“I have found this location to be one of the better McDonald's to frequent, but you have a quicker experience when you go through drive thru. I've noticed that there is usually plenty of staff on hand but most of the focus is keeping the drive through moving swiftly. My food is always warm and you can tell that they stay on top of their cooking grease and fryers, but my burgers never seem to have a decent amount of seasoning on them. I would definitely give an A. For cleanliness tables are always clean and clear, floors are kept up trash is not overflowing everywhere and the bathrooms are actually astonishing clean & deodorized!! Overall I would recommend this location and sometimes go a little out of my way to this one if I'm getting McDonald's.Vegetarian options: It's McDonald's!Dietary restrictions: Slim Pickens be creative.Parking: They offer space for travel trailers, and the parking lot is connected to a speedway. Also there are highway options within a mile of both.Kid-friendliness: The staff are warm and welcoming.Wheelchair accessibility: Both doors are wheelchair accessible.“

“Our server tonight was Dana and oh my gosh was she phenomenal! She was very tentative, continuously asking us how we were doing, (not in a wouldn’t leave us alone kind of way lol). She definitely made us feel like we weren’t forgotten. The manager ended up telling us that she has only been here 2 weeks but you could NEVER tell! She is amazing ! If you go; and want fantastic service, ask for her! She was so great with our 4 year old too! Keep it up!“

“OMG...This place brings you back to when the world used to be normal, people were happy, families connected over going out to eat, and things were affordable. An old old-school pull-up, order, car-hop type place. Comparable to Olympic Broil, but a little better. If Nip 'n Sip was smart they would play up on their uniqueness, rather than changing to become more like the garbage of the 2020s. Granted, the prices are trending higher, but still a great deal. The food is beyond DELICIOUS, portions are great. I've tried the olive burger, chili burger, chili cheese-o fries, fried mushrooms, and the Hammy Sammy. All are perfect, good portions, delicious as hizhell, just AWESOME!!! Love this place, I would eat here every day if I could (it would be an olive burger and something else)!“

“We hosted a party of about 30 at HopCat last night for my son's MSUCOM graduation. First, I had a nice call ahead of time from Brett, the manager, to confirm the party and our arrival time. The timing was a bit tricky because of the graduation ceremony. Brett really tried to time everything for us so the room/food could be all ready to go right when we arrived. He even left his cell number for me-how many managers would do that?! So impressive!We had the top floor there which is an awesome space if you need a special event room. Everything was PERFECT! The food was amazing-all of it. We had the chicken taco bar, the burger bar, the boneless wings, and the Cosmic Fries. Our servers, Maria and Alyssa were warm, helpful, professional, and sooo efficient. They handled the crowd with ease and always made sure we had enough food, drinks, napkins, etc. They worked so hard to make our event a success for our guests. I cannot rave enough about the service we received at HopCat. They all went above and beyond. Brett, the manager, is on point with his management of this establishment!“

“My husband and I visited on a Wednesday night and had a great experience! It was a fun atmosphere without being too loud. We both had cheeseburgers with fries and a Michigan Mule. Everything was SO delicious and fresh. All of the staff were super friendly and attentive. Honestly, we did not have high hopes for this place as it's a bar across from a college campus, but we were pleasantly surprised!! Will definitely return next time we are in town.“

“Absolutely a great choice when you're looking for good hearty diner fare...This place is popular and for good reason. Best known for breakfast, and lunch. Portions are big and there's a good variety of choices. Service is fast, very pleasant and seem to be happy doing what there doing...thus there is a very good energy to the place and everyone seems at home. It's a very casual environment. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.“

“Henry's was one of the first places we went to have a beer and some food upon moving to Okemos. It is a standard bar eatery. The service is personable, polite and always entertaining. Their menu holds up, with options for all eaters. They have very tasty food at a respectable price. Don't forget to have some oysters, as they are both tasty and great with a cold beer. The ambience is straight forward and wide open. It's not a quiet place, but it's a good place to meet people and have a transient conversation while enjoying good food and drink. They offer some screens with sports and great people watching. I recommend Henry's Place for a great experience in Bar Americana.“

“Food was average, but I need to mention I'm not a fish eater. I wasn't aware when i visited, recommended by several people, it is primarily fish and seafood. I did get a good meal and enjoyed it, staff was GREAT! and the atmosphere was friendly, spacious, and comfortable.“

“We stop in for mixers usually, just to satisfy our sweet tooth. Sometimes the wait is up to 15 minutes, but the young staff is friendly and helpful. We had one situation where our order was confused with another vehicle in the drive through. We ended up waiting for over 25 minutes after ordering, but the manager refunded our purchase and gave us our mixers on the house. We didn't ask for this, but it was definitely appreciated after our order was given to another car... I hope they came back and got what they ordered!“

“The food has been great here. The burgers and sandwiches were great, and the appetizers were as well. The service, for the most part, has been excellent. The only semi bad experience was one time we went in to order appetizers and dessert and felt like we were treated less than. It was very off-putting, but not enough to turn us away. “Stopped in for a beer on a Friday night around 7pm. Not too busy at the bar, bartender asked if I needed a menu and I said no and I was ordering a beer and was cut off mid sentence and told they only had one server and one busboy as they got slammed during the MSU game. He promptly buried his face in the computer and I waited 3-4 minutes until nothing and I left. I understand busy times but it would have took him 1 minute to pour me a beer. Not good customer service and if he’s your manager that’s too bad. Thanks“

“First time trying Culver's. I was instantly greeted upon entry, very nice staff, and I dont get this very often makes ya feel special. The food was really damn good . I did not have a long wait and was served hot and fresh. First, let me say the fries were so good an hot. My wife and I had butter burgers. They were some of the best burgers I've had in a long time the reuben was very good as well, and I definitely will be coming back I heard they have great fish too“

“Second time to order from this place and the food was good. I got a cheesesteak and an olive burger, the cheesesteak was okay not bad other places do it way better but the olive burger was so tasty. Highly recommended to have an olive burger. The fries are also average not that much.“

“Definitely a stoner conceived joint like menna's or Lou-ha's with the late night wraps, but my favorite of the three. It's greasy bar food, & I order it when that's exactly what I want with chicken tenders in the wrap. The Mac & cheese bites are always lava filled goodness, never overcooked or soggy. And they're always so fast. My food got here in 20 minutes yesterday. Insane.“

“This place made St Patrick’s Day a perfect atmosphere. We arrived around 9pm, got a table from a group what was leaving. We got waitress service from 2 wonderful waitresses. It even looked like they were making food late into the night. DJ was great, volume was good to have conversation.My biggest problem is the bathroom. It was trashed, the women’s only has two stalls and they don’t lock, tiny sink, and I watched 3 people get hit with the door. Oh and the lights shut off on us twice while peeing.Parking: We parked near 7-11 at the garage. Parking is about $5-10 but spaces are limited all around East Lansing.“
