“My friends and I have been to PL8 in the past and absolutely loved it. Now the new owner has added a lot of traditional Chinese dishes which makes the food even better. The new chef’s special cumin lamb is the best in town. Bo bo beef, spicy fish fillet/beef, basil shrimp/Chicken, and live whole fish are delicious. Recently we tried their sushi dishes, all the raw seafood is very fresh. ?“

“I have been coming here for years. The owner and all the staff has always been absolutely amazing. They recognize me and my family every time we come in. The owner has taken the time to get to know us. I couldn't ask for a better staff... now on to the food... this was a first for ramen(real ramen) for everyone in my family and we are all obsessed now. I wish I could afford to eat it every day. “This was my first time trying Bibibop and I was glad they expanded their locations. Plenty of parking. It’s not far from the Woodfield Mall. Prices were very reasonable because you do get a ton of food for your meal plus the free miso soup. When you walk in, it’s like an Asian version of Chipotle/Subway/Poke Bros where you choose your ingredients in front of you. You choose the base, protein, toppings, and sauces. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. Service was friendly and fast.“

“The dim sum at this restaurant is just ok. The ordering is via IPad which is interesting. The dim sum comes ala carte instead of from a cart. Even with it coming straight out of the kitchen, the food didn’t come out hot which is disappointing.“

“It's a convenient place to dine when staying at the hotel. The menu is very limited and provides your basic food distributor options. The ladies who were bartenders my first week there were great. On my return trip, there was a gent behind the bar, and he was not remotely close to as friendly or prompt as the ladies (one was in training-1st night) .“

Food was good, their rack of lamb was delicious but their chicken fried rice missed something ( some spices I guess) and was OK. Sushi rolls were too good to Not miss. Veg pot stickers are also good.
