“We've lived in Bayville since 2015 and tonight we tried the Trenton pie from Shady Rest for the first time. How did it take us nearly 9 years to find the best pizza in the area? The thin, crispy crust. The generous and flavorful sauce. Just the right amount of cheese. Hot and fresh, right from the oven. We will be ordering so often you'll think we are making up for lost time. Thank you, Shady Rest. Please don't change a thing.“

“Last night was my first time coming here and I’ll definitely be back. We were a party of 9 for girls night and ended up in a beautiful secluded room. “Anchor Inn saved my party!!!! We had a house party planned for 16 people. 1 hour before guests were supposed to arrive, our street got flooded out in Ocean Gate. We called Anchor Inn and they happily accommodated our party of 16 just 45 minutes later!! Everyone arrived at the restaurant and our party was being served efficiently. We all really enjoyed our big variety of meals such as pizzas, eggplant rollatini, ravioli, lasagna, etc. they let us bring our own birthday cake and didn’t even charge us a serving fee for it. No one does that anymore and so we wanted everyone to know how wonderful this place was for us, and how incredibly stressed out we were before they saved the day. Thank you so much Anchor Inn management, chef, and servers!!!!“

“Came in for an early dinner with my son. We arrived at 4pm. By the time we left there was a wait, and it's obvious why. The food was so good. The wings were delicious, and cooked perfectly. I had the scallops and my son had the cheese steak. Two very different meals and both absolutely incredible. Our waiter was so awesome and attentive as well. Would 100% come back.“

“This is an absolute wow restaurant. There is nothing on the menu that's generic and everything has a personal touch to it. I got to meet the owners and they were the most down to earth friendly people. The clams were an excellent appetizer, followed by one of the best medium-rare prime ribs I've ever had. They absolutely nailed it. The rest of my party enjoyed the seafood they ordered. The dry scallops had by others were raved about and the service was top notch. This is a high end seafood restaurant with all the charm of a seaside inn. I absolutely can't wait to go back.“

It is actually an appetizer, but it’s a sizable enough meal for most people.I can’t find faults and I love when I can’t find faults.A warning getting into the miracle pub is pretty tough from Route 37 eastbound there’s really only one way in from that direction and it’s in a small strip mall That you need to carefully navigate because it’s narrow to get to the miracle pub parking area. Tops drive 5 mph in this narrow parking lot that runs parallel with route 37 you have to slow way down for it.The best way is to take the jug handle off of 37 that goes to Lakehurst Road, which is right in front of the miracle pub and the circle wraps around miracle pub and you come from behind the building where there is some odd angle parking, I would not want to come out at midnight, fearing another faced customer smack into my car. Find a safe place back there where your car is protected from other cars just a suggestion, but especially at night it’s wacky parking lot that is almost U-shaped but small.it’s a pub atmosphere with music you could hear yourself sing at the table. It was comfortably loud.What was nice a manager or owner I don’t know, came over just to say hello not bother us one bit just to see if everything was OK and he came back to do the same. It’s touches like that. It really make you go back to somewhere and I will be back back. Nice size menu so Check out their website.I also have the men’s room here on video, that was sadly heavy uterine smell, as small as it is I still think they could keep us better smelling bathroom, but it was clean. I didn’t see any stains anywhere which is a thumbs up but they need better ventilation or some good deodorants. . It is very tiny as a galley style men’s room. Did not see a lock on the door, but it did have a partition where no one could actually see you at the urinal just FYI.I love giving great reviews. “I live around the corner and I am certainly grateful. The best part of Aqua Blu is the staff. Kane the bartender is a sweet angel. Speaking of angels - Mike & Juan who are servers, the absolute best. Saturday night DJ always a fun time. Have to mention Alexa too - she's awesome! Love this place, can't go wrong. Even have our family celebrations here.“

“Ate indoors for the first time ever. Cozy and welcoming on a cold and cloudy day. Tables are not on top of each other, which is a major plus. I found dining indoors here much less chaotic than outside in prime season, so it was perfect. Our server was lovely and very attentive. Ordered the lobster bisque with the beet salad, which had the best goat cheese balls I've had in a long time. The balsamic dressing was perfect, along with the candied walnuts. The soup was loaded with lobster and outstanding. Although the espresso martini is a bit pricey at $12, it's worth every penny. I'm still thinking about the experience 4 days later, and that's a good thing.“

“The wait is about half an hour when we went last weekend. Customer service is excellent! I’ve never seen a humongous pizza before and I was in awe when our order of half buffalo and half veggie was served. One slice is too big but the crust is thin, so it evens out. It was delicious! The dark hair girl that started us off when we got there was on top of things, when she had to close out the guy with tattooed arms covered us just as well. They were on top of the orders and quick to make sure drinks weren’t empty and smiling and extremely pleasant the whole time.
