“the oysters are out of sight! delicious bravo! bouillabaisse was amazing! I did like my server. I do suggest they get some sleep nobody was smiling.”
“Always great food! We always hit this spot when we are in or going through Boston!”
“Always a great place, amazing staff and the food never disappoints once you can get a table. That is the only problem, because they are so good, they are always busy.. Make sure to ook your reservation early, at least a week or two inadavnce.”

“James Hook is the kind of place that reminds you why Boston owns the lobster roll game. The lobster is sweet, rich, and perfectly cooked, piled high in a simple toasted bun without any pretension. It’s easily one of the best I’ve ever had, hot or cold, and feels like the benchmark everyone else is chasing. The setup is casual and tight but efficient, the kind of spot where you balance your tray and make room for the next hungry group without complaint. The large lobster and crab tanks inside keep kids entertained and add to the charm of the place.
There’s no bar, just a cooler with sodas and water, but it somehow fits. The Seaport location is perfect for a stroll afterward, and while it’s undeniably touristy, it’s touristy for all the right reasons. At roughly forty dollars a roll, it’s not cheap, but it’s worth it for the quality and the experience. James Hook remains a quintessential Boston stop—fast, friendly, and all about the lobster.”
“Dining in a cozy yurt surrounded by freshly fallen snow was fun winter experience for our family. Great ambiance, and the food and service were exceptional. Highly recommend for a unique and memorable outing!”
“The combination of refined cuisine, attentive staff, and an elegant setting made our visit exceptional. An ideal choice to enjoy a sophisticated meal with clients.”

“Asia Mei is easily one of the best Chefs in Boston. I've eaten here several times, but I can't believe that I haven't written a review before now! My husband and I had brunch at moonshine 152 last weekend and told friends about it. Next thing you know, the four of us were in there around noon time today having brunch again. We shared three starters, alongside sharing all four entrées and everything, I mean everything was to die for! Ms Asia herself delivered some of our plates and she is just as delightful as she is talented. Needless to say, dinner is amazing here as well. The vibe in the restaurant is so easy and you can tell that the staff get along very well together. What I can't believe is how this place wasn't fully packed today or last weekend even. Definitely a good amount of patrons, but I've had brunch at places that are hard to get into and left much less satisfied.”
“Stopped in on a Thursday night with the family, no reservations, and waited about 35 minutes for a table. Totally worth it.
We ordered two pizzas, the burrata salad, and a charcuterie board, and everything hit the mark. The pizzas were perfectly cooked, great crust and flavor, the burrata was fresh and creamy, and the charcuterie board was exactly what you’d hope for—quality meats and cheeses done right.
Food came out quick, service was friendly and efficient, and the overall vibe was casual but lively.
Bottom line: food was mad good, everyone left happy, and I’d absolutely come back.”
“We had a wonderful experience! Food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. Our server was awesome 👌 such a fantastic atmosphere Filet mashed truffle fries asparagus mac with added lobster wedge salad martini wine cookie skillet EVERYTHING was superb”
“Very tasty food, great service. No reservations, first come first serve. Prices are not super inexpensive but it is worth the cost. We were only grabbing a snack as we had some commitment afterward. Only pitty is that it is difficult to share bites if you are like me and want to try it all. I guess we will have to come back! 😜
My favorite was the shrimp tempura, but the eel was great too.”
“Quality ingredients. A sublime attention to detail. Balance in salty, umami and heat. The broccoli Caesar is a must have along with the homemade ricotta. I sat at Chefs counter and got wonderful attention from everyone. Amazing!”

“I love the wine and food but the service provided here has been so special the two times I've gone! My first time the bartenders chatted with us and were hilarious the entire time. The second our server was amazing and educational and patient, as we had limited knowledge of wines. They even ran after me through the street when I left a flower I'd been carrying behind! So sweet. I don't know your name but thank you to the first wine slinger pictured on the website!”
“Left another place to come here because the customer service was bad. What a 180. Citizen staff was friendly, great w/suggestions and helped secure me a seat at their busy bar. Had two great cocktails and a delicious pepper seared filet. Well done Citizen Pub!! I will be back!”
“THIS PLACE WENT FROM BEING ONE OF THE BEST GEMS TO A PLACE THAT FEELS SO UNCOMFORTABLE TO EVEN SET A FOOT IN. I'VE BEEN TO THIS PLACE FOR OVER 10 YEARS, SINCE PANDEMIC HAVE NOT GONE. WE FINALLY WENT, THE MINUTE I WALKED IN THE PERSON AT CASHIER SAID WHEN YOUR READY TO ORDER YOU COME HERE, BLINDED BY IT AS IS A RESTAURANT NOT A FAST FOOD SPOT I LOOKED AT HER AND ASK FOR THE MENU SHE LOOKS AT ME AND POINTS INFRONT OF HER TO GO GET IT MIND YOU, THERE ARE 3 OTHER PEOPLE BEHIND HER WHO WORK THERE .....I LET IT PASS AND TRIED TO GIVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE COMING BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK AS THE FOOD ACTUALLY WAS GOOD THE WEEK PRIOR. WELL SERVICE WAS ONLY WORSE THIS TIME AROUND, THE WOMAN AT CASHIER LOOKED BOTHER BY JUST BEING THERE TAKING OUR ORDER AS THE TIME PRIOR OTHER PEOPLE BEHIND HER WHO ALSO WORKED THERE STANDING JUST THERE. WE GET OUR FOOD REALIZING I GOT CORN TORTILLAS ASKED IF THEY CAN BE SWITCHED TO FLOURONE OF THE EMPLOYEES RESPONSE WELL IF YOU DON'T EAT THEM THERE GOING TO THE TRASH AND I AM LOOKING AT HER LIKE OKAY IS FINE CAN I PAY FOR AN EXTRA ORDER OF TORTILLAS OF FLOUR. THE AMOUNT OF DISPLEASSURE THESE WOMAN HAVE BEING THEIR IS SO UNCOMFORTABLE DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SERVED, ASIDE FROM THE FOOD FEELING SO RUSH THIS TIME AROUND AS WE GOT THERE AT 8 THEY CLOSED AT 10PM. I UNDERSTAND RESTAUTANT INDUSTRY IS NOT EASY BUT FOR ME TO GO TO AND SPEND MY MONEY IN A PLACE THAT FEELS SO FORCED TO WORK IS NOT WORTH MY TIME NOR MONEY.”
“Went to get lunch when we got to Boston. Was close by our hotel and I love craft beer so was excited to try something local. Split the burger for lunch which was excellent. Tried three different beers and enjoyed each one. They didn’t do flights but do offer small pours so it made it easy to try different brews.
Venue was nice as well and easy to get to in the Seaport area.”
“POE-LENTA RESTAURANT REVIEW:
Poe-lenta at the Time Out Market in 401 Park is a place that really impressed me. The portions were exactly right, filling without being overwhelming, and the flavors came together beautifully. Every bite felt balanced and carefully prepared, turning a simple dish into something memorable.
The service was outstanding. My food was ready within two minutes, which is incredibly fast, and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive. They even took the time to show me photos of the different meals before I ordered, which made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. That kind of personal touch made the visit feel special.
One thing to keep in mind is that they only accept card payments, no cash, but for me that was a small detail in an otherwise excellent experience.
Overall Poe-lenta is absolutely worth trying if you are visiting Time Out Market or spending time around Fenway. Between the perfectly portioned dishes, the rich flavors, and the welcoming staff, it is the kind of spot you want to return to again and again.”
“Food was fast and cooked to perfection. The tortillas come out warm and fresh. We had just about every taco they had, you can't go wrong with any of them. Service was fast and friendly. Loved every bit of this place. Get the churros, you won't be upset.”

“Came in from out of town for appointments and stopped in for a late dinner. Got breakfast because it’s quick and easy and I’m normally a very picky eater but I loved home fries and corn beef hash. The waitress was quick and friendly. Would recommend to anyone in the area.”
“In August I took my mobility-challenged Dad to iHop for lunch. He used to go to this location frequently when starting his career, especially on the night shift, and has fond memories. We went at midday to avoid crowds. As we were crossing the flat parking lot (yay, thank you!) with me pushing his wheelchair, a car beeped and an iHop employee got out of her car to hold the door. She then left, but had stopped at the end of her shift to to help. Another employee inside immediately came and held another door. The staff was so kind and helped find a good comfortable spot. The food was delicious - and the coffee as good as always. It was the first time we didn't get breakfast food. My Dad loved the BLT and especially the onion rings. He got the senior sandwich which was perfect size and a good price for seniors. I had the chicken biscuit sandwich. I reluctantly saved a piece to bring home to my mom because I knew she'd love it so I wanted her to try. The service was impeccable. They were attentive but let us linger. My Dad enjoyed himself without feeling like he was holding anyone up. He doesn't like to go out a lot, due to mobility and memory challenges, but he had such a good time. Next time I'm home we will be back. Thank you for a great experience!”
“Not sure why there are so many bad reviews as we found this parking garage to be just what we needed. It was close to our hotel (3 min walk) and the hotel wanted to charge $70 per day for valet so $80 with tip. PI Alley was only $28. Just scan QR code when entering and leaving. They clearly stated that you can't go in and out during the stay. As noted on other reviews it is a bit tight so may be challenging for large trucks and suv’s. We would certainly recommend.”
“This chain coffee shop located outside North Station offers affordable and delicious coffee as well as a variety of donuts to choose from at affordable prices.

“We were looking for breakfast that we could order ahead and would also be delicious. Sunny Girl fit the bill perfectly. We ordered our sandwiches en route and rhey were ready, waiting, and hot when we got there. It was early in the morning and we didn't hsve to wait long before we headed back out and on our way.
It was hard to take a great photograph while walking around, but I promise you the breakfast grilled cheese was delicious! Highly recommend.”
“Just had an okay meal here. Vibes and atmosphere were nice, but the food did not live up and we were disappointed with how long the end of the meal took. They were clearly short staffed, as we saw our server running around trying to help all of her tables and so we do not blame her—she was great! It just shouldn’t take 30 minutes to order dessert after receiving the menu. The meatballs and ham & cheese sandwich were my favorite, but still a 4/5.”
“Second visit to this fine establishment brought both times by a local. Each of my visits have been memorable due to the fun quirky and lively crowd with delicious food and drink. The chef and the bartenders all deserve shoutouts. The whiskey sour was perfectly sharp and refreshing.”
“I attended an event yesterday at this amazing Restaurant. The atmosphere is so inviting, the drinks were delicious. Food was absolutely scrumptious. And the staff all so kind and friendly. I highly recommend stopping in for a cocktail or dinner, you won’t be disappointed!!!”
“10/10–same rating I would give Sarma! The mortadella app was fantastic (honestly I didn’t think I liked mortadella but this stuff melted in your mouth!!), and the cappelletti was unlike anything I have had before! The panna cotta was so special (we ordered all three desserts and they all were amazing!)! Everything was great!”
“My husband and I had dinner last Sunday night. It was a beautiful experience with impeccable service. I am going to remember my quail dish for a very long time. Highly recommend”

FUN atmosphere, met Packer fans from all over, bartender Joy was amazing and took great care of everything! Would absolutely recommend. BansheeBar Boston Packers Everywhere”
“Yummy! And dog friendly patio.”
“Last minute decision to go to the Capital Grill for dinner. We had a 5 yr old in our party, everyone on the staff was amazing!! They were accommodating and very welcoming. They brought over “special “ plates for the 5 yr old. The server and food were flawless!”

“Second time here. It was better than the first time around! We enjoyed many dishes but the venison and the dessert pasta with their wine pairings were big standouts. The music playlist is to die for as well! A great, special evening on a restaurant that felt a whole step above from our previous time.”
“If you ever find yourself in Boston, do yourself a favor and visit Jen’s place. Jen is an incredible woman, hard working, dedicated, and truly passionate about what she does. She built her business with the kind of diligence and professionalism that can only come from someone with deep Italian roots and a genuinely kind heart.
From the moment you walk in, you can feel her warmth in every detail. The food is unforgettable, her meatballs are rich and comforting, and the cannoli are some of the best I’ve ever tasted. But what truly sets this restaurant apart is the atmosphere Jen creates. Strangers sit together at the same table, share a meal, laugh, talk, and by the time they leave, they already feel like new friends. It’s a beautiful experience, one that stays with you long after the evening is over.
I loved every moment I spent in Boston at her restaurant, and I’m deeply grateful for Jen’s generosity, her spirit, and the love she puts into her work. Thank you, Jen, for making your restaurant not just a place to eat, but a place to feel at home.

“Sit at the counter and enjoy the best food in BOSTON and a show! This local chef is whipping up creative dishes in an immaculate kitchen that runs like a well oiled machine but with a laid back cool chill vibe. Hey Michelin this place should 100% be on your Bib Gourmand list!”
“Excellent food, great service, and solid wine selection. Dishes were awesome and the menu was different and interesting. Our server was Dayanne and she was really professional, super nice and overall fantastic. Dayanne made the experience really enjoyable overall. Music was a little loud, but maybe I am getting old.”
“Absolutely fine dining at fair market prices. The staff was brilliant, the food well prepared, and the atmosphere wonderful. There's not enough praise that I can heap on Atlantic Fish. We had the whole fish that came with sides topped with a fresh Guinness. Everything was expertly prepared. Dessert was through the roof. Great restaurant, attentive staff.”
“Wou-wou wouuuu! This place is absolutely stunning from the view to the amazing people who work there!! The food is absolutely delicious 🤤 Our server REDINA is one of a kind, very professional, positive and pleasant… She recommended some of the best pastas and we loved it!
Absolutely coming back!! Very highly recommended 🤤🤤”
“I was lucky enough to be able to host a private event with 311 for my birthday and they exceeded my expectations! Chef was able to create an incredible menu with a diversity of dishes and flavors. We were also fully enveloped in an extremely high level of service. The attention to detail on plating, quality of the bites and table management were unmatched. Having dinner here is an experience not to be missed!”
“The food was excellent, the service friendly. What I couldn't get past was the table for two we were seated at. The tables behind the bar , to the left as you enter the restaurant are up against marble, the floor is wood and there is a slight draft from the front door. The overall impression is that the tables there were an afterthought. Everything is black and white and it lacks any warmth or ambience. I would go back again and try the other section if there are two tops over there - it looked more convivial and a bit cozier. The area we were in felt like a nice place to have a coffee, but not really up to snuff for a nice dinner out .”
“First time in the city and this was an amazing dinner for us. The food is delicious.”

“It matches the hype. The Sicilian Pizza is…perfect. There’s not enough superlatives to do it justice and if there were, even then it wouldn’t reach hyperbole. Craziest thing of it all is the pricing. Four slices, arancini, and a drink for $16.00? How? In today’s economy how are they keeping the price this low? Also amazing. Just go. Don’t think about it, don’t pass go, don’t collect $200…go get your dang perfect slice.”
“You would never expect this to be such a cool restaurant from the street, but once you walk in the door you will love the charm and warmth. Everything about food was perfect. We had bibimbap ,fried chicken, Kimbap and kimchi fried rice and peach limeade. The service was super sweet…. Cannot beat a good waitress who brings a great attitude and had awesome recommendations.
We will be back soon!”
“I haven’t bn for ages although I know it’s the same owner who knows who’s who, I had great times in there with my father n his friends and many a nights with my friends , The IV is a Brighton treasure never any trouble and great ppl have always worked there . You cannot go wrong anytime of day or night . You won’t get a bad Guinness in there well I nvr did. I miss the Village I’ll have to stop by for a pint! NC 5 Starr”
“I like to go here a few times a month with my girlfriend. First thing we tried was the pork Banh mi (it was amazing), but now our go-to dish is the spicy eggplant with noodles. Can't recommend it enough. The crab Rangoons are also really good. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city.”
“We made reservations online for the Omaska. It was $300 which broke down to $120 per person with tip and tax. The tables were perfectly space out. They gave us a 2 hour limit which was enough time for the 12 course Omaska. Presentation on everything was amazing. Each course was fresh and delicious in their own way. It was hard to hear the man over his mask so I couldn't get any names. We had uni, tuna belly, scallops, and more. All the Courses were small but packed with favor. You can take there was attention to detail in the ingredients and presentation. Definitely, worth the money was a special event like a birthday. Would definitely come back”
“It's 28 September 2025 at 0830. The place was super clean, comfortable, and we were treated by an amazing staff. This woman crushed it. I have not been this impressed by service in a long time. I would recommend this shop to anyone simply based off the quality of service provided by the employee.by the way the food and drinks were excellent”
“By far the best, authentic Italian food in the North End. We have dined at several restaurants but the service, ambience and food is the best! They make their own pasta and sauces daily. I cannot recommend Casarecce enough. Delicioso.”
“Service was impeccable and the food was generously portioned and absolutely delicious. Our party had the veal, chicken and eggplant parmesan as well as the bolognese, each of us sampling each other's selections and agreeing they were the best we'd had. Looking forward to returning!”
“A treasure of a restaurant on busy Cambridge St - walk through the door and you’re in a different world. Servers quickly become friends. Great spot for a romantic dinner for two but still a place where a solo diner feels welcome. Wonderful menu with choices for the adventurous and not so adventurous eater. My new favorite spot for lunch or dinner in Boston.”
“This place is truly phenomenal. From the presentation to the balance of the drinks, everything was superb. Saul was very knowledgeable and was able to cater to everyone’s needs, and this place is so unique. Couldn’t recommend enough!”

“We are doing a world cruise on the Coral Princess and went to Yankee Lobster for lunch. It was absolutely delicious, heaps of lobster in the roll and fries too. My hubby had a roast chicken sandwich with fries and a Fresh Lobster Ale as well and he loved it. We had a recommendation from our tour guide and a taxi concierge... so we knew it had to be good when the locals say to go there. I forgot to show our waiter the photo I took of him, so I hope he sees it here.. Thank you 10/10 gor food and service.”

“My favorite restaurant we live in Southern NH I will only go there to eat in Boston just there yesterday for Lunch , Food and Service is outstanding we also had our daughters wedding there. Staff and food was amazing service is very professional no other place I rather be while visiting Boston will always come back”
“This is a tad bit late but better late than never. I had the absolute luxury of dining here on September 26th for a birthday celebration, and from the moment we stepped inside, the entire experience felt nothing short of extraordinary. The host greeted us with a warmth and polish that immediately set the tone, seating us without delay as if they had been expecting us personally.
The ambience was a perfect balance of elegance and comfort—soft lighting, thoughtful design, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special. The food? Spectacular. Every dish arrived looking like it belonged on the cover of a magazine and tasted even better. The service flowed with effortless grace, attentive without ever being intrusive. Even the aesthetic details—the table settings, the décor, the vibe—were crafted with intention and charm.
Hard to believe it was my first time, because it delivered on every expectation and then exceeded it. After walking by countless times, I’m almost embarrassed it took me this long to step inside. This place is not just a restaurant—it’s a reminder that some experiences are worth slowing down for. A definite re-do, and easily one of the most memorable meals I’ve had in a long time.”
“Went to Mood for lunch and everything was top-notch — from the presentation to the taste. The service was smooth and professional, and the place had such a relaxed yet elegant vibe. Definitely worth every penny!”
“Food was amazing! The staff was friendly and attentive…. Will definitely be back!”
“This is an excellent restaurant 100% Greek food and drinks Excellent menu and service Nice vibe and atmosphere- tables inside and out (with heaters) Our daughter is coeliac and therefore cannot eat gluten. The staff were 100% up to speed with a marked up menu and awareness of cross contamination etc Well done p.s One tip for the owners - you have done all the work on GF - why not put the GF menu on the website or mark up the main menu and get the extra custom”

“What amazing food! Salvo took such good care of us. Recommended fabulous dinners and made us a specialty cocktail. Highly recommend!”
“Excellent Italian food and a very welcoming atmosphere! Just loved it! ❤️”
“Excellent food and brilliant staff. Turned a bad experience of being stranded due to a cancelled flight into a much brighter evening.”
“Garlic shrimp was highly rated by many. I thought they were good but not exceptional. Calamari was fresh but again not special. Fried monk fish bites, mushrooms toast and short ribs flatbread were good. Sangria was a bit on the sweet side but good overall. It was a v generous large glass of it. Service was good, comfortable, attentive and not overbearing. I would go back and try the paella next time.”
“The food at the Shy Bird in Fenway was absolutely delicious, especially the Chicken Dunks with the homemade sauce dips they were all so good we couldn't choose a favorite and the butternut soup was absolutely incredible, with its little kick of spice and sunflower seeds! Our server was top-notch,very attentive, friendly and made excellent recommendations. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a special occasion. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the presentation was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. We are looking forward to our visits this summer during the Red Sox games.”
“Go for a special occasion (anniversary) annually and have a fantastic experience each year. Greeted kindly by hostess, heart shaped confetti on table, anniversary card on table, lovely waiter, and amazing food. Look forward to it every year.”
“I had the Hot honey glazed chicken sandwich. It was the best vegan sandwich I’ve ever eaten and I’ve had a lot of vegan sandwiches.”
“It was not our first time at Black Lamb, but it was a good reminder that we should be going more. The cornbread is worth getting and bringing home half. As for “service,” Madeline could be a professor of hospitality.”

“Kenzoku Mazesoba is a great eatery for comforting, brothless ramen (mazesoba). The interior is bright and the staff are accommodating.
The meal started with three warm Kurobuta sausages that were topped with pickled red cabbage and a mustard-based sauce over fresh greens. Overall, a well-rounded appetizer with a nice balance of textures, richness, and acid.
Next, the torched Hamachi roll had fresh fish slices laid on a roll and then torched. The hamachi was then topped with black tobiko and complemented with fresh ginger and wasabi. The roll was light and tasty.
The Yuzu Shio Ramen was the standout and featured braised pork chashu and a delicious poached egg. The medium-bodied noodles were a pleasant to chew with the toppings.
The vegetable mazesoba (vegan) included tofu soboro, mix of corn, quinoa, red pickles, and other goodies. It was a lighter flavor and we appreciated the opportunity to order the truffle oil on the side.
Overall, recommended for a casual and pleasant dinner among family and friends. The food quality and atmosphere make this hidden gem a great choice.”
“Really impressed with this restaurant! I've developed dietary restrictions due to health reasons which have prevented me from going to a lot of restaurants. When my friend planned a going away dinner here, I reached out via email asking if it was possible for them to accommodate me. They wrote back an extremely kind response saying they were looking forward to hosting me- that really made my day. The wait staff was wonderful, listened to all of my requests attentively and my meal was perfect and delicious. I will absolutely be back, thank you Audubon!”
“Farmacia just leveled up thanks to Suzi’s magic touch. Her cocktail menu is like a pharmacy for the soul. Prescriptions include laughter, flavor, and a buzz of pure creativity. If you haven’t tried one of her drinks yet, you’re missing out.”
“Everything from start to finish was lovely. The decor is perfect, the tea choices were well thought out and the food was delicious. We highly recommend and will be back!”
“This place had the best chicken Parmesan we had ever eaten. I’m so glad we stumbled upon this place that was not too far from our hotel. Our waitress was so kind and attentive.”
“The valet parking staff are very unprofessional and they ask for more money to park front just based on the car model you are driving. Some people are the reception are rude and unprofessional either. Did not direct me to my table, instead, let me wait while checking other people in. I understand they only have limited staff, but it was just very rude of them asking me to “move and make room for others” and did not even tell me that they wanted me to wait for a sec. We waited for almost 50 minutes for the main course. We ordered the duck and there were even feathers in the duck skin. The food is fine and the servants are very nice.”

“We were just across-the-board street from the restaurant. We had had a full day and were tired. Ordered here for pickup and they were right on time and the food was just right for tired bodies. The shrimp was cooked fabulous with the right amount of seasoning and the spinach salad was fresh and delicious. Thank you.”
“the service is a bit slow. However, this can be attributed to the fact that Cool Shade's quality of food is fresher than its competitors. The quality comes out it the taste of the food. The dining area is small and cozy. If the service can be improved the restaurant would be around for a long time.”
“Heidi’s House of Coffee is an Oasis in a Food Court full of Fast Food corporate types of restaurants. The coffee is great, pastries are great, and the service from Heidi is second to none. Everything is individualized to your liking. Start your day with a friendly hello, the best coffee, and a genuine smile. You won’t go wrong. Dave”
“Great food. The Pattie’s were made to order and the soup freshly made. Great service and food.. This place is a breath of fresh air in Mattapan. If you haven’t tried it yet hat are you waiting for. Don’t look at the negative reviews as they are just disgruntled competitors looking to create a bad reputation for a hard working business. Give the place a try for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.”

“we had a wonderful experience all around on a busy Sunday. The manager, Russ, greeted us with a warm smile, setting the tone for a great evening. we sat outside and Jorge F, took great care of us. He was prompt but we never felt rushed. the food was excellent, the Lobster cones are a great new item. we also had the classic mussels. The grilled salmon was delicious. Russ was leading his team through a busy shift but was able to make time to ensure everything was just right. The best in the Seaport.”
“We were celebrating our 16th anniversary and my retirement, and wanted to do it up right! We picked the right place for it. Coming in from Cape Cod, for a concert at Fenway we had reservations for Abe and Louie’s, but there were 2 at the bar so they let us sit there instead of our table. Our bartenders were great. To our surprise, Bree almost immediately said “Happy Anniversary!” And our drink order was taken. Michelle made a spicy margarita with a nice kick and a heavy glass, and a soda. Then we ordered shrimp cocktail which were brought out in mere moments. The shrimp were huge and cold and crunchy- perfect! We took our time and were not rushed to order our meal, but once we did, with Kendal, she asked all the right questions, offered to split our salad in the kitchen, and made some great recommendations. I wanted my Filet with their wedge salad as my entree and was told no problem. Our meal, my huge filet and my man’s ribeye were both cooked as requested and his suggested garlic whipped potatoes were creamy and yummy! The food was all out of this world, but what made the dining a true experience was the tango these three women danced around each other, each knowing what the other was doing and exactly what their patrons wanted. You can get a great filet many places but I pay for the service and we both felt like we were treated like royalty. Thank you Bree, Kendal and Michelle for making our anniversary and my retirement a true celebration!!”
“My wife and I visited Bricco during our first trip to Boston, and let me tell you, it was amazing! Top notch service provided by Manuel Machuca - He was outstanding, and incredibly helpful. The food was upscale and delicious and the atmosphere cozy, inviting, and perfect for date night.”
“Wonderful dinner at Riccardo's! Soft fresh bread dipped in seasoned olive oil to start Followed by Pollo Exquisito for two of our party, which was delicious! Husband had lobster ravioli which he really enjoyed. Excellent service all around. We would definitely go back!”

“This is the spot if you want Italian food that isn’t just the classics! Super delicious and fresh flavours - I really enjoyed everything we got.
For an app we got the “MITAKE MUSHROOM TEMPURA, ALMOND ROMESCO &
STRACIATELLA” which was such a nice combo of flavours and textures. The mushrooms had minimal seasoning to let the quality of the ingredient shine through.
Our two pastas were: “BUTTERNUT SQUASH CASONCELLI, SAGE, BROWN BUTTER, TOASTED HAZELNUTS, VIN COTTO” and the “PACCHERI, ROASTED JOYBERRY FARM MUSHROOMS, BRUSSELS, BLACK TRUFFLE BUTTER.” Truly enjoyed both of these - the pasta was cooked to perfection. I liked the butternut squash one a little bit more but they were both excellent.
I’m not one to gush about service but it’s truly great here. They are attentive without being overbearing and overall make the experience relaxing. My only note is that the space is on the smaller side so it’s a little noisy. However, that won’t deter me from coming back!”
“When I read about this place opening I was excited. I was then lucky enough to go today, and boy it does not disappoint. Ambiance is Devine, the art deco is pumping through its veins and the cocktails are extremely well thought out. The space is compact, but open, and I’m not sure how they put on food as well, not that we tried any because the cocktails are a meal in themselves. Green and Yellow Chartreuse in stock is a strong sign that this place knows what is needed. Thank you team! You rock!”
“Tucked away in a quiet corner, The Hummus Shop in Boston is a hidden gem you shouldn’t miss. Don’t let its small size fool you—this place delivers big on flavor. The vegan and vegetarian dishes are absolutely fantastic, with everything tasting incredibly fresh and well-prepared. The staff are warm, polite, and make you feel right at home. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Be sure to try their spicy pumpkin sauce—it’s unique, flavorful, and elevates any dish on the menu. A must-visit spot for anyone who loves wholesome, delicious food.”
“We had a wonderful dinner a Mai during their soft opening. The foods good. The service amazing and overall a great night out. We tried a variety of hand rolls and some apps. The fish is definitely high quality in the hand rolls. Our favorites are the Akami, toro, Salmon, spicy tuna and the Duck Foie Gras”
“Extra Dirty Cocktail Club is one of those rare spots that completely nails what a cocktail bar should be. The drinks here are the kind of cocktails you know you’ll never be able to recreate at home, and probably won’t ever have the exact same way again. Each one feels unique, crafted with real care and artistry.
And while the cocktails are the star, the food here deserves just as much credit. I’m still thinking about the Back Yard BBQ Act, our night the ribs were fall-off-the-bone perfect, and that cornbread was ridiculous.
The Fall Act with that cozy soup and the Gobblah, a Thanksgiving sandwich, French Dip–style, cranberry sauce on the side. The dishes feel like they’re designed to amplify the cocktails, not compete with them.
XDCC demonstrates that cocktails don't just have to be apertivos or night caps but can shine along side great dishes. The Acts change, the flavors shift, and every visit feels fresh and intentional. The creativity coming out of both the bar and the kitchen keeps me coming back, not to repeat something, but to see where they’ll go next.
Can’t wait for the next round.”
“Exceptional in every way. We dined here by chance initial and ate at the bar which we like to do to take in the ambience and atmosphere and this place has that in abundance, so much so we actually decided to eat their 2 nights on the run, largely because of the truly amazing experience provided by Miguel and the stunning food. I work in the luxury hospitality space and this was easily one of the best restaurants I have ever visited. Bravo Row 34 team, especially Miguel, you’re a true Star!”
“The BBQ pork bahn mi was terrific, good crunch on the bread, nice acid from the pickled veggies, the pork had great seasoning and little bits of char. The shrimp spring rolls had a great texture and the veggies were nice and fresh. The peanut sauce with the spring rolls had a very nice roasty, slightly sweet flavor”
“The drinks were delicious and everyone I interacted with was so nice! I really love coffee drinks and both my mocha and espresso martini were really tasty. They accidentally forgot to make my mocha but, as soon as I went to check on it and they realized what happened, they were incredibly apologetic and went out of their way to make it up. I'm not from here but if I find myself in Boston again, I will 100% be coming back!”
“We love Drawdown! It’s a great (inclusive+safe) community bar that’s walking distance from home. I have loved trying all the different beers, sodas, and the crispy seltzer. There are a solid set of core beers and then fun seasonal beers on rotation (some of the fall beers have been So It Goes - a cozy cinnamon beer and White Girl Wasted a pumpkin ale). I personally loved the orange soda when it was on tap (it gave aperol spritz vibes), but the root beer is also delicious. The staff are all super welcoming and friendly, and there’s an awesome calendar of events (chaotic good bingo nights and retro video game nights as examples). Drawdown highlights women’s sports, but is also a place to catch international soccer games or Ru Paul’s Drag race. Would recommend as a place to stop by if you’re passing through, want to catch a specific game, or if you want to find that neighborhood bar where you’ll feel known.”
“I visited Lucky Tiger over the weekend with friends, and wow — what an experience! The restaurant has only been open for less than two years, but it’s already a gem.
Ambience: The decor is stunning — very modern, warm, and aesthetically pleasing. The vibe is cozy yet stylish, making it a great spot for a casual dinner or celebration.
Service: Our waiter, Carlos, was amazing! He was attentive, constantly checking in to make sure everything was perfect without being overbearing. The overall service was 10/10.
Food: I found this place on TikTok and saw mixed reviews, but I honestly don’t understand why. Everything we ordered was delicious!
• Sweet & Sticky Spareribs: The meat literally fell off the bone — so tender and flavorful.
• Crab Rangoon: More on the creamy, cheesy side, but still so good (especially with the duck sauce).
• Dumplings: Super flavorful filling with a little spicy kick in the sauce. I personally would’ve liked them more fried, but that’s on me for not specifying — still delicious!
• Fried Rice: I ordered double chicken instead of pork sausage, and it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. 10/10.
Drinks: The drinks were just as impressive. Our bartender, Eduardo, was so kind and made amazing cocktails. I had a lemon drop, my friend had a dirty martini, and we also tried the Soju Aperol Spritz, which was refreshing and unique. Eduardo even surprised us with complimentary lemon drop shots for a birthday — served in adorable little glasses!
Overall: Great food, great drinks, excellent service, and a beautiful atmosphere. It wasn’t cold inside, the music was at the perfect level, and we could actually talk without shouting. We had such a good time and will definitely be back!”
“Super cool tea spot-
Tea by the Sea has some incredible Matcha. Cool, refreshing, and just hits the spot. The store itself is nestled within a community center but has all around amazing views of Downtown Boston. Overall, recommend a visit if you’re in East Boston and craving some quality tea.”
