“Located in the Crown development. Easy parking in the public parking lot. We always share the Hanger Steak with Cauliflour Mash. It’s perfectly tender and delicious every time. This time we ordered dessert, a flourless chocolate waffle with iced cream and whipped cream. It’s really decadent and delicious. Another excellent meal. Prices are reasonable and the servers are friendly and skilled. The room is very nice too.“

“Thank you Lior for making our dining experience fun and delicious! (The Three L's!). Our meals were so tasty. My husband got the scallops which he really liked and I opted for the tenderloin salad which was cooked to perfection. We love this place. The dish sizes are perfect and you really don't leave hungry. The small desserts are just the right amount to satisfy your sweet tooth! We will be back.“

“Personally, I think this is the best hot pot restaurant in the DMV area. The ingredients are fresh and the Angus beef for dinner is top-notch! What's even more comfortable is the service here. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, especially Amy, who greets me warmly and provides proactive and considerate service every time. Our family always eats happily and leaves satisfied, and we have been regular customers here for several years.“

“Hands-down, the best Greek restaurant in Montgomery County! The owners are from Greece, so the food is authentic. Some interesting dishes. “Girlfriend and I wanted to try something new. We came across spice street and never had Indian food before. Service was amazing and food was excellent. We had the chicken curry and chicken makhani with garlic naan bread. All the food was amazing and would definitely recommend to try this place out.“

“Some great food and a few misses. The oysters were great- cold, briny, and delicious. I ordered the grilled tuna off of their special spring menu and it was phenomenal. Great flavor and cooked well. The most egregious flaw was a medium-rare steak that was ordered was served medium-well. The waiter wasn’t able to provide information about what oysters were available and the bar struggled with a martini. I’ll give it another shot but expected a little more for the price and reputation.“

“Literally my favorite restaurant in the world. I have been going there since they were in their previous location in College Park, and the food has been consistently amazing for these last 20ish years. Their menu offers extensive options for omnivores, pescatarians, vegetarians, and vegans alike, with the flexibility of omitting fish sauce from their Burmese dressing. If you like bitter, complex flavors, you HAVE to try their green tea leaf salad.“

“This is such a hidden gem in the DMV area. It was a last minute decision to come here and I don’t regret anything! Their seafood was so fresh and the drinks are AMAZING! The servers were very sweet and friendly. We order for 4 and have so much leftovers. Even the bag that they send you home with is reusable. I would say the best cajun seafood place I had ever. You should try their house special sauce, you won’t regret it!“

“Fabulous, friendly and welcoming service. Our waiter (maybe Oswin from the receipt?) was particularly good, as were all the staff that delivered wine and food throughout dinner. Excellent menu with tons of delicious, unique, gluten-free options. Great location in the heart of silver spring with easy access to public garage parking. Festive atmosphere on a bustling Friday evening. Highly recommended.“

“My wife and I arrived shortly after Saturday morning opening. A cheerful Giovanni promptly welcomed us. I informed him we would be a party of 5 or 6, the rest of our party would be there shortly. Giovanni welcomed us to wait at the bar, and handed us menus to get familiar with. He also offered to prepare any drinks we might be interested in and mentioned several. We do not drink, but hung out at the front. We mentioned we were celebrating my daughter's birthday. This was our first visit here. When the rest of our party arrived, Mark had our table ready. Giovanni brought us to the table. He took care of water and checking if we wanted any other beverages. After that, we ordered two starters. A dozen oysters on the half shell, and their smoked fish platter. Both were very well presented and very appetizing. We ordered our entrees sometime during the appetizers. Giovanni was continously smiling, joking around, and very happy in general. Our main course were served in a timely manner. Everyone ordered something different. Every dish was very well prepared and presented. The serving sizes were generous, from our point of view. We were full and satiated, but not stuffed. Everything was fresh looking and fresh tasking. The seasoning brought out the natural flavors of the proteins and sides. Everyone had a clean plate at the end. To our surprise, Giovanni brought over a desert with a candle in it. He led us in a happy birthday song. Obviously we were very happy with the entire experience and look forward to visiting again.“

“This place quickly became one of my favorites since moving to Maryland, and I would consider it a neighborhood gem. The service is great, the food is always fresh and delicious. Seating can be limited but they accommodate as quickly as possible in the bar area. Tables can be reserved ahead. I absolutely love their rum bun bread pudding as a dessert to go. Fresh oysters and their seafood bisque is an order for me every time.“

“This place is delicious and has wonderful service. I got the oxtail pho and my daughter got the fried rice with a strawberry nutella crepe for dessert. The broth on my pho was some of the best ever. The basil and bean sprouts were some of the freshest I have seen at a pho spot. This place is wonderful - you can get great pho, crepes, and teas all in one spot. The staff were super friendly.“

“Dear Diary - This is one of my favorite convenient hotpots in the area. Using their iPad to order your items, they often come to the table very quickly. They do have a serving robot mainly handling drinks/dessert orders which makes it pretty efficient as they can focus on other tasks. Love the efficiency and the various soup base flavors that are offered.“

“Vegan reviewer here! It was my first time to Yuan Fu Vegetarian and based on the reviews I was really excited to try them out. I went on a Friday night around 8 PM. From the outside it's nothing spectacular which is a great sign of authenticity. Right when you enter there's booths and tables with the counter at the back. They were about 1/4 occupied. I decided to seat myself in a booth and was greeted right away and handed a menu and was asked what I wanted to drink. I ended up deciding on the pecking duck which was the most recommended menu item and the vegetable chow foon since that dish is one of my favorites to order at any Asian restaurant. The both dishes came out about 10 minutes later. I had never had real pecking duck but wow this was delicious. The plum sauce really complimented the dish. Definitely order this dish. The chow foon was alright. Rice noodles really soak up any sauce you put on it so I was disappointed when there wasn't much flavor. The noodles were also pretty soft and I like them to have a bit of a bite. I asked for chili oil and soy sauce to jazz it up and it did the trick. I have a big appetite but had to ask for boxes. The service and food were great overall and I definitely plan on coming back and trying other dishes. One thing I will say is I asked for an itemized receipt and they had to handwrite it since they don't have a digital system. Both dishes came out to just under $35. Can't wait to come back!“
“The restaurant is pretty small and cozy. We ordered seafood and chicken soups. The seafood soup was good, but the chicken soup was ok. The noodles were overcooked, and the chicken pieces had a smell, so I didn't like it. I also ordered fried shrimp and scallion pancakes. Both the appetizers were good. Overall, it is a casual spot for soups and appetizers.“

“Don’t let the generic name/lack of curb prevent you from giving this place a try!Seen this place all the time when stopping at 7-Eleven next door but didn’t give it any mind until recently when I wanted some Chinese takeout. So so glad I ended up trying it because the food was legit amazing - which is great because the area historically has not had great Chinese options.Got the hunan & orange chicken along with hot & sour soup - couldn’t tell you a single bad thing about any. Main entree + lo mein + soup + egg roll for under $15 is amazing value for the portion size. This has 100% become our household’s go to.“

“I understand how it feels to have low expectations for food and then be pleasantly surprised by how good it is. I had a great experience with the pizza - the amount of cheese and sauce on it, along with the light and crunchy crust, must have been a real treat for my taste buds. Based on my recommendation, I would consider trying their pizza myself. And if you do end up trying their burgers or sandwiches in the future, please let me know how they are!“

“This is the closest place you'll get the Szechuan food in Maryland. I came to Bob's Shanghai and ordered a lot of the Szechuan based menu. First order the beef tendon which had plenty of heat, personally there was a too much black pepper for me. Still was plenty tasty with a gelatinous texture. Secondly had some of their soup dumplings and it was great. Not as much soup as I would like, but there was plenty of flavor. For those who don't know what soup dumplings are, soup dumplings are essentially dumplings which have soup in them. They come out piping hot so you really want to watch out before you bite into these. We also ordered the pork belly stir fried in vegetable and Szechuan sauce. This was the highlight of the whole trip. The stir-fry consisted of plenty of garlic, bamboo shoots, green pepper, spring onion, and Szechuan peppers. The fatty pork belly and combination of vegetables really gave a nice touch. Lastly I ordered the Dan Dan noodles which were terrible. They were dry tasteless and not worth getting. Considering Szechuan is one of my favorite food styles, I usually go to Philly in order to get my Szechuan fixing. For now this place will do the job“

“Excellent service. The whole crew was on-point like clockwork for a busy Saturday night. We adore Amy's energy! Seated for dinner, a selection of delicious hors d'oeuvres created a little party at our table. The entrées looked very good. Cheers to the chef and staff! The table wine was excellent and served European style (without needing to select origin or year). In a winery, this is a nice touch for dinner. The bar in the entry hall was full, possibly with a wine tasting event, and looked super fun!! Thank you very much for a fantastic evening. Cooper's Hawk is so easy to add to a stable of restaurants that it could become a lifestyle.“

“I had to knock off a star. The fare is quite amazing, I’ve always had great meals here. But . . . . . I have to take off a star. They added large TV sets since I was here before and the dining atmosphere is ruined by soccer games and what I guess is Indian rap music blaring on another. Totally awful distractions from trying to intimately enjoy their incredible food. Also, a mysterious “service charge” appeared on the very bottom of our bill. If it was noted on the menu I never saw it. The server’s explanation of this extra 15% charge was unintelligible. When the credit slip arrived, it was asking for yet another tip. I’m not a cheapskate. I worked in restaurants for many years and know how difficult it can be. Asking for a tip on top what already has a service charge is a bit arrogant. So, pretty awesome food. I would go back with earplugs and a sharper eye on the bill.“

“Chef Tony's has so much going for it. Great location, off the beaten path, in a gated condo. Parking is pretty easy. Getting to the restaurant is fun, a little like Henry and Karen entering the Copa to see Bobby Vinton in Goodfellas. The restaurant is on the Arcade level and is sleek, fresh, well-lighted. There is a separate bar area with softer lighting and an outdoor patio as well. The dishes I've ordered or tried have all been solid. The portions are more than generous, which is nice to know with prices everywhere being higher. My favorite is Dad's Crab Pasta. They also have Pizza, Detroit style. My go-to is the 4-4-2. Deep dish, sausage, bacon, ample sauce, milder cheese blend, hot honey drizzle... You can opt in to receiving messages/ from them, which can be nice, if you want to know about specials and such. Service is on par, prices as well“

“The first time I came here was to celebrate my birthday with a few co-worker girlfriends. The girls told them it was my birthday and they came out sang to me ,(I can't recall if this is where I got to wear a sombrero while they sang). We had a good time.... Since then I have visited a few more times as it is in walking distance for me. It's a great place if you want to sip on a margarita on the patio which has a sort of tiki bar vibe at night with the lights...or come watch a match while eating the tasty Mexican & El Salvadoran cuisines. I've tired and enjoyed the ceviche, fajitas, pupusas and margaritas several times. I did not care for the nachos but it was a to-go order and sometimes that can really make a difference when you get nachos. The staff has always been welcoming and friendly. I recommend stopping by!“

“4 stars for 4 reasons1. Everything we order was good! From main entrees, appetizers and desserts.2. Price is good for everything we ordered3. Quantity is good portion for the money4. The food came out relatively fast and warm!Minus 1 star because the stew we ordered was kinda salty! One other reason for the deduction is the customer service provided! Out of the 2 hours we were here our water was filled once, that’s it. Our server was kinda mute and didn’t provide the good service we would have wanted. Below average service for.“

I've been looking for a restaurant with good seolleongtang and this place fits the bill. The soondobu was adequately spicy and delicious. One thing to note is the egg is $1.50 extra. The vegetarian pancake was crisp, not too oily, and along with the sauce it was delicious.Highly recommend this place. It's reasonably priced (paid maybe $35 for the meal) and the food was amazing. “Stopped by Poke Bros during my lunch break to pick up a bowl to-go! I had gotten a 25% coupon in the mail so today seemed like the perfect day to use it. You can order off their regular menu with pre-made bowls, but I chose to build my own. I got a half-half salad mix/sushi rice, half-half salmon and marinated tuna, with pretty much all the free ingredients including carrots, edamame, corn, cucumber, tofu, and fried onion. The sauces I chose were spicy aioli and ponzu. Positives first: the bowl tasted GOOD. I mean flavor was on point. The salmon was fatty and melt in your mouth. It tasted fresh. I just haven't quite had salmon in a poke bowl like that before. I was surprised that the tofu had flavor as well, like it was marinated in a sweet soy. Overall no complaints with taste. Where it fell short for me was the portion. Hardly got any protein and on top of that, they chop the fish into super tiny pieces so you get even less. I ended up paying $12 for the tiny bowl (with the 25% coupon) but nonetheless was expecting more. Definitely was still feeling a little hungry afterwards. Overall, would give it a 3.5 (debated rounding up or down). Not sure that I'll be back as the value isn't quite there for me.“
