“We drove 40 mns to Bon Appétit Caribbean on a Saturday afternoon. I was not disappointed!Great customer service.The food was fresh, super delicious, i ordered a large duri Djondjon with chicken, they gave me enough food to feed 2 people. The macaroni salad was great, duri djondjon was awesome, and the chicken was well seasoned.The next day i went, i got again a large duri Djondjon and fried turkey, Once again, everything was DELICIOUS. If you're in Irvington or close by, this is one spot that I'd definitely recommend! They have REAL SEASONED HAITIAN FOOD“
“I literally just ordered from here; the diri djoun djoun with fried chicken and a side of macaroni au gratin…. They also gave a fresh side green salad. Out of the whole meal my favs were the fried chicken(well down like I like it) the diri djoun djoun was bomb!!! And the salad was soooo fresh and delicious. TO ME AND I SAY TO ME cause everyone’s taste buds are different I didn’t like the macaroni au gratin too much cause one it had ground beef or turkey in it hard to tell being that it was well marinated into the macaroni au gratin and also in my opinion it was a lil dry (once again this is my opinion cause some might find it to be just right, whereas I like that oily and fattening macaroni au gratin taste). But do not not order it guys cause your guys may choose to differ when it comes to the macaroni au gratin. But other than that I enjoyed the food. Been a while since I had haiatian food that actually taste like Haitian food. Oh ye the ambiance is to die for fancy and upscale AF!!!! Definitely got themselves a loyal customer! ♥️“
“I love them as a proude Haitian man it feels good to know that there is local Haitian bakery right around the corner, serving some delicuse pastries from there salt fish or chicken and beef small and big patties there all hot and flavorful, taste very authentic just like back home on the island. And they also sell soup jumou aka pumpkin soup everyday it may not be like your mothers soup but when I had to drink soup at that time it was Ramen or them and of course they won but I appreciate there price on the soup to ,you get what you paid for ,try them I enjoyed ? everything.thank you.“
