“Quinton went above and beyond for me in my family, my family was visiting Longhorn for their birthday celebration and I am four hours away. I called in to see if I could pay the bill. The manager informed me they are not allowed to accept payments over the phone, but did say they would give them dessert on the house and wish them or sing to them a happy birthday from us and my family. This made their day even more special and I’m so grateful and thankful for Quinton taking on this task! Thank you guys so much we love Longhorn. We always choose it for our dinner and celebrating needs. You guys are always the best and the food is always amazing. Thank you for making this day special for my family.“

“Ruth Chris never disappoints, this is my first time at this location. I was celebrating my birthday both of the hostesses made sure to greet me with well wishes and say me at a table decorated with rose petals and other festive features. Our server Sylvain ( I believe was his name) was great very warm and very knowledgeable. However, he congratulated my partner and I on a happy anniversary rather than my birthday I accepted it because of his attention to detail and his impeccable clearing of the table. He made sure that everything was great from start to finish I just wish he would have gotten the memo that it was my birthday and not an anniversary nevertheless he was a great server and this was a great way to spend my birthday. I also liked that the manager came to make sure we were okay always a nice touch.“

“Every thing was great! My mother wanted to be reseated by the fireplace and they happily accommodated us. The managers came by often to check on us, and all the food was great!! My fries were a bit salty and they replaced them with no issues!!! Everyone from beginning to the end were pleasant and the experience was nice. I had a great time with my family and my brother really enjoyed the salmon salad. Thank you.“

“This place is super busy for a reason ! Best juicy steaks I have ever had ! Great atmosphere, great service ! With that being said, as I stated above, it's very busy . I suggest making a reservation well ahead of time and you will probably still have to wait for a few minutes. Well worth the wait ! They also have the best sweet tea you can drink !“

“The gentleman who took care of our table and the lady who brought our food out and extra silverware were nice. All the food came out tasting good, but maybe it was just my taste buds, but I felt like the Caesar salad dressing was really spicy. That’s about the only way to describe it. Still, everything was wonderful and we enjoyed our experience.“

“We had the Bacon AuPoivre and Lobster Bisque for appetizers, both were excellent. The bisque had more meat in it than anywhere I remember, the real deal. For the main course, steaks with sides of loaded baked potatoes and creamed corn. All very good and generous servings. We were greated as always by the GM Buddy, he puts a lot of work into this place and it shows, everything is first class. Our server Thomas has been with the restaurant since its opening, 17 years, and his experience always makes the event special.“

“Food was amazing service was extremely slow but it was due to a severe storm that knocked out power to southern half of the city so it was acceptable but the big reason I gave 5 stars was the atmosphere of the restaurant. “Celebrated my birthday yesterday with my husband. We haven’t been in years but it’s just as we remembered on point. Everything and everyone was exceptional. From the time we walked through the door we were greeted with professionalism and a smile! Our waitress Alaura set the bar of what a waitress does. “Longhorn's has a Springtime special on Lamb chops right now. I asked for medium well & mine were cooked to perfection.I also like that my server brought my salad & bread with my drink ... but didn't bring my Lamb until I had finished my salad. I hate it when restaurants rush your food out... so this won big points with me.There are lots of other good options on the menu which I liked... such as a Rib & Parmesan Crusted Chicken platter & there's lots of choices for sides. I'll be back to try something else next time... but those Lamb chops were tasty... yessss.“
