“This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! Highly recommended!“
“Good upscale style vegan Asian fusion restaurant, although portions could be bigger. If you want a big satisfying meal I wouldn’t recommend coming here.I do highly recommend the Japanese sweet potato and sushi (can’t remember which roll). I wouldn’t normally order vegan sushi but this was surprisingly delicious even though there was no fish, so definitely worth it! We also had the Singapore noodles but that was just alright, very light and not much vegetables.“
“There were definitely a few standouts at abcV - love conquers all sparkling elixir, the california dates, avocado lettuce cups, and the cappucino for me, and the dosa for my husband - I'd go back for those items alone. We weren't sure how full we would be from the cauliflower so opted not to order it, even though it's their most popular dish. Will have to try it another time. We loved the elixir - it was like having a nice buzz, without having any alcohol. The dates were perfect bites of flavor explosion. The avocado cups brought me back to my childhood - I have no idea how the chef managed to recreate the flavors of an Indian dish called pani puri with these lettuce cups, but they did and man I could have ordered that dish two more times! It really made me miss my mom. My husband liked the dosa, but I think I am too much of a purist when it comes to dosa and prefer the traditional version. We ordered a mushroom dish (I cannot recall the name), but we should have probably researched the type of mushroom because it had an incredibly fishy smell and taste and I couldn't stand it. If you like that flavor, you'll like it, but it wasn't for us. We ordered the coconut sticky rice to go with this dish, but they forgot to bring the two items out together, so our rice was cold by the time the entree arrived and it didn't appeal to us as much. The waited offered to refire it, which was kind, but it would have been a waste of food and time and we didn't care for the taste of the mushrooms anyway.I am pretty sure we got dessert, but it wasn't memorable, however that cappuccino was! I will definitely be stopping in for another very soon. The service was fantastic from the moment we entered the door to being seated until we left. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and I loved how honest he was about the dishes after we told him our preferences. The vibe at abcV was much larger than I was anticipating, it felt like being in a big, fancy dining hall, but once you're at your table you didn't feel it as much.Definitely looking forward to going back to try a couple of the other dishes and getting that cappucino again :)“
“A beautiful restaurant! There are so many options and delicious plates to choose from. We've had the Lumache alla Vodka, rosemary pizza, and Campanelle al Tartufo. The Lumache alla Vodka was the best I tried. A delicious but very pricey meal. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night. Updated from previous review on 2024-03-09“
“Harsh was educational and kind about the different dishes we were served from beginning to end. This was my first time at Vatan. At the end, as a dairy free consumer, a dessert was given to me that was dairy free dessert, that’s call soan papi and I appreciated that soo much!“
“We love this place so much. Not pictured is the Mac'n, oh my blanking blank. Everything was amazing. Go go go vegan!Vegan done right!⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐Vegetarian options: The menu is all vegan.HeavenDietary restrictions: That was the first thing the server asked us, if we had any dietary restrictions or dislikes. Amazing.“
“Everything about B&H is five star. It’s possibly the most crammed restaurant in the city. It’s a quintessential dining experience, like going to Katz deli.I ordered the whitefish salad on challah with a cup of matzoh ball soup. Delicious. They took my order by calling out from the counter while I was sitting at a table. Then, when the food was ready, they handed it to folks eating at the counter who had to turn around and serve me.Everything about this place is old school New York and I love it“
“Really beautiful space with lovely food and great service. I was expecting a bit more from the food tbh for the price (not sure what though because I have no real complaint but it wasn't spectacular other than the mixed fritter appetizer which was the best tempura I've ever had). All in all 4.5 stars.“
“This place is an absolute gem in every regard. We received amazing service and wonderful suggestions from our server. The food was exceptionally tasty, and incredibly wholesome. Even the chips and salsa were so amazing and freshly made. The owners really put a lot of thought and care into their place, and I love that they come by to check on the tables and make sure everyone is having a great time and taken care of. I can’t wait to be back!“
“My sister and I went to Urban Vegan Kitchen for the first time this week. We both absolutely loved it. The food, the service, the vibe…all great. I had the “chicken” and waffles and my sister had an empanada and chips, salsa and guacamole. All delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu.“
“Florin and the rest of the staff were really nice. The food here is very delicious and the location is really nice. If I ever crave Italian again this would be a go to. The pasta is house made. The tiramisu was so delicious I’ve never had one that tasted like this.“
“I've been several times and it's consistently really delicious! The sushi is pretty cool with very realistic vegan salmon and tuna, but in my opinion the rest of their menu is even better. There's a big variety of other delicious things (fried "chicken" bao, dumplings, noodles...). The ube cheesecake is really good too - it doesn't taste exactly like a normal cheesecake but is just a tasty dessert in its own right. All the dishes come out really quickly.“
“I love the concept and advocating for plant-based food. I like the self ordering system and the seating arrangement. Sadly, the buger that I ordered was missing the green leaf lettuce and had a tiny touch of mayo and just a tiny piece of pickle. My guess is that the kitchen ran out of ingredients. I did not bother asking for an explanation. I felt that the staff was also exhausted and not in a good mood. Hopefully, it will be a better experience next time.“
“I absolutely LOVE Divya’s! I live so close and always have a good time while I’m there. The food is amazing and to have access to an Ayurvedic restaurant in my neighborhood is an amazing experience. I always feel actually GOOD after eating here and spending time in their relaxing environment is like a NYC reset.Thank you Divya’s“
“The food is sooo good?, if you want some burgers and fries pls skip the other fast food places and go to Jerrell’s, it tastes better and is better for you! The vibe is so fun in there and the employees are so sweet and friendly, especially Zierra!!“
“Came to eat on recommendations, we were not disappointed. From the outside, you don't necessarily want to go in, once inside you'd rather want to go out...and yet it was really excellent! The Cajun is exceptional and the quantities are really generous, that's what we like. THANKS! Once again I will have learned not to trust appearances!“
“Full moon rising! Totally delicious mapo tofu and den den mein. I really enjoyed the peanutty vibes of the den den mein and the mouth numbing qualities of the soft mapo tofu. Hot but definitely not too challenging. Upon polishing off the dishes my insides felt like I’d been sat in a spice sauna, perfect for a rainy grey day in the East Village. The restaurant itself is a cosy bijou nook bathed in pink ambient light and adorned with gashapon style nik naks.Hip without pretension, hot without perspiration. Recommended.“
“I definitely would have given 5 stars for service but thanks to your waiter Ashten , I'm tempted to give 2 stars. Big after work event with company. Folks came in waves and myself and a few others who arrived first were still waiting for our drinks. When asked he was very rude , and serious attitude and the back talk- as being a former waitress, I was floored. Shout out to Aly the awesome waiter for saving the day and actually providing quality customer services. Mangers please retrain or provide additional training for Ashten.“
“This place is very beautiful and the food leaves you wishing you never get full just so you can eat more. We ordered the Spicy Chili Sin Carne and it couldn’t have been better. The bowl is flavorful and the sour cream is addicting. One star off for service because one of the girls was rude and dismissive. I was asking where I can leave the dirty utensils and she cut me off before I finished.“
“I ate the Tropicana salad and the soup of the day, Turkish chili, to-go.Türkiye chili soup has a lot of ingredients, so a small size is enough. Before closing the lid, I asked if I wanted to sprinkle some cheese on it, so I added it and it was salty and delicious.Tropicana salad, as the name suggests, contains mango and orange. The sauce is made with grated fruit like Isaac Toast, but it doesn't get too salty even if you add a lot, so just leave it as the young clerk puts it on.It's easy to add a lot of shrimp and peel the abogado before closing the lid and mix it well. They ask if I want to add pita bread, but there is no additional charge, so you can do whatever you like. The prices in Seoul were so crazy that I was thankful that they gave me this much for 25,000 won.Recommended“
“First time visiting this restaurant and it was great! The owner is a very pleasant, hospitable and a kind guy. Went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Food was very good and the owner, as mentioned, was very accommodating.W restaurant; would go again.“
“Really delicious burgers, friendly staff, and quick service. Try the green bean fries, the Plnt Burger and Cheeseburger, and the patty melt--deliicious! But everything is good here. So easy to order using the PLNT Burger app. Highly recommended!!!Vegetarian options: All Vegan!!!“
“Spent the day in NYC and my friend who is vegan suggested this place. We ordered at the window and sat outside to enjoy the plant based food. The burger was really tasty. I would order again for sure. The winner was the shake, it tasted much better than an overly sugared shake. It had a good sweetness but was not too rich at all and tasted so fresh.I’ll be back for sure.Thank you!“
“As a Korean born and raised in Korea and someone who recently moved to NJ, I have been looking for a great mandoo (dumpling) place in NJ and Mannane is like an oasis to me! Their dumplings are top notch in terms of flavor and fresh/cleanliness, and the owners are super kind and amazing. Cheers to Mannane for making my dumpling dream come true!“
“Well well, this was on my bucket list. It is located conspicuously at the Washington Park. If you take a walk around you will spot their truck. The wait time was average 2 hours. Dosa tastes aa dosa but the experience is worth standing in the line.It is closed on Sundays and other days open between 11am to 3pm.“
“This is without a doubt the best banh mi in town. The bread is utter perfection, the ingredients always fresh, and just the right level of spice. The staff are very friendly and the owner is actively involved. I had a problem with my order, which he personally resolved. I was very impressed why his commitment to customer satisfaction. I will be a customer for life. Keep up the great work!“
“Its personal pizza place! They have around 10 different pizza on picture but than you trying choose you release it's very basic chicken, bacon or pepperoni or cheese . Nothing else. You can customize it with additional toppings. Price from 10 to 14 $, soft drinks , no alcohol.“
“Wow, a true hidden gem in the heart of Clifton, I’ve been at hundreds of Italian spots in Jersey and this one is absolutely magic! The rigatoni is homemade in the house, and it definitely shows, I got mine with Cajun chicken and vodka sauce. Melt in your mouth. Delicious! My day got the shrimp Parm, with the homemade rigatoni as well, and he was in love!A full bar I will definitely be back!“
“I've been craving idlis for so long! We visit Saravana Bhavan and buy idli vada, masala dosa and porotta. Porotta was served with a curry and classic potatoes (which tasted amazing). 3 different types of chutneys and the coconut chutney was the best of them all. The experience overall was a happy one!! Made me miss home!“
“My friend invited me to Hummus Place today, we had dinner before the concert at NY Philarmonic. I loved everything! Food was freshly made and delicious! My only suggestion: I wish the serve tea in a bigger cup. Portion of tea is way too small?“
“I like how it is quick, can get from your locker and order from phone.I do not like the taste or texture of the fake chicken. I also dont like the dressing and taste of the salad which I tried twice now. It is too sweet or citrus'y or salty. Cant even tell.I do not like how there arent more salad, drinks or food options in general. I guess this is more of a concept testing.I think portion size and taste is lower than 'just salad' right next to this spot. Price is similar or slightly higher.I liked the beets and carrots sides taste but portion could be bigger, cost could be cheaper.I liked the vegetarian burger and cost seems fair. Didnt try chicken sandwich yet.Probably will just stick with 'just salad' next door since they got bigger portions and way more options even vegan/vegatarian options with similar or slightly cheaper price. I guess this is ok for a quick veggie sandwich or if just salad is crowded and you are in a rush but options are very limited currently. Theres also no seating or real interaction with anyone.“
“Ate at spice symphony whilst visiting New York and was delighted ! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, offering suggestions for appetisers and information to assist choosing entrees. The food was lovely, great flavour and good quality. My fish curry was just perfect. I’d certainly recommend.“
“I like the previous ownership much better. No delivery fees; no charge for fresh mustard and cabbage salad always on the house when eating in! I think that the lunch portions were also larger. And now no fresh fruit with the bill and higher prices. That is why I gave 4 stars and not 5!“
“I got a wonderful vegan (oatmilk) oatmeal with blueberries, bananas, and pumpkin seeds for breakfast, and took a tempe bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado sandwich for lunch at my conference. Exceptional on all counts. Thank you!And the concrete bench seating was made by the owner and has radiant heat in it. So nice on a cold morning.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan offerings as well!“
“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Happy Vegan's catering service during the grand opening of my business, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. As someone who has sampled nearly everything on their menu and loved each dish, I knew I was in for a treat. The catering team at Happy Vegan exceeded all expectations, delivering a spread that left everyone in attendance smiling from ear to ear. Every bite was bursting with flavor and made with evident care and attention to detail. It was clear that they were committed to ensuring that every guest had a delightful culinary experience.Happy Vegan's dedication to spreading happiness through their food shone brightly during my event. From the moment the first dish was served until the last guest left, the atmosphere was filled with joy and satisfaction. It's no wonder they're called Happy Vegan - their ability to bring smiles to people's faces through their delicious offerings is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend Happy Vegan not only for dining in but also for catering services. Whether you're planning a business event, a celebration, or any gathering where food plays a central role, Happy Vegan will undoubtedly elevate the experience for everyone involved. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.“
“A real nice market style restaurant. It has all fares from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts. There are separate bars serving specific types of foods such as salad bar, dessert bar, etc. Nice place to meet with friends so we can each pick what we like.“
“So delicious and quick! I had some bao that was perfectly flavored. And a pineapple, cucumber, mint smoothie that was probably the best I've ever had. And decently priced for the quality and amount. The place is unassuming, hole in the wall vibes. But the people were really nice and the food was ready in less than 10 min.“
“absolutely delightful. 4 course tasting menu for $55 dollars which does not leave you hungry! the tasting menu was also entirely vegan and gluten free! their online menu lists all possible allergens for each dish.Vegetarian options: their entire menu is vegetarian, and mostly vegan. everything is deliciousDietary restrictions: allergens for each dish are listed on their online menu“
“I tried takeout from Lovin' Today, and I was pleasantly surprised. I've never tried vegan chorizo before, so I was kind of worried about whether I'd like it or not. It actually still had the same kind of spice of regular chorizo. To be honest, I didn't seem to notice that much of a difference between this vegan chorizo and regular chorizo. And they gave a lot of it in the taco as well, so I was happy with that. I also got brown rice as a side. It was a hearty portion size of rice. I got vegan naan bread, which tasted delicious and exactly like regular naan bread. I also loved that they sealed the boxes with tape with a drawn heart on it. It's a small detail, but it shows there was care put into putting my meal together. Overall, i was happy with my meal, and I would definitely order from them again.“
“The food was aahhhhmazing!!!! Their presentation was beautifully executed!!! Our drinks did stay empty, and our waitress didn't check back until it was time for us to pay the bill, but everything else was great! I think it was because it was just so busy.“
“Taste is awwwwwsome I highly recommend this Golconda chimney restaurant for Indian food I really enjoyed the food after long time I hope this is going to be second Shagh house of Biryani in this location the food I ordered chicken biryani with spcl chef made I got chicken 65 with dum biryani staff also very polite and receiving the ppl awesome thank you Golconda Chimney.“
“Very delicious food and I love the inspiration from different international cuisines as someone who loves to prepare all different types of meals from around the world. Love having more vegan options in the area and everything can be made vegan! Come try it out!“
“YO can I just say, that if you are a vegetarian or vegan and you like ramen, this place has so many vegan options! I praise because I've been wanting to go to a decent ramen place since I went vegan and voilà I finally found it! Perfect spot for dining with people with diet or allergy restrictions because they of course have the normal broth option as well. The thing about this is, other ramen shops vegan options usually are spicy. But Ramen Danbo has non-spicy vegan ramen which is literally heaven. Thank you and you'll expect me on the regular! Very chill interior as well. Very cozy, classy and contemporary.“
“My first time here, there was no wait, it wasn't crowded. Our Server, Michael, was welcoming and very nice. Checked on us all the time. We went during happy hour, its 3 to 6 I think. The appetizers are half price and so is the beer. They have one of the biggest beer selections I've ever seen. A glass of wine was generous and also half price. We all ordered appetizers and were planning on getting a main course too, but the appetizers were so huge that never happened. I had the broiled Brussel sprouts and they were the best I've ever had. Nice and crisp with a delicious spicy sauce. Also the hand dipped chicken tenders which were juicy and came with 2 dipping sauces and a big serving of fries. My friends ordered a Cobb salad and also spicy wings, which were huge and you got 8 of them. Also a 4 cheese pizza which was the size of a large dinner plate, and a chefs salad. Plus 2 sodas. The bill came to around 50 bucks. Amazing. Good service, good food, nice atmosphere. Clean bathrooms“
“Place is super cute & trendy. Nice staff. Desserts were good. I had the v,df,gf brownie~ was a 10 out of 10. I ordered the Mama Jama Smash avo toast on GF bread. 9.5 out of 10. The GF Mac & cheese was pretty good. Heard they make a great chai tea latte, too. Will get that next time. Def going back.“
“Excellent food, tried their Medu Vada, Potato Bhajji options for appetizers and the food tasted exceptionally wellFor the main course had Poori Korma and Pav Bhaji Dosa which was quite unique and deliciousOverall, a very underrated but great place for India food, especially South Indian cuisine“
“The food here is good and their superiority burger is quite delicious. I'd eat here again but mind you this is no replacement for a burger. It is definitely less heavy than a real burger and the flavors are quite well executed. I had to go to 7th Street Burger right after to confirm my thoughts. This is great as far as veggie burgers go. But if you're grading it on a scale of all burgers (meat or no meat), then I'd say it's good.“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at &pizza , and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, with a beautiful view of the Famous RT.17!!!The standout of my visit was the impeccable service provided by Damire, one of the restaurant’s employees. Damire’s attention to detail and genuine care for my dining experience truly made my visit memorable. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful recommendations and ensuring that every aspect of my meal was perfect. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond for his guests truly set him apart. The food at &pizza was equally impressive. Each pie was expertly prepared, showcasing fresh and high-quality ingredients. I recommend “The Outlaw”. The flavors were exquisite, and it was evident that the individual making these pies took great pride in their craft.Overall, my experience at &pizza exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of exceptional service from employees like Damire and outstanding culinary offerings makes this establishment a standout in the dining industry.Bartholomew Pierson“
“Entering Mishka transports you into another realm. The densely packed knickknacks, chandeliers, velvet upholstery, and plants instantly notify you that you have not entered a restaurant, as you supposed, but an antique shop; or possibly your grandmother's apartment. The service is phenomenal. The food, abysmal. To be fair I'm not really an eastern European food enjoyer, but some dishes were definitely not supposed to be cold. It's all made up for by the mesmerizing display. An endless stream of gold bars, stacks of cash, money spitting out of printers, diamonds cascading into a pile, and on, and on.Please visit this establishment. You will not be disappointed.“
“Had them at The Bergen Zoo when they were running a special event. The ladies were very nice, and the food was great.Purchased the Rio Grande and it had an ingredient not enlisted (by accident) which would have caused a severe allergy (my wife). They quickly apologized, refunded my money, gave me a free a sandwich and a free drink. They were so apologetic, and sincere. Now whenever we are in Paramus, we will stop by this place for a bite to eat.“
