Not only did he make excellent food recommendations but he also took time to explain how to travel around Charlotte and gave advice on local shops and art surrounding the area. “My wife and I had a fantastic dinner experience at 131 Main! The atmosphere is perfect for upscale casual dining - inviting and stylish. Our server, Kellie, was top-notch. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our experience was great.The food came out incredibly fast, in about 10 minutes, and everything was piping hot. We could tell the ingredients were fresh by the taste and perfect seasoning. I had the slow roasted chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken itself was juicy and flavorful, and the smashed potatoes were a perfect complement. My wife ordered the crabcakes, and they were loaded with succulent crabmeat. The sauce was also amazing!We highly recommend 131 Main and will definitely be back to try more of their menu.“

The cake and cupcakes looked exactly like the design photos I sent and somehow tasted even better! Everyone at the party commented on how delicious and cute they were. “You pick out whatever popsicle (made from gelato) that you want and then they hand-dip it in chocolate, toppings, etc. I had the version that includes sandwiches (like an ice cream sandwich). OMG. Ran around $8.50 per person, so not cheap but great for a special occasion.“

“Dinner at The Cowfish is always a win. We’ve visited the Orlando location dozens of times, but tonight bisited the Charlotte location since we were in town. Faith, our server, recommended the Togarashi shrimp, and it was phenomenal. Mel, the manager, came out and spoke to us about our visits to Orlando, made some more recommendations, and made sure we were well set for the evening. We had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and Texas chili cheeseburger, both were absolutely excellent. The Cowfish is a must stop in Charlotte or Orlando!“

“I frequent Flower Child for lunch very often with Coworkers as it is nearby to us.Food is always fresh, prepped, and cooked to perfection. My favorite dish is the Chicken Enchilada or Chicken salad.Service is always fast and greatAtmosphere is nice dining setting for lunch especially on a nice day.The only reason not a 5 star in my book is due to price as a plate and drink can easily run you about $24 here which as much as I like it as a healthy choice for lunch paying this for lunch multiple times out the week as I feel it is a bit overpriced for ok sized portions of food. Unfortunately I guess it's the new world we live in where Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner places even burger places are A La Carte with the price of everything driven up not just a fancy steakhouse restaurant like it used to be“

“My first time at Copper, celebrating a friends birthday! There's a parking lot on the side (there were still a few spots available at 6:30pm on a Sunday) and street parking if needed. They were extremely busy! Waited a bit for a host to come out, but once they did we were seated for our reservation right away! All of the staff was so friendly and very prompt with refilling water, which we thoroughly appreciated. Meals come with rice, naan costs extra if you are wanting it. The tikki masala was delicious! “Fantastic doughnuts--maybe the best in town, or at least neck and neck with Suarez. We are obsessed with the white chocolate chai, brown butter and salt, whipped lemon ricotta, cinnamon pear, and honey butter cinnamon-bun. Everything we have tried has been incredible though. I would say this is one of the few spots in CLT that could compete in a bigger, dining-competitive city and we are so lucky to have it here. Parking is rough, but they deliver, which makes it dangerously easy to over-indulge. We got a couple of boxes delivered in place of cake for a family member's birthday and they went over BIG.“

“I've never had a bad meal at the Flying Biscuit. We normally go to the Park Rd location but came to this location for the first time. Where there would normally be a long wait on the weekends, we got in right away because we were willing to sit at the bar. The food was prepared quickly but was still fresh and hot. I love that they offer so many non-pork options. In fact, besides bacon, they don't serve potk but they offer turkey bacon, chicken sausage and this time I tried chicken chorizo. Their grits are always creamy, the biscuits are always fluffy. I often have their biscuits and gravy because it's made with chicken sausage and its amazing and you can't find that anywhere else but the grits bowl with chicken chorizo was amazing and I'll have that again as well. You just can't go wrong.I only gave 4 stars for service because our server was nice but it was hard to get her attention and ultimately it took awhile for us to get our bill.Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for non pork esters“

I mostly texted as that’s my preference.I ordered some cupcakes for my bridal shower. They even delivered them! When delivering them, a few fell over and we were able to salvage them (you would have never knew they fell) but they still made us a whole new batch!!They were so pretty! Almost too pretty to eat!! I was able to get a variety of flavors and designs. They tasted delicious!!! We will definitely be ordering again.“

“There is only one person I would ever want to make my bagel sandwiches or Ruebens. She actually puts love into what she's making. I've had just about everything made just from every other employee there, and let's just say they don't measure up. They literally will just throw the food together, and it's messy as ever. But Sue really takes her time putting together the bagel/ sandwich you order. We also make sure to ask if shes the one who made the macoroni salad or not. She actually cares about the quality of food that goes in and out of this place. I give 5 stars for Sue for her exceptional service but rated 4 because everyone should learn from her. It would be better if everyone gave out the same quality as Sue does and kept this place consistent with the quality you receive.“

“We were at Top Golf and really wanted good pizza. Unfortunately Hickory where we are from is limited. Handmade crust, fire burning oven, hand tossed, crispy crust, fresh ingredients. They were short handed but staff was very polite and the food was wonderful. The best pizza we have had in a very long time. Thank you so much. If I had to call out any one thing it would be that they did turn away a family from quite a distance away with 30 min. left open . The pizza only took about 10 min once we placed our order so they could have served them. That’s really the only thing. We were very pleasantly surprised.“
