I came here for the weekend brunch, and I like that they also offered non-brunch items. I have never like eating waffles or eggs in the afternoon. I ended up getting Buffalo chicken wings. We spent about 2 hours here and enjoyed every minute. The only reason I would give it 4 stars not 5 is because we went 30 ish minutes without someone checking on us and had to wave down an employee for drinks and our check. I had a Franziskaner draft and a cheeseburger, while cooked to well, when I asked for medium, it was well seasoned and had a good flavor on a nice hard roll. My wife had the grilled chicken wrap, I ate 1/2 of it and really liked it. It was a nice balance of pesto and mozzarella to chicken. The side salad wase nicely dressed. This was a seriously nice find, it was charming to walk into one of the oldest continually run bars in NYC and find great draft beer and food at an affordable for NYC price. The service was outstanding as well.“

“3/15/24We were actually on our way up to Shannon Rose when I thought I should check out other Irish Pubs/Restaurants and landed on Celtic Corner. Google maps show the large location, so we knew it wouldn't be a dive bar.I'm so glad we came and got to taste the food here.French Onion Soup was delicious! It's so good and flavorful. When I got my bowl, I thought they forgot the cheese, which wouldn't be an issue for me because I can't have cheese. I usually peel it off and give it to hubby, lol. He was sad there wasn't much cheese. But as I dug down, I saw more cheese, it seemed the bread flipped over, and all the cheese was underneath. LOL. Like they say, don't judge a book by its cover ;)We got the 6 piece Wings with the Hot Garlic Honey sauce. Tasty wings, just need more hot lol. It's so sticky! We both had to wash our hands after heheheGuinness Beef Stew was so good! I wish I could eat beef, I would devour this! I took a piece of the carrots, and it was amazing!Bangers and Mash was ok, nothing like the Beef Stew. Sadly, I took a bite of the Beef Stew 1st, so the Bangers and Mash was kind of bland compared.Victoria was an awesome waitress. Very attentive and on point!Parking: The parking lot is behind the restaurant, almost missed it, but then saw a sign on the floor, which we assume pointed into the parking lot LOL. They share the parking lot with other businesses including a movie theater. So might be hard to get parking on a weekend.“

“Great little pub with an old school local vibe. Burgers and wings are very good. The wings are on the larger side so if you're more into the smaller wings with less meat on the bone you may not love them.My kids love the pizza. I'm a little more neutral on it due to the crust leaning a little towards a "store bought" type. But the sauce and toppings are spot on.The employees are great across the board. They all seem to enjoy working there vs just "having a job". Good place to hang with some friends or eat with the family.Parking: Depending on the time of day can be a little challenging.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly in the dining room for sure. I wasn't in the mood for alcohol, so I got a cranberry soda with lime, and the bartender brought the drinks to my friends and I quickly. It's a simple combination but delicious! Also, my friend recommended to me the cheesy onion potato chips, which I had to try. They were really good and cheap if you're looking for a bar snack. “Great ambiance on any night. The food is great portions along with taste. Staff is amazing… Erin is the best bartender, I asked for a hard but sweet mixed drink and she made me the best drink I’ve had in a long time. They host karaoke and DJ nights where this comes alive.“

“The Tavern is an Astoria classic, a warm, friendly bar that's always a pleasure to stop by. Marc is the man, if he's working, he's my favorite bartender in Queens. I miss the barrel of peanuts from before 2020, not sure if they'll come back, but it is what it is. I have many great memories of trivia nights, watching sports, and St Patrick's Days here, and I hope they're here for many years to come. A proper Guinness pour too!“

“I have found a legitimate broker who has helped me in so many ways in the aspect of forex & cryptocurrency. At first, I was really skeptical that it won't work but I still kept the faith going until I saw a recommendation about Mrs Craig Vanessa who changed my financial status from grass to grace. Once again I'm really grateful for your help and support towards me and my family in this tough time of the year. “We were looking for a place to eat and drink after a Broadway show, and the Brazen Tavern was perfect. Busy enough to feel like a fun night out but ot too busy to get a seat. The bartender was friendly and chatty and made a good drink. And the food was delicious!“
