“My wife and I love The Fourk. We visit Hickory often. I'm originally from NY, on our first visit our Waiter was Dave. Great guy and awesome conversations. We missed him this last visit, however, Tasha was also a fantastic Waitress. We loved The Burrata, and my lady was delighted with The Jumbo Scallops. I just can't stray away from your Fourk Chop. I'll try something else next time.”

Our server seemed disengaged and gave the impression that she didn't want to be there. There is no picture of the wings. They were so good they dissappear before I could get a picture.
My son took me out for lunch to celebrate his Black Belt ceremony.
My steak tasted really good, and had it been cooked to order, it would have been awesome.
My regret is not sending it back because I ordered medium rare, and I get medium well, and that disappointed me.
I wonder if someone received my steak or did the chef just overcook it.”

If you're lucky enough to catch him behind the bar, you're in good hands!

The Fanny Pack Hazy IPA is dangerously good, and the Carrot Cake Stout is basically dessert in a glass. The pretzels with beer cheese hit the spot, and the whole place has a relaxed, friendly vibe—perfect for hanging with friends or just chilling on the patio.

Every appetizer, entree, and dessert are delicious and beautifully plated. The atmosphere is upscale without being stuffy. Prices are in line with the food and service received. Cameron and Nastacia were both nice and engaging during my time and made me feel welcome to come back and try them again! I got the Bluebird Iced Latte with Oatmilk which reminds me of a cinnamon blueberry muffin (as if you got a blueberry muffin from Panera and added cinnamon to it). I look forward to my next visit!”

“It was so fresh! Nothing being warmed for hours in a hot pan... This was all made fresh. Crispy fried Pork Eggrolls were my favorite from today! Hard for 1st favorite right behind them with the prok noodles. The flavor was out of this world! Fresh soft noodles and I didn't need any sauce on these. We did receive 6 sauces with our order, all of which were very tasty. Crab Ragon were so crispy and very full filled! The dessert egg roll was AMAZING! The Boba tea on point with several flavors! Priced just right! Very friendly front of the house man, who explained the answers to all my questions about the food and drinks with a smile! . We will definitely visit again our next trip to Hickory!”

“We were sat near a very large party, so we had to wait a little while on our server. She was nice and friendly. Our food came pretty quickly and tasted great. The only downside is the higher prices because they charge $16 for a plate of Alfredo noodles with no meat. We eat here pretty often, but it would be nice to see lower prices on plain noodles. We've noticed overtime that the bread sticks aren't as good, they're lacking in flavor.”

Exactly what I didn't know I wanted.”

My wife and I usually travel to Asheville for good food. On a Sunday there weren’t a lot of options. We decided to give backstreets a try. It’s been years since I ate here and didn’t remember. She got Cajun chicken pasta and I got possibly the best Rueben I’ve had in years. I’d say the pasta is better than Cheesecake Factory. The only negative thing was the judgy couple sitting beside us. However, they cannot control who comes through their doors. The service was excellent and I’m so happy I found a place I am happy with locally.”

This food is amazing and flavorful. I am very very picky with food. I eat a bean, cheese, rice burrito with red and green sauce religiously. Super flavorful and I can tell the quality of ingredients they genuinely care about. This is the first time I have found a place that has made a perfect replica of my favorite simple burrito. I will back forever as I eat a lot of burritos. My man eats chicken quesadilla and he also was blown away and will also be back. We are beyond impressed and I will be recommending this food truck to everyone 🔥🔥🔥”

“I found the best treat in Hickory. I think I found my favorite flavor, the name is called Pink Protect. It tastes like a liquid sweet tart. This is literally a healthy liquid candy drink. The ingredients say strawberries, apple, lemon and lime. From how good this tastes you would think it would have added sugar but it does not.”

The décor could benefit from some tidying up—hiding the back counters and removing the room dividers would create a more polished, upscale feel and show greater attention to detail in the overall atmosphere.”

Unlike a few other places, this location always has their pizza cooked properly incorrectly. The deep dish crust is always crispy the way it should be, and everything is always completed in a timely fashion. The best Little Caesars store I have ever ordered from. Can’t recommend them enough and they deserve this glowing review.”

The staff did stop by the table to ask how everything was occasionally and took away items when you were done. I liked the Deviled eggs, they had a good taste. The Pitmaster nachos were plentiful and good, the only thing I would have liked different was for the chicken to have been shredded. The berry crush cocktail was light and refreshing.”
