained and you could tell the kitties were loved! The most social group of cats I’ve ever seen at a cat cafe with lots of room to roam around and place for the cats to stretch out and be comfortable with or without humans (though I tell you they will flock to you for scratches and loving). The attached catio with seating overlooks a little pond area and the breeze is really nice while enjoying your drinks! These cats will absolutely try to join you in relaxing.

I can’t say enough about how much I loved this place. Absolutely coming back on my next visit to Oahu. If you’ve rented a car, it’s a short and easy stop on the way to Waimea from Waikiki/Honolulu.

PLEASE visit here vs Moff in Waikiki. The difference in care and love for the cats made my heart swell.

“Super delicious!! Comes with a big amount of servings and portions! Their fried shrimps, chicken, and catfish have a light crispy layer of coating, not overdone! For any picky eaters like me and don’t like seafood, I had tried their catfish and you can’t even taste the fishy or muddy taste! Tastes like chicken lol! Also their food isn’t greasy like other places. Worth the money! Very sweet owners too! Will come back again!”

“My Friend and I ordered corn beef hash. DA Bes in town. Friend wanted his eggs soft scrambled. Our waitress, Rhea, knew exactly how it's made as many establishments overcook them. She said she would inform the cook. They were served exactly as my friend, Bob, wanted. Great service even with a full house. We will become regulars for sure!!!!!”

“Had their beef stew with noodles that were suggested by another reviewer and can say that it is just as good as they say, I personally dont like tendon so I didn't eat that however the brisket was tender. Soup base wasnt heavy or overly salted. We were seated immediately on a Sunday at noon. My buddy also got their fish curry over rice and the portions were big. Highly recommend.”

“Nui is a friendly and she can cook. Great food, good service, and dog friendly. Nui will tell you all about her (3) 100 lb. labrador fur babies.
This place has some good pad Kee mau, panang curry, and spring rolls. We will be going back again and bringing our fur babies with us.

“My husband and I Read about this place through the support 808 page and saw they offered porkroll and scrapple. For a born and raised South Jersey girl, finding those on this island is heaven! We ordered a couple of Hoagies for lunch and porkroll and scrapple and pickles too! Definitely a place we will be often! Reminds me of a good stop to take hoagies to go when going down the shore! Thank you for the bottom on my heart for sharing a taste of home! The Hoagies were exactly right for East Coast sub shop! I almost went back to get pizza for dinner too!”

Everything was delicious from the Bahn Mi, to the sping rols to the brisket pho.. All was delicious. The service was outstanding too. We all left full and will be back again!”

My husband picked up dinner for us tonight from Seoul Food here in Wahiawa. We’ve never had a bad meal from here. The portions are as great as the food- I usually give half my plate to my husband because it’s so much. I love the Kalbi plate- super flavorful,tasty and saucy with all white rice. My husband tried something different tonight, the Chicken Katsu plate- crispy, juicy and tender which he said was pretty good. Check out this tasty hole in the wall spot if you haven’t yet. Aloha 🌺”

“Great food and friendly service. Don't let the location or the outside appearance scare you off, this is an excellent place for a quick and cheap meal. We fed an adult and 2 kids for breakfast for $14 total. Can't beat that anywhere in Hawaii. We'll be back.”

My only complaint the jukebox can eat shit it's annoying that you may drop $10-20 to never hear you song play (unless you pay triple). Early in the night patrons play banger after banger of you like metal....

However as the night goes on the trash gets played, Buck Cherry and Creed are absolutely shite to listen to... I really dislike the jukebox/how it's setup.”

“My husband and I tried this place for a quick lunch. I had the shrimp tacos gobernador and he had the chicken enchiladas. The shrimp tacos were really yummy but extremely oily. I had to line my plate with extra napkins and put the tacos on top to soak up all the oil. They need to fix that because they are really delicious minus the grease fest. My husband said the chicken enchiladas were good.”

“Old school Wahiawa Korean restaurant thats been around seemingly forever thats known for their meat jun. The original owners arent there anymore so maybe thats why the taste is a bit different nowdays. Still good but not like I remember. Service is typical of Korean restaurants.... Gotta flag them down if you want something.

Post covid hours have changed so they close very early now. Been just ordering to go, and as a common rule wherever i go I check my order before I leave🤙A generous 4 stars.”
