“I live in Waterloo now and ALWAYS eat at B-Bops when I’m in the Des Moines area. Love the 1/4 bacon cheeseburger! The fries are to die for! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Always the perfect amount of salt. Wish they would expand to our area. Keep it an Iowa only restaurant but bring it up north please!!”

“I was on my way home, and craving a meatball sandwich. I drive right by this restaurant and thought “surely, they will have a meatball sandwich.” They did, and it comes with onion rings or waffle fries. I chose fries. When I opened the box, it looked so delicious, the right amount of cheese and the waffle fries were seasoned. The meatballs were absolutely delicious and the bread was soft. I’m not usually a fries person, but the seasoning was great, no ketchup needed. I will definitely be back to try more things off the menu. If the meatball sandwich was this good, I think I’m in for a great meal!”

“Asked Reddit what the dirtiest dive bar in Altoona was to go to while me and my husband were here for Adventureland all weekend, they said Old Towne Tap and it did not disappoint when we watched a roach crawl across the bar 💀 honestly was a 10/10, we love a good dirty dive. Perfect for an in an out drink! Bartender working Saturday night was very nice; tip her good!”

Another food truck bailed on us last minute and Roadside Tacos helped pick up their slack and ended up serving more people than anticipated. No one left hungry. I will definitely keep them in mind for future events!”

Planning a party from five hours away seemed daunting at first, but once I connected with Amanda, the manager, everything fell into place. She made the entire process so easy and went above and beyond once we arrived—helping with every detail along the way. The staff at Spectators were incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the delicious food, great drinks, and wonderful service. “I come in quite regularly. So regular they know what my order is. NEVER have I experienced a bad attitude or anything always bright and welcoming. Food is made correctly everytime. Very well ran and staffed. Food is great too.”
