As a former resident of Chicago, I very much enjoy coming back to my hometown. I’ve stayed at many properties in the city, but I believe the London house is the complete property. It has the perfect blend of location, great rooms, and outstanding staff. The hotel is amazing and Neil our concierge is the best he is very humble and kind. He sent me chocolate because our anniversary. Best spot at downtown chicago. I really ecommend this hotel
This was my first stay in this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Check in and check out was seamless and the front desk staff was amazing and attentive! The room view of the city and river were awesome. The bathroom was well kept. The location was on point which was in walking distance to various restaurants and eatery's. Didn't get a chance to check out the rooftop bar because of the capacity, but I hear it could be worth the wait if you have the time.. I'd most definitely stay...read full review
