“We had early reservations tonight and we were the first diners. When we walked in the waitress told us that we had to be done in 90 minutes. My wife and I are fairly quick eaters. But when I hear something like that it can suck the enjoyment out of the dining experience.Putting that aside, we had great appetizers and main dishes. The deserts were not on par with the previous two courses.We have eaten at Bloom several times since the summer time and had enjoyed it. I don’t think that we will be rushing back.“

We got two half box orders of boneless thighs (original crispy and soy garlic/sweet & spicy), fries, and water. The chicken took about 15-20 minutes to cook, but it was well worth the wait. My son (the pickiest eater in the world) LOVED the boneless thighs, and even the French fries. I thought everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The flavors were all fantastic, with the soy garlic being my favorite. The fries were also some of the best fries I've ever had. Super crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. The food also came with Cole slaw which was DELICIOUS, and I say this as someone who normally strays away from Cole slaw.Customer service was excellent. The woman at the front was very friendly and clear with describing the food. Their presentation was top notch also. The food was packaged beautifully and even the bag it came in was just really well designed. It was like opening a holiday gift of delicious food. I would highly recommend paying this place a visit, although you'll probably have to do take out since they have limited seating. I called numerous times to get a refund on those two items and was met with a “let me talk to my manager” with no follow up. Felt a tad bit hot at times when the heat bursted but I think server reduced it. For drinks we ordered lychee martini but it tasted more like lemon than lychee. For appetizer ordered spinach and artichoke dip which pita chips. It was decent in tasting but it was missing the cheese pull for me. For entree, tried the mushroom flatbread and chicken sandwich for which both were good and flavorful. I wish the appetizer came out before entires as everything came out at once. To wrap up the night we got the salted caramel espresso martini which was delicious! The service was great and we were check on frequently.“

Their Taylor Ham, Egg, & Cheese was really really tasty, and the Taylor Ham had a wonderful crisp to it accompanied by a lovely crunch around around the edges. The best of the two was the Corn Beef Hash Breakfast Wrap! The Corn Beef was extremely flavorful and the potatoes they added to the wrap were seasoned and tender. The Corn Beef Hash Breakfast wrap is an exemplary to-go breakfast item. I thoroughly enjoyed both! The staff is really kind, and the customer service was amazing.
