The owner regularly comes out and talks to the patrons, which is nice. I like that they have alot of booth seating. Their food is so flavorful! I adore the chicken coconut curry, and the onion naan!! Portions are good, price is very fair for what you get, I highly recommend!”

“This is our favorite place to eat. The service is always phenomenal and the food is as well. Highly recommend their coconut gigolo sushi roll. If sushi isn't your thing, they have yokosabi noodles that are amazing!! And you can make them spicy with your choice of meat. I always like the steak bento box which comes with a variety of things. For dessert id recommend their maui roll or their fried cheesecake. The atmosphere is awesome as well. 10/10”

“I just recently discovered Thai Table and I have eaten here twice now and both times the food has been phenomenal. The portions are perfect, and the prices are spot on for other restaurants in the area. Even better than the food, is the wonderful service. The two servers I have been lucky enough to have were both super attentive and very helpful with suggestions of their favorite dishes. I will be back again and again, Thai Table is on my regular rotation list. ETA: The owners, the man and his wife, are so very friendly and warm. Both times they have come to my table and chatted with my boyfriend and I. Fantastic customer service from the top down. 🥰🥹”

Wish they had this place in our area.

“Redrock Canyon Grill last night for a birthday dinner. There was double booking on our reservation that we placed a week ago, and we got the short end of the stick. Poor communication aside though, here's how dinner went. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer, and when it came out, the plate had like 6 chips on it. Seemed pretty steep for the price ($15), but we asked for more chips and they brought out an entire plate more for free. It came with the dip, as well as a small cup of salsa. Both tasted great! Extra chips made up for the perceived lack of portion size. For a main course, I got the 10oz Filet with mashed potatoes, and "something green" (green beans). The Filet was excellently prepared at requested "medium", with a ton of flavor! It was a stark contrast to what we got at Salt**ass. Tender, juicy, and well seasoned, with a nice crust! Sizes came in 6oz(?), 10oz, and 14oz. Easily the best steak I've had at a restaurant. I wish I would've gotten the 14oz, but not because I was still hungry....I just didn't want to good time to end. 🥴 Next up was the mashed potatoes.....and ho-lee-sht. Creamy, full of flavor! I could be wrong, but i felt like I tasted onions in them? I dont really know what's in them for sure, but i feel like I need to create a Redrock Anonymous group to deal with the withdraw I will be battling, until we inevitably go back. Green beans were also excellent. Not a lot to go over in specifics, but they were awesome, and the perfect companion to the rest of the culinary masterpieces on my plate. Our waitress was super attentive, and quick to refill drinks before they were empty. Very knowledgeable in specials and pricing, and overall a great communicator. This was literally the best meal I've had out at a restaurant, period, and Redrock is likely going to be our go-to for celebrations, and date night's from now on. If you haven't been, you've gotta go! Food: 10/10 Value: 9/10 Service: 9/10 Atmosphere: 9/10”

“I found my new favorite restaurant in Wichita. To my knowledge this is the ONLY place in Wichita where you can get Xialong Bao. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. Especially the fried rice and dumplings. Also the staff are absolutely wonderful, they saw me trying to show the girls how to use chopsticks and they used some rubber bands and paper to fashion a little helper thing to keep the sticks together for the kids. Next time I am going back for the Shredded pork. I can’t wait! If you have not been, you have to give them a try!”

“I want to start off saying I usually dislike eating or ordering from McDonalds in general. Other locations either get the Order wrong or take too long or have thrown together food. I work close to the West Sweet and Taft location- so occasionally go there to grab a snack and really just because I love the sweet tea. What I realized today is that every time I have gone the service is fast and efficient here and the food is delicious and they always get my order correct. The fries are salted perfectly. The tea is super sweet and not over iced so you can enjoy more of it. The burgers are juicy and well put together and tasty. So, at least for this west street location, I have to say they are, and have been, doing a great job whenever I go. Thanks for the great food and service yall keep up the good work!”

“There were a few new flavors of Jarritos Soda added since we were last there. They seem to have expanded their beer selection too. The dining area is still fairly sparse except for coolers, the seating areas, and the serve yourself salsa and marinated carrot, jalapeño bar. Although, there seemed to be a bunch of personal belongings stored in the corner of the dining area. It makes it look very cluttered. The building was still fairly quiet, for being situated on a busy corner. However, the inner primary glass door is splintered and a possible danger to others. It needs to be replaced!
The service was horrible. We would start to order for one person only to be cut off due to someone coming to the drive through. When another young woman showed up saying she worked there, I thought that meant one woman would work counter and the other, the drive-thru. This was not the case. It ended up taking the 3 of us nearly 20 minutes to order our meal due to all of the interruptions!”

“My husband and I stopped for lunch on a weekday and really enjoyed the food and our visit. The onion rings (appetizer) and fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside like they should be. But the sandwiches were pretty amazing. We got a Jumbo's Beef and a Frizzle (hamburger with frizzled onions) and mentioned our plan to share each and asked for sandwiches to be cut in half. The waitress brought the half beef in separate containers and the hamburger was cut as requested so it was easy to share. Italian beef had good flavor and wasn't tough, just had the chew you'd expect from shaved steak. The seasoning on the hamburger was my favorite and I think the Frizzle is my new favorite burger and will be the reason I visit again. Two thinner patties and enough toppings to taste good without making it impossible to get it all in a bite. Great lunch and great service. It was a quiet location on our visit, but it looks like a fun place to visit in the evening, too, if you like a little more action but it isn't a very big location.”

“Outstanding hidden gem in College Hill. A bit unassuming from the outside, but between the food and the service, it is easily our favorite restaurant in the city. So many interesting twists on their signature dishes, but if you try the meatloaf (yes, meatloaf) with the balsamic glaze or the ahi tuna and Asian risotto, you’ll know what I mean. Duck confit “nachos” are really great as a starter. Brooke is an amazing bartender and a highly skilled sommelier (lots of great wine and spirit options here that get off the beaten path). Ashley (GM) is awesome and runs a fantastic business, given the consistently great food and positive staff.

I ordered a blooming onion, a burger with fries, a side of potato soup and a DP. Server totally genuine and top notch professional. Asked burger to be medium rare, was fully on target. Potato soup was excellent. Only suggestion would be cooking the blooming onion a couple minutes less time, and let oil drain off longer before serving - but it was good. My friend had a chicken/shrimp pasta dish. The chicken breast was moist, it is rare to find chicken cooked at a restaurant that is not dry. It was great. 5-star from myself.”

“The positive points are the following: 1. The wait staff have great personalities. Our waitress had a awesome personality. She went above her service for making sure that we had everything. The place was very busy and the waitress explained that to us. We were a party of 8 people. So, she was repeating coming back and forth to our big table. 2. The appetizers are fantastic and yes, worth the prices for them. We started out the big jalapeno poppers with shrimp inside them. Plus Onion fries as well. The taste was so good with that coating on the outside of each one of them. He order 12 of them for all of us. As we were finishing up with them. One of the managers brought out to our big table. Another round of 12 Jalapeño poppers. Plus a big size plate of onion fries as well. 3. We order all variations of steaks. We all had salads except for two people. Our steaks were fantastic cook to the way we all like them. Everyone had to ask for a box. In order to take food home because that's how much you get. We all got full from the appetizers and our salads. that we were able to see a little bit of our steaks and potatoes. But we had to take a lot home. That will tell you how big the portions are at Saltgrass.The quality is so delicious you don't need steak sauce to put on top of it. 4. The staff make sure that you do get your money worth from dining there. The negative points are the following: 1. It was a Friday night. 2. We we're a group of eight people. 3. We got there at 6pm. The hostess said it would be an hour to an hour in a half, before we could be seated. So, no problem as we understand that from being a big party. Our problem started after an hour and a half. As the Hostess was seating other big groups who just walked in the door. I went up to the hostess station and asked what was going on? We got two different answers from two different hostesses. One hostess said it would be another 30 minutes until we could be seated. But we saw other big groups being seated ahead of us. Which didn't set well with us. Lucky one of the managers walked up to the hostess station. She heard what was going on and it didn't set well with her as well. Because the hostesses should be on the same page about seating groups. 4. We got they're at 6:00 p.m. and was not seated until 7:50. So, yes there is something wrong with that picture. We always goes there to eat and this is the first time we had a major problem. 5. Yes, I say problem because honestly there is no excuse for it whatsoever. Even being a party of eight versus a party of four. In closing we still stood there and waited. Our bill was over $375.00. We will continue to go back. But this one time experience was not a happy one for us.”

I wish I remembered our waitresses name, but she was phenomenal and did an excellent job. Food was what we expected and cameout relatively quickly. Of course the atmosphere is great, especially on a Sunday during the NFL season. The only recommendation I have, is to tidy up the bathrooms a bit more. They might actually be due to get remodeled honestly, they're dated and a bit dingy.”

“Love, love, love Poblanos. I've been eating their fabulous rice bowls since they had their first location on W. Central many years ago. I'm sure the rest of their food is excellent too, but I love, love, love their rice bowls and choice of ingredients - white or brown rice, beef (or chicken or other protein), sauteed veggies, cheese, cilantro, black olives, peppers and choice of 5 salsas varying in heat level (i choose the middle one which has a little heat but not too much.) . Be sure to have them put lots of extra broth from the meat on your bowl. I had a rice bowl at Fuzzy's the other day and it doesn't come close to the delicious rice bowls at Poblanos. I'd never order one of theirs again.”

“We didn’t have any plans on Thanksgiving day this year, so we decided to visit Cracker Barrel. We knew it would be busy, but once we were sat, it took about 35 minutes to get served. We thought maybe it was the amount of guests, but we saw people receive their orders that were sat around the same time as us. We were mostly distracted (triangle peg game, duh), but one of the waitresses stopped by and asked if anyone had been over. We said no, told her the time we had been waiting, and she immediately said she wasn’t even going to check who our server was (we weren’t in her section) but instead take care of us herself. She instantly got our drink/food order and everything came out quickly. Not only was this super nice of her, but she was also kind but professional, efficient and smart, and hardworking. Through small talk we found out she’s also going to school and a black belt in karate! She went the extra mile and we were talking about how great our experience was long after we left. Come to find out our original server left in the middle of their shift and the others weren’t aware. So THANK YOU, KAYLEIGH!!! Keep being a rockstar!!! Someone please give her employee of the month or something at least lol.”

“I found my new favorite restaurant in Wichita. To my knowledge this is the ONLY place in Wichita where you can get Xialong Bao. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. Especially the fried rice and dumplings. Also the staff are absolutely wonderful, they saw me trying to show the girls how to use chopsticks and they used some rubber bands and paper to fashion a little helper thing to keep the sticks together for the kids. Next time I am going back for the Shredded pork. I can’t wait! If you have not been, you have to give them a try!”
