“Food was great as usual. Just wish I didn't have to listen to the long request to do the survey to give only top rating so he could "work 40 hrs instead of 50 hrs ". Totally unnecessary. I would have given 5 stars if you didn't push so hard.“

“All the atmosphere and flavor of old New Orleans minus the crime and outrageous parking. In recent months this place has become our regular go to spot for oysters, raw and awesome char. Redfish dishes are unbeatable and give the fried green tomato/crab cake appetizer a try. You won't be sorry. Amy and Chase insure you are being treated the way it use to be dining out. Server Izzy is sweet and attentive. Hallie keeps you smiling with her cajun accent and down to earth attitude.This place is a must stop when passing through Covinton on I-12. If you are local and haven't tried it yet you are missing out on a real treat.Parking: Plenty of room to park safely especially for those who hate door dings and scratches.“
“Me, my son, and my mom, went to Pardo’s today on Easter brunch for my son‘s Birthday. I read reviews, and Brianna was mentioned over and over again as an outstanding waitress, so we requested her. She was on top of her game for our entire experience! She was full of energy and made our experience fun with exceptional service! She made the table, extra special with napkins made of roses ? Little bunnies ? On top of the straws and even gave us an Easter card with a handwritten note inside!! The food was amazing. Everything she recommended was outstanding chefs kiss ?. Definitely ask for Brianna if you enjoy top quality service!! Can’t say enough!“
