“I photographed a wedding here back when it was known as Martell's Waters Edge and the location was incredibly epic! At every turn I had incredibly scenic locations to provide my couple with epic photos (see attached).In addition the staff was super friendly and helpful as well as the food was really amazing! Everyone was enjoying it!I highly recommend this location if you have a wedding or event!“

“We've lived in Bayville since 2015 and tonight we tried the Trenton pie from Shady Rest for the first time. How did it take us nearly 9 years to find the best pizza in the area? The thin, crispy crust. The generous and flavorful sauce. Just the right amount of cheese. Hot and fresh, right from the oven. “Had the pleasure of having brunch here for Easter. Great set up. Lots of great dishes with Prime Rib and ham ( both cooked perfectly ) on the carving station. Salmon and mussels were fantastic. Pastas were great. Server ( Masha )was so sweet and efficient. Can’t wait until next year!“

“Thankfully we got a table as walk ins, but the place was pretty busy. It’s a very beach vibe and the menu reflects all of the summer favorites. We got the Korean wings and avocado fries for starters. The wings were good, but I would pass on the avocado fries. I decided to take a chance and go for the tuna bowl. To my surprise, the tuna was delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly and it filled me up. My boyfriend got the double burger and he could barely finish it. His only commentary was that the waffle fries were trash.“
