“This was truly amazing the chicken is so juicy I really recommend the egg roll was also very very good me and my family all loved itKid-friendliness: The French fries with chicken is very god my brother said it was the best chicken and French fries he tasted“
“clean & casual place, attentive servers, and overall decent food for my hard to please taste buds.first time tried various dishes for lunch w/ my family & brothers. 잡채밥 & 라조기 were decent; 짜장면 was better than expected w/o commending sweet flavor unlike many other restaurants. however, 짬뽕, being one of a few (including 짜장면) which i've low expectations after numerous failed trials, was subpar for me.“
“Our favorite soup dumplings restaurant in NJ! This place is crowded after 6pm so try to get there early! The soup dumplings are very juicy and tasty and their other entrees are very flavorful and fresh! Try their hot and sour soup, too! Yumm!!!“
“We had the BEST time at brunch! Mega shoutout to our server, Bobby, who not only showed incredible hospitality but was also very knowledgeable and accommodating re:the food restrictions & allergies within our party. We could not recommend more highly!! Thank you to Bobby and the Goosefeather team! ✨“
“Excellent food and pleasant staff I am glad we tried this place. It is our go to for fresh Chinese takeout that is very tasty. I love their chicken and eggplant albeit a little spicy. Their fried rice is very good and it's darker as it's made with soy sauce. Their pineapple fried rice is excellent too.“
“Best vegan food in NJ. Extensive Chinese menu and also other Asian cuisines. Just very well done, clean food. The restaurant itself is just very clean and simple nothing fancy. Food is outstanding.Vegetarian options: All vegan Chinese food and other Asian cuisine offerings.Dietary restrictions: All vegan“
“Love this place. I’m only a few minutes away from them, and they have never been disappointed. The lady that takes the orders is super sweet. She always calls me sweetheart lol as someone who was not raised with much affection, that always makes me smile lol. good food and good people. You can never go wrong with that. The chicken and broccoli, fried chicken, rib tips, chicken fried rice, and steamed/fried dumplings are usually my go to. Haven’t had a complaint yet“
“PF Chang's provided an unforgettable dining experience with their incredible service that went above and beyond expectations. The head chef's personal touch was evident as he took the time to show up and orchestrated a fake but hilarious birthday celebration, complete with two complimentary desserts. This thoughtful gesture added a delightful surprise to the evening, showcasing the staff's dedication to creating memorable moments for their guests.Service at PF Chang's was not only impeccable but also efficient and friendly throughout the entire meal. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and attended to, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. The staff's professionalism and warmth contributed greatly to the overall positive ambiance of the restaurant. Moreover, the environment at PF Chang's was notably family-friendly, making it an ideal spot for gatherings with loved ones. The spacious layout and relaxed atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop for a delightful meal shared with family and friends.Overall, PF Chang's exemplary service, combined with their inviting ambiance, ensures that we will definitely be returning for more memorable dining experiences in the future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking delicious food and exceptional service in a welcoming setting.“
“Here on a business trip from Florida. I ordered wings, Happy Family and ribs tip. When I look for chinese restaurants while traveling I look for quantity and flavor. This place has it all!! Big portions and full of flavor. The staff are very nice and helpful. I'll be returning here again before heading back to Florida.“
“This place is amazing! I had the chili wontons and omg! The wonton is so juicy and the chili sauce is so tasty! Also had the fried chicken rice bowl Which was really good. The service is a bit slow because they're so busy. The ambiance is ok. No one actually sitting and eating. Luved it and can't wait to go back!“
“Great food and cute dining area, our server with the tattoos was sweet and attentive. When my friend didn’t like a certain dish they had no problem swapping it out with another noodle dish they recomendad and it was DELICIOUS. Great place and would recommend to all my vegan friends and family <3“
“This BBQ restaurant offers good flavors, though it's not spicy enough for those who prefer their food with a kick. The overall taste leans towards a sweet and spicy blend typical of Korean BBQ. It's a suitable choice for those who aren't fond of spicy food. This BBQ restaurant tastes good but not spicy enough for those who like spicy food. The overall taste tends towards the sweet and spicy taste of Korean barbecue.“
“Without question the best Chinese food in Westchester County. Everything is fresh and delicious. O'Mandarin used to be my go to until Szechuan City opened...a much better value I might add. My favorite dish is the pork with hot pepper. The sautéd pea shoots are also incredible. Give it a try, you won't be sorry.“
“Best Chinese food restaurant around! I've tried several Chinese food restaurants around the Bronx area, Manhattan "Heights", hands down this is the freshest and tastiest! They have the science to the perfect fried tostones, crispy deliciousness. Come and try and let me know what's up!“
“Love the Food & the person who Takes the orders is Pleasant, I live on Gunhill& been here a few times just for the food.. I had ~ Wings,General Tso chicken ,fried pork Dumplings ,egg fried rice in all the orders. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD!! I will return for sure.Parking: There’s a parking lot front in front. Also street parkingKid-friendliness: There’s space to sit & eatWheelchair accessibility: No steps. Which is great!“
“Bardonia Oriental is consistently our favorite go-to place for Chinese food. The chicken is most often quite delicious and tender, regardless of the dish that it's placed with. I'm most often preferred chicken with broccoli however I had chicken with Chinese vegetables last night and found it to be absolutely scrumptious! The beef with snow peas is delicious as well. One of our dear friends is Chinese and she refuses to eat Chinese food anywhere but there if that's any indication of the quality of their food. The egg rolls can be hit or miss at times having so much grease they're impossible to consume and other times being so delicious I would eat multiples if I had them! There thick Chinese noodles are rarely greasy and always delicious especially with duck sauce. We prefer the mustard that comes in a container to the hot sauce in a package. I would not recommend requesting sauce on the side as I have done a times because somehow the chicken and broccoli become overdone. Overall, as I've said there isn't any other Chinese restaurant in Rockland County that has earned my respect and is much repeat business as Bardonia Oriental. I forgot to mention how much we enjoyed the crab with cream cheese appetizer! They are very good at following specific orders so if you like your vegetables al dente to preserve the nutrients and simply let them know how long you would like to cook it the vegetables. Otherwise the broccoli tends to be somewhat soggy. With a little bit of accommodation and finagling and won't improved consistency for the egg rolls, I would delightfully add the extra star all the way! Happy eating!Vegetarian options: Please read my review regarding the cooking of the vegetables. If you would like your vegetables to preserve maximum nutritional value, I would recommend requesting them to be a little hard. And definitely not mushy.“
“We met with friends at this place for lunch. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and we felt good. The meal was fresh and delicious. We loved this spot very much and we shall absolutely come back again. Keep it up.“
“I had to deduct one star because my favorite Layl Shishi item is no longer on the menu. The VIP Cholent Plate (aka the Heimishe Sombrero) was truly a dish worthy of the VIP mantle. Cholent (bean or barley), potato kugel, kiskha, jachnun, eggs, Gedempte Fleish and two slices of garlic toast. Truly a way to end the workweek and rocket towards Shabbos. The poppers are still a strong contender tho - so I'll typically get those for my forschpeiz and get a sombrero elsewhere. Solid eating.“
“This place may look somewhat run down, but don't be fooled. The food is good and the service is friendly. It's worth a visit for some nice takeout.Parking: Street parking can be sparse, depending on the time of the day/week. But the (metered) municipal parking lot at the corner of Lockwood Ave. is very close.“
“Wow I have been missing out! This is going to be our new go to soup dumpling place in fort Lee!! We got the pork soup dumplings, sesame chicken and the fried rice!! Also the scallion pancakes!! We're talking about going back tomorrow for more. So good! Also service is quick and efficient! Will be back!“
“Food was really good, I ordered ahead and it was ready when I arrived. Parking was located in the back however.Vegetarian options: Decent variety of food optionsParking: Parking is located in the rear of the building and road parking is located on is a one way side street“
“My husband and I come here all the time, great customer service, cleanliness and food is superb, my husband always order the steamed beef and broccoli, I normally order the steamed vegetables with white rice and garlic sauce on the side. They never disappoint, will continue to come here.“
“Been coming here for atleast 30 years. But since the young lady left, which has been here for atleast 25 years. Not how it used to be. The only chinese food i eat is from them. Best to call and place order. They are always crowdedParking: Very narrow street. Always have to double park“
“Food is always so good. I travel a hour just to come here and have a GREAT DELICIOUS MEAL. Their chicken wings are big and nice and flavorful. Their house special rice is to die for. Egg food young Soooo good…. Their rib tips are FIRE ? OMGOSH THE LIST GOES ON The staff are always so welcoming. I love this place definitely 10/10 recommend“
“As a New Yorker when someone suggests going out for Chinese you would normally assume, and rightfully so, that you'll end up ordering from a "hole in wall" fast food spot.Kai isn't that. It's a sit down place where you just enjoy your food in a peaceful atmosphere. The pricing was ok, but it was NYC so it was to be expected. The food however is worth the cost. Consider it something like take-out plus, Chinese food with a twist. And it is not just "Chinese" food, under the category of "Asian fusion" their menus are a little bit from the many color cultures of the East. Come for sushi, get some hot sake alongside it, with some wings and soup.It was a great place, relaxing, the music was tame and not in your face, and the staff seemed to have grown on us as time went by.Bring your family, or friends, or maybe just by yourself and have yourself some of that classic food we New York's associate as Asian.“
“The sliders may be the wrong kind of simplicity, not fulfilling an obvious niche when everything from White Castle to Ye Olde Gentrified Microbrew's $32 truffle burger offers more adornments to their beef. But the butter noodles seem more valuable if you're just in the mood for sauce; the Thai curry was a decently spicy coconut-based concoction. The wings were enjoyable. As an occasionally overloud advocate of chicken with bones, I applaud the option to get wings with a general Tso's sauce. Other options including Buffalo and teriyaki.“
“Arguably the best prices around, especially the lunch special. Very accommodating and very polite up front. Food is delicious and the portions are excellent. Cannot recommend this place enough.Vegetarian options: General Tso’s Tofu is a great vegetarian option.“
“Great place for two or the fam and even a party of 20! First time my family and I came to this place. We waited like 15 min instead of the 30 the waiter said we would wait and then we were seated. Like any other food buffet, we ate and we ate and we ate! Wow the food was so good! It was fresh and tasty! The waiters always make sure everything is clean and the food is hot. The ambiance is nice with the colored lights and beautiful painted ceilings. The bathroom is a big one for me but surprisingly it was super clean! So good job!!! The variety of food is crazy! There is so much to choose from. Basically something for literally everyone. It’s my daughter’s birthday and I let the waiter know and she was so nice to get her a cupcake with a candle that she was able to blow out , take a pic and feel special. I will most def go back here with my mom and friends. Did I mention all 3 of us ate and only spent 70$! On a Sunday! The buffet i usually go to called the queens buffet which is ok we pay way more! Highly highly recommend this place! Waiting is not long, service and prices are great!“
“My husband and I had the green pepper steak with yellow rice and an avocado salad and he had a a nutty punch (I ? that's what is called) and I had a coconut mojito. My son had crispy shrimp (10) with yellow rice. My daughter had French fries and fruit punch. It was a flawless meal for everyone! Everything was flavorful, the sauce in the pepper steak is the best in the city (flornde mayo standard). This new location was spacious and comfortable, not as tight as at 101 (the og location) even though it's is smaller. The gentleman that makes the drinks and waited on us was wonderful (I forgot his name bc of his drinks ?) he was attentive and made some good drinks. one drink was all I needed to fail a straight line test to the restroom, not drunk but definitely tipsy. My husband had another lol.Tip** Don't forget to order the spicy sauce that comes with the half a chicken, its amazing!Overall we had a great dinner, kids were happy and we were happy. We will go this spot more often it's closer to home and the food is still amazing.Oh and when you order the kids a fruit punch, it's real juice mixed together (used for the sangria I believe).Kid-friendliness: One of the hostesses was amazing to my 2 kids age 3 and 11. She was very thoughtful and was so kind, she even went to the store and brought them candy! I mean not 2, a bag full with two of everything, one in pink, one in blue. From kinder to gummies, ring pops and sour straws. So, she is either is really sweet or hates parents ? but seriously I was in awe out of 40yrs in NYC I have never received such consideration and such a genuinely nice gesture/and such above and beyond customer service.“
“My first time ordering from this location was a sesame combo and a spare ribs combo before the new year. The food was so delicious I forgot to take a picture of my food before eating. I will definitely be back. The restaurant is clean, the staff were very nice and the food was absolutely delicious and hot upon pick-up. You also don't have to worry about parking, infinite parking at this location.“
“Typical Chinese takeout place, typical menu. Ordered chicken with broccoli , lo mein, wontons, etc and the food was good/average. Soup noodles were stale, but the soups were fine. Our order was prepared quickly and was nice and hot. Kind of dingy and dated inside. Prices were a little cheaper than other takeout places in nearby Pearl River, which was nice. According to their menu, they don’t use MSG, if that’s important to you.Located next to a frozen yogurt place in a strip mall on Kinderkamack Rd. There’s a few chairs to sit while you wait for your food but no indoor tables. There’s a parking lot on the side“
“I visted Tasty House on 9/30/23. I purchased a sesame chicken with brown rice combination plate as well as a pint of broccoli in garlic sauce! I also had chicken wings, which were plump and juicy. The food was delicious and their staff is always friendly, no matter how busy they might be.“
“The ambiance is awesome! I highly recommend Hanami Restaurant in Cresskill. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic! Special thanks to Apple, Danny, Jeff, and Bing ( sushi chefs ) . Never been disappointed as we come and dine three times a week.“
“Solid spot offering their take on Chinese American fare. Some dishes are surprisingly good and service better than expected.About two levels up from Panda Express with an ample dining space. Perfect for families in need of a good space and “
“I think it's a pretty good place. The fifth star is off because delivery options through the restaurant are spotty. The website is incredibly easy to use for ordering. The staff is extremely friendly. We will continue to order from them at least once a month.“
“so good! They have a ton of jjajang options, and their sweet and sour pork is perfectly balanced. Our usual spot was closed early so we ended up at HBJ, which we ended up liking more!Kid-friendliness: There were kids when we were here, and the place is for all ages as long as you like food :)“
“I rarely ever leave reviews. But this is the best Chinese take out spot I've been to in Rockland. 5/5 stars with out a doubt. They are extremely busy during lunch time which is when I usually order and Its for good reasons, their menu is delicious and lots of people order from here. Every time I'm there pocking up my order, i always see people inside either ordering or picking up their orders. This is how you know the food is on point and they always make it fresh.Next door you got burger king and Wendy's which do not compare. Dynasty king has decent and fair prices and quality of their food is top notch. It's also a family owned business which I love to support opposed to franchise corporate unhealthy fast foods. The girls working there are polite and kind and the whole family as well. If you are debating to order take out from another town, consider driving extra 10-15 min and try this one. You wont regret it ?“
“In 2024, it feels like a Chinese food war has broken out in the food alley of Palpac Koreatown. Invincible Jjambbong is a new company, but both the taste and service were good. For those who like Jjajang with a lot of seasoning and a lot of oil and stir-fried onions, the Gan Jjajang here may have different tastes as it pursues the original taste of Gan Jjajang a little more.“
“I stopped here to get something quick for dinner. I walked in and was greeted by the woman behind the counter. I took a few minutes to decide on what to order. I placed my order and paid for it. She said it would be about ten minutes but I don't even think it took that long. Shortly after sitting down she told me my order was ready and I was on my way. The food I had was good and I will order from here again. I highly recommend this place.“
“Lin's might be my new local go-to for pan-Asian cuisine in North Bronx! My takeout order was ready for pick up within minutes, the staff was friendly, and everything was packaged perfectly. The inside was clean and spacious when I stepped in with a nice, casual atmosphere when I stepped in.As for the food, everything tasted fresh, delicious, and perfectly satisfying! I had the chicken fried rice, the spicy crunch salmon roll, the pepper tuna avocado roll, and the shrimp tempura roll. All of the rolls tasted great-- the best one being the pepper tuna for me-- and the preparation and quality really allowed the flavors to shine. However, my favorite item turned out to be the chicken fried rice. The chicken tasted just a bit caramelized for a savory, umami-rich dish that was not at all greasy. I would definitely come back just for this fried rice!Overall, Lin's was definitely worth it with the reasonable prices justifying the portion sizes and quality of the food!“
“I have been here THRICE. and it is so good. The ric eis someone beyond better than me normal spot I go to. The delivery doth arrive on time to my ... area. Honestly a good spot sometimes I come here after work at the FedEX office when I do consulting work there, etc. So very good. I would go again. thricely“
“Always drove by it and saw advertising in our local Clipper but never jumped in until a few days ago. Three Asians cuisine, Chinese, Japanese and Thai. Had dinner with my family, my daughter ordered shrimp fried rice, my wife had Mei fun noodles while I ordered the yellow curry tofu. We all also shared sushi rolls, sashimi and hand rolled sushi. My curry dish was amazing just as good as if I had it at a Thai only restaurant. My daughter said the best fried rice she’s had and the same with my wife’s noodle dish. Plenty of different dishes to choose from specially if your family can agree on a cuisine. The service was great and attentive and the atmosphere was nice and mellow.Vegetarian options: Tofu or just veggies can be substituted.“
“I can’t say enough about this place. We have been ordering from them for 25 years. Never ever had a problem. Food is always great. We usually pick it up but get delivery every so often. The food comes so fast it’s unbelievable! And they are great about diet restrictions too!Dietary restrictions: I am on a very low sodium diet. They always accommodate me!“
“Lantern to the rescue !! After nine months of living in Oradell, we had all but given up on finding a go-to spot for Chinese takeout. We gave Lantern a shot today and WE LOVED IT !!! The was tasty, clean, and the portion was hearty. It was on point. We will deff be returning - thank you !“
“I’ve literally grown up eating at this Chinese Restaurant, Love It! THEE BEST POPCORN CHICKEN IN THE WORLD. If Your a true New Yorkers you’ll know some of the best food ever comes from the ‘whole in a wall’ spot’s/places. Will always recommend here.Parking: We double park and hop out, what more can I say..“
“Among Korean restaurants in the U.S., this is a true restaurant that meets the basic requirements of being cheap, generous, and delicious. Moreover, both Korean girls are kind and pretty.Among Korean restaurants in the U.S., this is a true restaurant that meets the basic requirements of being cheap, generous, and delicious. “I came here for lunch for the first time and I was greeted by the hostess. She sat me at a booth. Then waitress came shortly after and asked me what I wanted to drink, she took my order of hot tea.I got the drink and food menu and I was searching for the lunch menu and couldn't find it...I thought hmmm maybe they forgot. Then I decided to look it up on Google, and there it was!So I took a look and then found what I wanted... and when the waitress approached I told her I want to order lunch....she says no sorry because today's a holiday, Valentines Day we don't do lunch. Man I was heartbroken...lol here I am having business lunch by myself and not a night out w my wife expecting to pay lunch prices instead of dinner prices. So I ended up getting Beef Yaki Udon. It was quite sweet. But what I expected.“
“I’m originally from NYC (Manhattan/The Bronx) and after moving to Nyack 6 years ago, finding spots that even came close to what I was used to, was TOUGH! Until, I found this place. Their food is delish! Keeping it simple, THEY KNOW ME BY FACE AND ASK HOW MY KIDS ARE DOING! Lol.Their food is the best in Nyack! THE BEST!!!I’ve tried them all. Nothing even comes close until you reach Spring Valley, but who’s got time for that commute?Trust me, you found your spot right here! Just as good as the city. Yup. I said it! ☺️“
“I Love, Love, Love Golden Chef. However, they recently got a new delivery guy and his attitude is horrible. I came here specifically to mention him. The owner is so kind— this delivery person simply doesn’t give off “Golden Chef” energy that she does. I hope she does something about his horrendous attitude.“
“I am a harsh critic and I must say, the food here is 10/10! No frills Chinese restaurant with quick and friendly service. You can tell they really care about their customers and never got frustrated when we kept asking different questions about the menu/ sauce options. Wish we had a great spot like this in the city, authentic and very inexpensive! We got: - Orange Chicken: Delicious chicken, whole meal came out piping hot. This dish comes with pork fried rice and an egg roll. True orange flavors 9/10 - Beef and Broccoli (my fav): Crunchy broccoli that's not over cooked. Perfect beef and broccoli sauce. Comes with a side of white rice 10/10 - Hot and Sour Soup: On the more mild side of hot and sour soup, actually no kick at all, could use more white pepper but was refreshing when paired with the fried rice. Gets the job done but could use more flavoring 7/10 Will def stop by whenever in the area for inexpensive, quick, authentic eats!“
