“My husband and I met some friends for dinner here. We passed by multiple, but this was our first time in. It feels like an upscale sports bar when you walk in. The service was standard and the food was very good. I heard that the lamb was a dish people raved about, so I tasted it. It did not disappoint! The salmon bites were also delicious. We had a great time! I think just about anyone would enjoy themselves here. It's not too casual, but not pretentious.”

“Our first time here today celebrating my 24 anniversary with my wife. We got both the Hot Pot and Korean BBQ all you can eat. The food and service were amazing. Our waitress was Angelina P and she took great care of us. I highly recommend eating here. I will be back with our 3 kids to enjoy again.”

“This is a typical bar with with bar food. No Different than TGI Friday, except a little better. The service is "OK" the servers are untrained as to waiting on tables. The first thing that should be brought to tables is eating utensils and napkins, the water. The tables dont have slat & pepper available for their patrons, you need to ask for it. The menus are not placed in front of customers upside down. (And I even brought it to her attention and she still didn’t correct it) ?? All in all the server was trying very hard to be attentive. The food was not terrible, it's typical bar food, and dont expect anything more. The Boom Boom shrimp are pre breaded frozen shrimp with the tails on and then fried and covered in some type of sauce. My daughter liked the boneless chicken wings with hot sauce. The onion rings I thought were good. I ordered the toasted Italian sub and wasn't offered the option to get tater tots -vs- fries. I didn’t realize this till later and the fries were soggy. I think this is an "OK" spot for someone looking for a bar atmosphere and same for the food & service.”

The store owners are SO friendly and really care about the community. The food they serve all come from local small businesses, so the quality is top notch! The egg custard, red bean, and pork buns are my favorites! 😋 For drinks, the strawberry au lait, tiramisu milk tea, and mango tea with mousse are my go to!”

“We searched for a Jamaican spot to get some food and when I tell you they did not disappoint. The food was good on the second day as well. We traveled 3 hours back home with half of our meals and the flavor was worthy of slapping someone mama not mine though. My grandprincess enjoyed her honey bbq wings and gave them the thumbs up.”

“Brooklyn born here n have had it all. The Halal guys, Adels plus countless more. When I heard about this place I couldnt wait. Heres my review. 8.7/10. The rice oh wow the rice is a 10, amazing flavor. The chicken is a 10! very flavorful and fresh. The beef/lamb is a 7.9 at best. Which was dissapointing. As this part is my favorite. Its typical pre made gyro and that leaves you wanting the real thing. It was fresh and cooked well. My shwarma scale is tough, Ive had the best. All over. I added pita and it was delicious and warm. The sauces are very good too but a little watery. Overall Im happy, filled and Impressed. I got a L coke, added Pita and it was only $16. Perfect. They will get even better. Go support them. You will be happy.”

“Finally found my go to dining spot in Towson: Kathmandu did not disappoint. Manoj, owner's nephew, provided excellent service. Everything I ordered was pretty delish: veggie pakora, chicken soup and chicken gorkhali. Particularly loved the flavoring and spices of gorkhali, and sliced ginger pieces make each bite that much nicer. This will be a repeat dining spot for my Towson business stays. Highly recommend this place to anyone that likes Nepalese and Indian cuisine as many of their dishes are a crossover from Indian food.”

“I used to order from here during my college years and it was my favorite. I recently moved back to the area and was craving some Kung Pao Shrimp. Remembered I now live up the street and decide to stop in and grab some. Everyone inside was really nice, the food was ready quickly and everything is absolutely delicious! Huge shrimp in the Kung Pao Shrimp and I love that they do mixed veggies with it. Some places only do carrots/celery/peppers. I also got the General Tso’s Tofu because I try any place that does it. Their tofu is cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The sauce is delicious and the tofu is flavored all the way through. I also ordered enough to get a free pork egg roll and that was also cooked to perfection. So happy I have this spot so close. I will definitely will picking up from there whenever I have a Chinese food craving!”

Mango slushy: 8/10 very sweet
Taro milk tea: ~ kid didn’t like it much
Dragon roll: 8/10
California roll: 7/10 (2 roll special)
Shrimp with brócoli dinner: 8/10
General tso chicken dinner: 9/10 good taste and had leftovers.

I sent in my order online once I got close and had a very slim window to actually bring it to them. I started to panic and got emotional that I wasn’t going to make it with their treat. You guys were supper busy but one of your team members noticed and reached out to me later to make sure I was ok. Luckily I was able to make it and bring a little joy with your food. The cornbread was overcooked and a tiny end corner sliver about an inch wide. (Very disappointing) the blueberry cobbler was warm and yummy even though it was also overcooked.”

“When I came in I was greeted by a young lady wearing glasses. When I got to the counter to place my order she smiled and asked how my day was and how could she assist me. She took my order read it back to me gave me detail of everything that came on the item I ordered . I got the grilled chicken sandwich. After I got my food she came and checked on me made sure I was okay multiple time. The place is clean and neat.”

“We could not wait to go to Towson Best to see how they remodeled the restaurant. It was closed for about a month. We went early, so we were able to get a parking spot in the rear. The first thing we noticed was the bright new paint in the hallway. When you enter the restaurant, you are greeted by a light and airy dining room. It is still divided in two with new tables on both sides. The big difference is the banquette along the wall. They have removed all the booths. They have new tables and chairs, new floor, and new lighting. They still have one TV. The sushi counter is still there along with a tea etc. counter. It was all so inviting. In addition to the remodeling, they now have expanded their menu to include Ramen, Bun and a variety of Bubble and fruit teas plus more. We decided on the lunch special, which included a spring roll and your choice of white or fried rice. Mona, our server, was very attentive and welcoming. The owner remembered us and came over to say hello – very thoughtful. My husband ordered the Shrimp with Cashews. However, when it came, it had green and red peppers in it, which he cannot eat. Mona very quickly took it back, and they gave him a new order. I had the Shrimp Chow Fun which is wide Chinese noodles in a delicate sauce with nice size shrimp. We both really like the ambience of the new restaurant and our lunches.”

As far as carry out goes we were sitting right next to the carry out area and the line was across the mall and pizzas stacked on their oven. They were very busy but they seem to get through the line pretty fast so although you might have to wait a few mins to get to where you order the food is worth it. I would watch a man bring up bagged orders and then within a minute our server would check the bags hand certain ones to the people working carry out and yell a number I believe this was to get the people here already waiting their food right away. Seemed like they have a working system for this crazy time. So although the lines seem very long it wasn't bad at all. Our kids also loved the trains. Was the first year they are old enough to really enjoy them and enjoy them they did!”

“I got the chicken wrap for lunch. It was delicious super saucy the way i like and the caramalized onion and pepper added so much flavor to the wrap. I dont like how other places just stuff the wrap with lettuce and tomatoes they had really stuffed the chicken. Highly recommended. Definitely worth the try. P.s i dont really leave reviews so it must be good thats why m leaving one.”

“I stopped here today for a hot dog while in the mall. The man behind the counter was very nice and there were a variety of hot dogs to choose from. I had the sausage and mozzarella hot dog and it was really good with the sweet chili sauce. I would have another hot dog from here if I am in the mall again.”

The fries are delicious and tbh I’ve only had the lemon garlic or lemon pepper friend with crab. But the original comes with shrimp and crab. “This was my first time visiting at The Real Thing and it did not disappoint. I tried the chicken cheesesteak and it was delicious. It was full of meat and toppings. The hot sauce was a nice addition but if you don’t like your food too spicy, get it on the side. My daughter had the regular cheesesteak and it was equally good. We will definitely be back!!”
