“Location is in a box gas station, but the prices aren’t gas station food prices for sure. Food was alright, bread for my sandwich was stale.Vegetarian options: Available if you need vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Kosher / dairy.Parking: It’s a gas station. Space is limited.“
“It's a mediocre kosher pizza place. That means it's expensive, but if you're kosher, what are you gonna do about that exactly? That said, I think it is the only place where you can get Chicago deep dish kosher pizza. They also have Detroit-style, for weirdos, and thin-crust pan pizza that's good but hard to reheat because it's so thin. I will say that the other menu offerings are interesting. The mozzarella triangles are pretty good, but the dairy buffalo wings (made of soy) are pretty amazing and come with a great dipping sauce. One of the stars above is just for that item. Their delivery fees are very reasonable if you don't live in the area.“
“My favorite hot dog joint in Illinois. Hot dogs are delicious and looks damn beautiful fries are always perfectly salted and fried. Every time I come here the service is incredibly nice. I always take a few minutes to say hello to everyone, truely always a pleasure going. Not one bad time visiting this place definitely worth a visit.“

“I was in town for a business conference, ordered a pizza for dinner for the wife and I. We ordered the Italian beef and giarderna pizza. It was delicious, and the fact that they cooked it exactly how I asked, WELL DONE(pun intended). If you're ever in the Lincolnwood area, give them a try! Overall fantastic experience and great service! Thank you Rosati's!“
“Fantastic pizza. Best I’ve had outside of Italy. You can literally taste the freshness in the ingredients! It looks like these folks don’t cut any corners. The burrata is unreal, I’m practically drooling writing this. Please order the burrata if you go.“
“Absolutely. Worth. All. The. Hype!!!! OMG I’ve been trying to get my hands on this pizza and I finally did and let me tell you… incredible flavors the pepperoni with the jalapeños and the sauce was perfect! It is by no means thin crust New York style Lucalis pizza but this is Chicago pan pizza all day!!!!“
“We stumbled upon an incredible pizza company at Off Color Brewing. Four large squares of pizza, mix and match, boasting a variety of flavors that left us super impressed. As newcomers to the area from the Pacific Northwest, we've been eager to explore different styles of pizza, including deep dish and more. This particular pizza experience stood out as one of the best we've encountered so far! Not only is it reasonably priced, but the fun and inventive flavors, like cacio e pepper, added an exciting twist we hadn't tried before. The leftover slices even made for a perfect Sunday breakfast. We can't recommend it enough!“
“I've had every deep dish/pan pizza of note in Chicago in the last 30 years and George's is the best. That includes legends like Burt's and every place that's been on any best pizza list - Pizano's, Malnati's, Pequod's, Millie's, Labriola, etc.“
“Classic location. I like the deep dish with a little char so this was right up my alley. I had never had Chi vs ago deep dish and was a little surprised how thick the dough was on the bottom but it was better for it. Staff was patient and loaded us up with great brewery options in the area.“
“I came here with a group of girlfriends and Brian was an amazing server. He gave us great suggestions for the appetizers and entrees. Uli the bartender made us some delicious cocktails. We are coming back. Thank you brain and uli for an amazing experience!“
“This is the spot I NEEDED in the neighborhood. A casual pizza family-owned restaurant that brings me back to Italy. The staff is fantastic and the food is delicious. It's BYOB as well. I got the Pistachina and it was 10/10; I want to try other pizzas but that one is TOO GOOD...“
“Eravamo in 4 a cena e siamo rimasti soddisfatti sia del cibo che del servizio . Il locale era pieno di gente ma la cameriera Maria ci ha serviti velocemente e in maniera simpatica e professionale. Le pizze che abbiamo mangiato sono state ottime. Ristorante consigliato.“
“This was my first time visiting here after hearing thru the pizza circles how good this spot is and I can say I wasn't disappointed. I had the pan style which is thin but with a nice crunch but not overly hard. The cheese, sauce, mushrooms and onions were are all flavorful and was a perfect combination. I will be back for sure.“
“Always a delicious experience! I live just a five minute walk away from here so it's hard not to be tempted every so often to come here for a slice or two of their gourmet NYC style thin crust.Everything I've tried here has been extremely delicious from the white pizza ? to the pepperoni and the grandma style slices.I even ordered a caesar salad ? here and the homemade croutons were amazing! If it isn't super crowded you can take a seat at one of the table and relax. I appreciate the fact that you don't have to commit to a full pizza here to indulge because slices are available from Wednesday starting at 12pm till 4pm through Sunday. This is seriously the best NYC style gourmet pizza I've had in Chicago and there's a wonderful rewards program too.The staff is very friendly and this is a great place to grab a slice to take home with you or take a mini break inside when you crave a pizza ? pick me up.“
“I've been to Sfera a few times and have reviewed this place before (attached below my original review from a few months ago). I came for dinner the other night and ordered the Pane e Panelle. (My photo has a salad but to avoid confusion, I made this at my house). It's a vegan sandwich that consist of house made chickpea fritters, a vegan lemon-caper aioli and roasted red peppers on a sesame bun. It comes with multiple chickpea fritter patties- they are thin, crispy, flavorful and wide. I was surprised how big the sandwich was. The salty-acidic sauce mixed with the hot peppers made for a bright, unique flavor each for each bite. I'm not sure if the bread is made in house but it was still very good, and the sesame flavor complimented the dish. The service was quick like always however, this sandwich does take a bit longer since it is made to serve. i'm going to continue to support this place and am checking off the variety of options they have. ***prior review This place had no right to be this delicious. a charming corner café, that has a wide range of sicilian street food. the place is quite small but has some indoor, and a good amount of outdoor seating if you wish to eat there. I ordered a sicilian tea, roasted chicken and red pepper relish sandwich and an order of mixed arancini. the tea was good but it wasn't anything special to me. the food on the otherhand...wow. the roasted chicken sandwich toasted on house made foccacia blew me away. the bread nearly melted in my mouse and the red pepper relish / basil pesto combo was brilliant. then we get to the arancini. I got arancini classico and san guiseppe. the classico taste like a high quality fried meatball, and I mean this in the best way. the san guiseppe was really well seasoned. both were so good i was licking my fingers and debating on getting more. I will most definitely be back to try more stuff at this place, as it is wonderful and brings a unique cuisine to the area.“
“We grabbed a spot at the bar for a drink, stayed for dinner and I’m so glad we did! Tammy was our wonderful bartender, the service was amazing, and the food was incredible! Caprese salad was HUGE, for our entrees we ordered the rigatoni danielo (delicious) and cavatelli bolognese (even more delicious), portions were big without sacrificing quality. We had the tiramisu and it did not disappoint, neither did the wine list or limoncello. Will definitely be coming back, totally recommend this place for a casual dinner or a fancy date night!“
“I have been coming here for over 30 years ! Love this place ! My mouth waters just looking at the pictures on their menu! It’s been a while and I didn’t realize they now take reservations! My husband and I are long over due for a date night and I think I know what I’m asking for on our ten year anniversary! Lol yum! Can’t wait to visit again!“
“Had a fantastic lunch here, one of the best thin-crust pizzas I've ever had, fresh ingredients, perfect baked, amazing flavors. The selection of pizzas on the menu is truly breathtaking. Robert himself even came over and introduced himself to us personally!A must-go place in Chicago.“
“A solid pizza that's worth adding to your rotation. We got a deep dish pepperoni for takeout, so I can't speak to the interior. But the sauce and pepperoni were fantastic. Basically the same thing as Pequod's. The big difference is the crust. While Pequod's crust is very airy and crunchy, Burt's crust has less rise. I really liked it, but it was probably thicker than it needed to be. It loses one star because the carmelized crust was straight-up burnt. I love Pequod's outer ring of crispy cheese, Burt's edges were charred to tastelessness. I was bummed about that. Still, Burt's was a tasty treat. It's great to have another standout option in the Chicago area pizza pantheon!“
“When I visited Zimis pizza and grill, i was just trying a new lunch spot and i ordered the grandmas pizza and i also tried the traditional qevapis. Very good pizza, and also the qebapis were to die for. the service was great. the enviroment was very classy, and upscale. i would definitely reccomend zimis to any one looking for good food.“
“Jimmy's used to be kind of a hole in the wall but has now upgraded to their location on Montrose. It serves DELISH true NY style pizza. As a New England native in Chicago, Jimmy's is the only reliable NY slice around. You won't be disappointed. That being said, its better to get a whole pie than a reheated slice for that perfect experience. Garlic knots are so tasty and their fresh marinara is the perfect addition- tell your spouse to beware of your garlic breath! Salads are great also! Wait times for a pie on weekends/nights is a little tricky but worth it! Dining in is great- lots of high tops and booths for all preference. I met Jimmy once and if I remember correctly, he IS from NY... so its definitely original!“
“I absolutely loved visiting! Pizza was amazing and the hospitality was unmatched! We tried slices of so many different varieties and couldn’t decide on our favorite! The salad and asparagus were so refreshing and brought the perfect balance to our meal. I can’t wait to come back!! If you are anywhere near Evanston you need to stop by, and if not you need to add this to your travel list!“
“On my trip to Chicago I wanted to try Chicago deep dish. I had plans for somewhere else, then I realized I needed to find both vegan and meat. This is the only place I could find. It was amazing. I don't know if I'll try another place, why should I when this was so good.Vegetarian options: A vegan menu!“
“Paradise is a favorite amongst my friend group but yesterday’s service absolutely blew me out of the water! The service and food is always great but yesterday we were celebrating a special milestone and our server Nico made sure to make us feel like the paradise team was celebrating with us. Again i love paradise and it’s always good times & good vibes but yesterday was TOP TIER! Thank you Nico Barry’s wicker park loves you!!!“
“Highly recommend this quaint little place tucked away from the main thoroughfares. Attention to detail was amazing, great service and last but not least awesome food! Great selection! We had garlic bread (plain and cheesy), Spaghetti Bolognese, Pollo par parmigiana, and ItalianSub.“
“Had dinner at PISTORES last night and it was wonderful experience. Lovely decor, nice people and FABULOUS food. Started with their chicken wings which were excellent. Then had a variety of pizzas. The sausage and pepper pizza was ABSOLUTELY the best pizza I have ever had. We will be dining at PISTORES on a regular basis. Congratulations to Joel and Andrea-“
“I gave Ranalli's West Loop a 5 out of 5 star recently, but per the owner's request via Google, I am going to explain what made our experience(s) great. I didn't originally say why because I am quite the wordsmith, but here I go. *Cracks Knuckles*Ranalli's West Loop is an establishment within the West Loop of Chicago that has gone from the normal neighborhood bar to a cornerstone within the community. With the assistance of the great management such as Raf and Joel over the years, they have managed to keep staff that have been vital to the experience. With a great wait staff, friendly smile, phenomenal atmosphere, delicious food, and amazing prices, Ranalli's West Loop can't be overlooked.Ranalli's West Loop literally entertains every gender, race, and age. This is an inclusive environment that has managed to not only entertain our friends, family, and colleagues in the legal profession, but it has managed to create lasting memories. From our son coming here since he has been a few months old to aging matriarchal figures getting amped up for a Madonna concert, this venue has built memories and happiness. This is the place you go when you're open to seeing friendly familiar faces from the neighborhood like the ones from the daycare your kid goes to and even your actual neighbors. It's not just about food here. It's about the overall sensation you feel as soon as you walk in.One of the interesting aspects about this bar isn't just that it is an amazing bar, but there is a significant perk if you are going to an event at the United Center. The fact that you can get on a West Loop Ranalli's trolley and go straight to your event is a major benefit.I also highly suggest that if you see a special being offered, try it. I don't normally believe that specials are the best route to go at most venues because they seem so gimmicky, but the specials at Ranalli's West Loop are phenomenal and have the customer in mind.Let's talk about the actual favorites of this fine establishment that you can't ignore: 1. Toasted Raviolli - (Mix the Marinara with the White sauce they give you. You won't regret it.) 2. Bruschetta 3. Chicken Parmesan Sandwich 4. Garlic KnotsThe one thing I didn't include in this list is the pizza. The reason I didn't include the pizza in the list is because it is the best pizza in town and the pizza being a top priority should go without saying. It's a no brainer. Order the pizza. For kids, Dino Nuggets and fruit are perfect or go for a slice of pizza. The hot honey can be a bit spicy for a little one so we suggest to take off the spice if your little one is too young for a lot of spice.Events - Great for a business lunch, great for a parents night with the kids, great for a date night, perfect for a bite before a game or an event.Even if you are looking for something quick in the area to grab a bite, come here and order or even order it on UberEats. You will save quite a bit by picking it up in person, but this place has been a life saver for my family and I on multiple occasions.I hope this has been insightful. Keep cultivating great staff. Great job, 4C.Parking: Paid parking in a garage across the street or on the street paid parking is an option.“
“From the moment we stepped into Munno Pizzeria and Bistro, we were greeted with a warmth that only foreshadowed the delightful evening ahead. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between elegance and comfort, making it an ideal setting for any occasion. Each dish we ordered was a testament to the chef’s mastery over Italian cuisine, blending traditional flavors with a modern twist that left us savoring every bite. The pizza, with its perfectly charred crust and innovative toppings, was a highlight, while the pasta dishes were reminiscent of a culinary journey through Italy. What truly sets Munno apart, however, is the impeccable service. The staff’s attention to detail and genuine care for the dining experience made us feel truly special. Our dinner at Munno Pizzeria and Bistro wasn’t just a meal; it was a memorable dining experience that we’re already looking forward to repeating. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, missing out on this Michelin-starred gem would be a mistake. Bravo to the Munno team for exceeding our expectations!“
“Everyone back East said I had to try this pizza. I am not really a pizza fanatic, but holy smokes, this is really really good pizza. I had the personal pepperoni with extra cheese and fresh garlic. It was amazing. They delivered to my hotel (Palmer House), and the delivery was fast for a busy night and the delivery driver was really nice. I totally recommend the pizza and service.“
“Walked in on a Saturday night and we were able to snag a seat in the back. It's a small space so there are seats all around the walls! The staff were friendly and helpful! You choose how big of a slice you want and you pay by weight. We got a couple slices - prosciutto, anchovy, sausage, and margherita! Loved the bread on this pizza! I'd probably skip on the anchovy next time, it was a little too salty for my liking. We also got the risotto and spaghetti suppli - they were ok! I liked the spaghetti one more than the risotto. Overall if i'm in the West Loop and want pizza, i'll return!“
“This is the coolest pizza spot in the neighborhood. Pizza is undeniably delicious with each bite offering a delightful medley of textures and tastes with its perfectly crisp crust and generous toppings satisfied my craving. The staff is very friendly and attentive“
“Moti Modern Indian Kitchen is bringing flare to Lincoln Park! I think their Modern Fusion Pizza restaurant is a great idea for this location. It's fun, fast casual Indian fusion that won't break your bank account. Great for the neighborhood and DePaul students! We tried the Sweet Chili Momo's steamed dumplings tossed in sweet chili sauce with green peppers and onions. They were nice and flavorful and I loved the texture. We also tried the Tikka Masala Curry with diced and marinated chicken in a spiced creamy curry served with a side of yellow rice. Super creamy and delicious and the chicken just melted in your mouth. And finally we tried the Masala Elote Pizza, palak pizza, and pepperoni pizza. All were delicious but the masala elote was our favorite! So many delicious flavors and textures on this pizza my taste buds were very happy! We washed everything down with freshly made mango lassis! So delish! I would highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family!“
“Fun atmosphere with lots of energy. Great place to watch sporting events. Their pizzas are what to order. The simple pepperoni Tavern style was really good. Great service, friendly staff and they don't mind if you stay for an entire basketball game.“
“Just an incredible pizza, every single time. It’s just delicious. The owners and staff are really nice. The pizza has a vinaigrette glaze stuff over it, and with the crust being crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, it’s got an old school Italian kind of taste that you just have to try. The first time I tried a slice, I ate it and thought, ‘that was different, delicious and different.’ Then I thought about how good it was for the next week. I went back for more and this is my go-to place now.“
“Came to Gino's East with my friend from New York to try deep dish pizza and we were not let down. We ordered the mozzarella sticks to offset the wait for the pizza and these were the best mozzarella sticks I've ever had in my life. The cheese in Chicago is amazing alone, and the fact they hand make the mozzarella sticks everyday, you can certainly taste the quality in the food. Our server Fatima was amazingly attentive and gracious and our host Nick was well organized and got us seated in no time! To Gino's management & corporate: Give these two individuals raises cause it's so hard to get great customer service these days. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ P.S. the drinks were delicious!“
“Super fun joint. A lot of good vibes and reasons to hang around. The food, overall, was tasty, but the pizza left some to be desired. You can tell they put great care and detail into every decision. The pizza just didn't do it for me. Could've been the bold claim of "best cheese pizza in Chicago." I appreciate the bravado, but unfortunately, it came with little fanfare.“
“We finally had an opportunity to enjoy eating here while vacationing. Surprisingly, there's only 2 locations only. We traveled an hour to eat here and we didn't regret it. The food quality is still very good and the service was good too. Hopefully there are plans to open more locations. The buffalo chicken calzone is tasty, the potatoes are superb, and pizza is very good. I highly recommend eating here.“
“Came here by myself to grab a quick dinner.Classic thin crust Pizza was decent. The 10-in serves one to two and was perfect for me, about 1200 calories.Unfortunately the stuffed pizza is no longer available in single serving and the smallest is 9 in at 2400 calories which is way too much for a single meal. The 312 beer is really nice.“
“I was recommended to this place, and after seeing the reviews, I decided to try it out for myself. This was my first time here. I was working at Willis Tower today, and this place is just a few minutes' walk from the building. I like the atmosphere when you walk into the place. I like the décor and the colorful feel to the room. Being from Chicago I decided to try the italian beef. You have to order your french fries separate with your order. I would have to say it was a huge beef. I ordered the combo italian beef and a side of french fries. The french fries order was the size of a family order. I have to say. I really enjoyed the italian beef and I really like the fries also. They had some really good looking deep dish, chicago pizzas. The menu is packed with options. I will be returning to try more. I definitely recommend this place as long as there is not a portillo's nearby. Anyone who has read my reviews on food in chicago, portillo's is my go-to spot.“
“Love this deli so much I happily drive from Oak Lawn to get there. The Primo panini is my favorite but they are all top tier. Their canoli are quite possibly the best I have ever had. I buy two of their easter pies every year and my family goes nuts for them. If you haven't stopped in you are missing out big time. The staff is very friendly and warm like being around family.Parking: Free parking up and down the block both sides of the street“
“The Wolfhound Pub offers a delightful experience with its exceptional food and cocktails, especially noteworthy are their espresso martinis and lemon drops which are truly outstanding. Brendan, Emily, and the entire staff create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making patrons feel right at home. Whether you're stopping by for a meal or drinks, expect nothing less than a consistently fantastic time at The Wolfhound.“
“This place is excellent! Their goat cheese appetizer is simple but so tasty. The pizza is absolutely amazing. The crust is good and crispy and holds the toppings well and the cheese and sauce are also very good. Can't recommend this place enough! The service was already really nice and they have a great selection of drinks. Definitely would go back and make this a go to place“
“MAN LISTEN!!!! We drove from the far south side (state line to be exact) to taste a slice. We showed up and you showed out!!! You lived up to our expectations and gave us a story to tell as well. Thanks to the team at the Roscoe Village location. #EatingMyLastSliceNow You are now my recommendation for best pizza in Chicago to my guests at my job. #TeamHospitality“
“I love paulie gee's! So many good, unique vegan pies. I try to avoid Thursday nights since it's trivia night and it is ROWDY, but also if that's your thing definitely check it out everyone seems to have a great time! Bartenders are always wonderful, great jov all around.“
“These guys nailed the Indian-fusion food! Simple but excellent adaptations of classic favourites from Indian, Korean, American, Mexican, Italian cuisines (and then some!)We tried the vada pav (Indian burger with stuffed fried potato patty, spices etc) tacos samosa and chicken tikka were both delicious! Momos (potstickers), thin crust pizza, and samosa chaat (smashed samosas with chickpeas, chutneys, onions etc)Pleasantly surprised every dish done just perfectly with its own twist on the original. And lovely presentation. They have an ice cream station (not to be missed!)The place is casual, perky and fun… Absolutely try this place out.“
“This pizza pie is so very delicious. Imagine good dough rolled out thin topped by tangy sauce and thin coating of cheese with flavorful Italian sausage in hand formed balls. I haven’t been excited by a pizzeria near me for quite some time. Did I mention chewy crust. I also tried their deep fried cauliflower with garlic Ali oil. Golden crisp heads of cauliflower served with your choice of sauce. My next adventure I will try the Cesar salad and another flavor of pizza ... can’t wait. Love me some Logan Square pizza..“
“I can't describe what a pleasure was when we enter into this Pizza restaurant. The staff was so welcoming and friendly., the pizza was so delicious. We have never tried such delicious pizza in our life. Not to mention that we travel all over Europe and Us but this please was unbelievable good. I would recommend it to anyone out there .I guarantee you won't be disappointed!“
“Very good breakfast food that has a bit of an Italian twist. I have the croque madame and the Benedict pizza. We also got the all you can drink mimosas. There is a 2 hour limit to eat and drink. But you should not have any issues with the limit. Great interior with yummy drinks. I definitely recommend!!!!“
“UPDATE 2022 0704: We had a half baked Lou's Special with carryout, it was good as always. We went here for dinner. I had the deep dish sausage pizza with butter crust. There pizza was great. Cooked just right. There crust was crunchy. The sauce was excellent, tangy and sweet. There sausage had a great flavor. The people were nice, though they could have been a little more attentive. It was crazy busy Sunday night, but we only had contact with the waiter times.I would return again.Bicycling: The roads aren't that bad to get there. Also, I think a trail is going on along an old rail line nearby. There is no bike parking and no where to eat outside.“
