“Outstanding experience! Steaks, Chicken Parm, Sides where amazing! The Vinyl Albums getting turned. Feel the hospitality from owner Kevin & wife Sophia & Staff! Just amazing! oh - the martini's and wine where amazing too!!!“
“Keens Steakhouse is a MUST visit for great food, exceptional service and a unique dining atmosphere that hearkens back to its roots.Everything was delicious! I had a T-Bone and it was perfectly grilled. The carrots soaked in butter were amazing! The wedge salad and bread border on addiction inducing! For dessert, the creme brulee was outstanding. One of the best I've had in the United States! Simple but light and creamy with an undertone of vanilla it was perfection in a cup!Thank you Keens for a wonderful experience!“
“For me it’s an absolutely perfect dining experience. I had the best server. Best rib steak and fries and pecan pie. Amazing vibe. Definitely not overrated or overpriced. Tasted way better than Gallengher and Wolfgang. Those 2 are real overrated ones.“
“What an amazing experience! This was our first time visiting and we had Nick as our waiter, who has worked here for 35 years. We had the Tomahawk for two, broccoli rabe, and the mac and cheese, soooo good. The NY Cheesecake, forget about it, delicious. We will be back, especially if we get to have Nick again.“
“Everyone of us has dined out for steak dinners but very few establishments remained consistent. This has been my fourth time dining here and it’s been the same since my first dining experience- consistent and attentive service! No matter the volume of service, club A dedicates their time and effort into making your dining experience exceptional.“
“Food was delicious - especially the bread omg. Everything was al a carte. Came here straight from broadway- very close walking distance. Drinks were perfect and the staff was soo attentive.Vegetarian options: I’m vegetarian and are the Mac and cheese and broccoli side dishes. Other vegetarian options available“
“We noticed the queue outside and got curious. After a few minutes they give us a table. Both the venue and the environment are very beautiful. The staff welcomes us and brings us drinks. A nice and smiling gentleman arrives to explain to us that for 45 dollars each they will bring us a steak (EXCELLENT), and then we will have plenty of chips and salad. The food arrives with our requests fully satisfied. Friendly staff and price appropriate to the quality of the food. When I return to New York I will definitely go there“
“Absolutelly wonderful experience. Every single member of the staff is friendly, respectful and professional. The food is out of this planet, delicious, beautifully presented and served. The wine list is very interesting, diverse and extensive. 100% going back.“
“I celebrated my 60th birthday last night at Rocco's and what an amazing treat! From the restaurant manager who doesn't miss a single detail to the gentlemen servers who are all professionals with glowing personalities. We were provided with a dessert on the house so they could put a candle in it and sing to me. It was like listening to a well-trained Italian Quartet. The food was beyond reproach as were the drinks. I cannot wait to visit Rocco's again and would recommend to anyone in the area. The decor is wonderful and the attention from Vinny and his wonderful sense of humor only added to our wonderful evening.“
“Had an amazing first experience here today - absolutely delicious steaks & tacos. The atmosphere was great - super comfy booths and stools, great lighting, excellent music - and the staff was so kind. A gem in Sunset!Kid-friendliness: Good atmosphere for kids, no kids menu but varied foods for everyone. They brought spill-proof drinks for the kids.“
“Our dinner at The Capital Grille was fantastic. The atmosphere was perfect...sophisticated, elegant, comfortable, and designed to accommodate pleasant conversation without having to raise one's voice to be heard. The staff were wonderful, patient, and caring in all areas...personal presentation, listening carefully, speaking in professionally-friendly tones, accommodating reasonable requests, delivering orders in an efficient manner and making the food visually attractive. One of our entrees was seafood and the other was beef. Both were made and delivered at the exactly correct temperature and level of "done-ness". The desserts were absolutely delicious as well. Our meals were perfect in taste and in volume. We celebrated a birthday at my table and the staff was generous in providing an unexpected and beautiful dessert made especially for our occasion. Our table consisted of good friends who hadn't seen each other in a long while, so our conversation was important to us. The staff respected our "space" and we never felt rushed or pressured. We were thrilled with the whole experience and felt that it was worth the price that we paid.“
“Quality Food, Service and Ambience! If you want a Great tasting steak, cooked to perfection; You have to go here. Family friendly atmosphere. Whatever your preference, it’s all Good. Definitely a place you’ll wanna go back too. Can’t wait to go again!“
“4 Charles Prime Rib in NYC offers a luxurious dining experience that's sure to impress even the most discerning steak enthusiasts. From the moment you step inside, the elegant ambiance and attentive service set the stage for a memorable meal. I recently dined here on a date and indulged in their famed "Prime Rib," a succulent and perfectly cooked cut of meat that practically melts in your mouth. Additionally, we couldn't resist trying their burger. It was tough to secure a reservation.“
“Nusret NY offers an unforgettable dining experience, highlighted by impeccable service and a diverse menu. The Wagyu steak was cooked to perfection, and the attention to detail in presentation was impressive. However, the initial seating process was slightly disorganized, and the restroom situation could be improved. Despite these minor issues, the culinary journey and ambiance make it worth every penny“
“There’s something about this place that I can’t put my finger on. Just kidding it’s Omar. The food here is fantastic but the service is on another level. If you come here ask to be served by Omar, let him know Jonathan and Max sent you.“
“I've eaten at the downtown Strip House many times over the years, but hadn't been back for a good 10 years due to life, COVID and what not. Finally had chance to go back and was happy to experience the same amazing strip steak that is the Strip House. Perfectly cooked medium rare with an amazing char and that black pepper bite. There are many excellent steakhouses and types of steaks that you can have everywhere, but the Strip House and their strip steak is one of a kind that you need to try at least once. If it's not to your taste, so be it, but for me, it's a wonderful steak that's a nice contrast to the different steak experiences at Lugers, Wolfgang's or the like.“

“8 of us came out for a graduation celebration dinner and we loved everything!! our server, juan n, made sure each of us were taken care of with attention to detail and a super friendly vibe. bread, drinks, salads, and apps were a 10/10 (blooming onion a bit spicy if that’s your thing!), and food came out about 20 minutes after ordering.. so fast and everything was perfect! juan managed to remember entrees and specific preferences for all 8 members of our party. he provided a lovely experience and a lighthearted atmosphere with his jokes, smiles, and kind manners. bussing/running staff was on point as well, make sure to let them know (this one girl had really cute ribbons on her nails— u slayed <3)!“juan was fantabulous, i almost never get my salad the way i want and he aced it”.“didn’t miss a single thing, really good attention to detail!”we <3 u juan n, thank you!“
“Let's be honest, my bar was high for this restaurant not only for the fairly expensive price but also for the reputation attributed to this restaurant for decades.I was totally blown away by the unique taste of the filet mignon I ate, the flavors of the aged steak were unbeatable. This is definitely my best filet mignon ever. The succulent mushroom accompaniment.A must try once in your life for steak lovers.“
“This is the perfect hotel in the perfect location. Close to Times Square and Broadway, shopping and restaurants! The staff is amazing. All are friendly and helpful. Great food and drinks. The rooms are clean, comfortable and stylish. I’ve found my New York hotel!“
“Very classy interior, old fashioned atmosphere. A bit more expensive than I would be comfortable with. Appetizers and main course were amazing. I had tuna tartare and Jumbo Shrimp Scampi, my husband had New York Strip Steak. It was so good, so delicious! And we decided to order some deserts. It was a mistake though! My Apple Strudel was absolutely different from what I had expected. My husband had a Lemon Sorbet, which had not any test at all and was too icy, it had not a smoothie texture at all. So we had been really disappointed with desert.“
“We had a great night! The experience was wonderful and the staff was very attentive and helpful. You will not get a better steak anywhere and the sides were just as delicious. Will definitely be back on our next trip to NYC. Tried to share some pics and I couldn’t“
“This place is top quality and food is delicious. The ribeye was probably the best I've tried - extremely soft and very flavorful. The ambience is beautiful and fancy. Service was great and waiters were knowledgeable. Prices were high but overall had a great experience and would come back!“
“We had the best experience at Bobby Van's! Our waiter, Paul, made our meal so memorable by offering outstanding menu suggestions, being incredibly attentive despite a packed restaurant, and keeping us entertained with his delightful personality. The meal was spot on: great wine, oysters on the half shell (incredible), Caesar salad, the porterhouse for two (wow!), sautéed mushrooms, cheesecake and after dinner drinks to top it off. We will definitely be back!“
“A bit overpriced but much nicer than other restaurants. We had a lovely time and our waiter Tony was amazing. The steak we asked for was medium rare and it was a bit too cooked (more like medium to medium well, not red in the center anymore) but we hate to send steaks back as we know they simply throw those out. Otherwise, the taste and flavors were simply fantastic. Would visit again for an occasion!“
“The tastiest place in the neighborhood without competitorsVegetarian options: No. This is a meat only restaurantDietary restrictions: nothingParking: Usually there isKid-friendliness: Suitable for the whole familyWheelchair accessibility: there is“
“Relaxed environment but we sat in one of the left side booths and it’s really tight sitting there so I didn’t have the greatest dining experience but the food was very delicious so we finished it all VERY FAST and left. We had steak/lamb/chicken and all of these were cooked to perfection and every dish was delightfully presented ☺️“
“Everything was very good. Just one thing that bothered me a little bit, the little cup of ketchup that comes with the steak and fries wasn’t enough for the whole steak, I had to steal from someone else at the table. But I’m sure they would’ve given me more if I would’ve asked.“
“Brick-walled institution in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn serving up spectacular steak and seafood. Incredible old world ambience and can’t say enough of their impeccable service. Overall just an incredible spot to dine in.St. Anselm is most famously known for their signature Angus Butcher’s Steak so if it’s your first visit, this is the absolute must on the menu.“
“Food was Excellent. Me and my friends tried the Lobster tail, ner cakes, calamari, buffalo wings, baby back ribs succulent and braised short ribs in wine sauce and filet mignon. Their fries are by far the best i have haf in Brooklyn and the drinks are greatNick is the best. Knows how to treat his diners. Flatiron has become a every week dining experience for me and my friends“
“I couldn't recommend this place more highly. Chef Itai is incredibly gifted and so welcoming. His dishes are absolutely delicious, so creative and such an inspiration to experience. The meals are designed with so much thought and sophisticated detail. I loved the shawarma bao buns, lamb cigars and the steak. The desserts (lava cake, churros, tiramisu, crumb cake, soufflé and ice cream) were to die for! I can't wait to go back - this is such a special place!“
“This is the first time I’ve been to Outback in Edgewater, NJ. It’s actually the first time I’ve been to an Outback in any state since 2009. I am so glad I walked in on a whim. The host, waitress and runner were fantastic. Thank you Stephanie for a great evening.“
“We were there 2 days ago and was completely happy with our server Natalie. Not only was she recommending things to us that she personally tried but she went above and beyond to make our experience super enjoyable. She asked us about what we planned to do while on our short vacation and was just such a lovely person!!! We also were not the first people to give her high compliments to her manager! I would recommend going to this restaurant if Natalie is working! Thank you Natalie for making our dinner the best on our trip!!!!!!“
“I didn’t want the expensive price, like Keens and Johnnie’s, but still a good quality steak. I was able find Westside Steakhouse on trip adviser. Good quality steaks with out breaking the bank. I ordered a NY steak medium, it was cooked perfectly and I added crumble blue cheese for perfection. The mushroom risotto was moist and delicious. My son said that there Mac n Cheese one of the best he has eaten. The ambiance is great and the staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely would recommend this restaurant!“
“Absolutely delicious food and good value for money. The bife de chorizo and filet both came cooked as ordered and were fabulous, like I have eaten in Buenos Aires. Accompanying salads and potatoes great too. Dulce de leche pancakes are a must order. The Balcarce cake dessert was over the top good. Excellent wine selection and good espresso. Super attentive service. Don't let the location on otherwise ugly Tonnelle Avenue fool you. This is a Hudson County gem.“
“Est. 2010Layout/atmosphere*Elegant (chandeliers, white table cloths, red & gold curtains, soft music); tables; old fashioned bar in middle of the restaurant (no seating)Service*Good; waiters in shirts, vests & black tiesFood/drink*Sea Scallops (Avocado Mashed Potatoes, Madeira Truffle Sauce) - Good; tender fish; creamy potatoes; sweet sauce*Filet Mignon (8 oz) with Foie Gras (bordelaise sauce) - Good; creaminess from the foie gras*Gnocchi with butter, chives & truffle oil - OK; nothing noteworthy*Complimentary dinner roll (onion) with butter“
“Emily was our server and she was beyond excellent! She gave us time and had suggestions. It felt like we knew her after only a few minutes. We started with a dozen oysters then We had the porterhouse for two and shelled king crab legsMelt in your mouth, eye rolling delicious!Parking: There was no parking. Valet was ideal“
“I’d have a difficult time believing there’s a better old school style steakhouse in New York. I was lucky enough to return here for dinner yesterday evening after not having been since the age of 16. Everything is just as I remembered. All staff were immensely pleasant, charismatic, and the perfect level of attentive. I opted to sit at the bar and ordered an impeccably balanced Boulevardier followed by a neat pour of Stagg (Jr.) bourbon. These were ideal pairings to the hashbrowns, asparagus, and medium rare sirloin that I ordered. The food was prepared to the perfect temperature and texture.Everything about this experience conveyed class, precision, and simplicity. Sparks proves that you don’t need to be the priciest or the flashiest to be the best.“
“Got admit the manager and staff there were amazing. But the food wasn’t all that to me to be honest. I got oyster (wasn’t fanatic), caviar (amazing), tomahawk steak (wasnt all that), king crab leg (it was alright) but the desert was amazing. I got cremele and lava cake. Both were freaking amazing ! Definitely would come back but not for no tomahawk“
“We ate there two Shabbats in the last month.Excellent foodExcellent service .Ephraim the owner is there and takes care of everyone.Reasonable price for a very good Saturday night dinner(New prices are expensive). In short, delicious, nice and worth every dollar.with appetite“
“Was on vacation to New York but stayed in New Jersey. This restaurant was just a short distance from where we were staying. We ate at this establishment 2 times. Even us being from Texas, this was still one of the best steaks we've ever eaten. You could make a meal out of the mashed potatoes alone, sooo smooth and buttery. A 10 out of 10 for sure!!!!“
“The steak is a cut above. The seafood platter was balanced, it is a platter not a tower. The spinach with slivers of garlic and the mushrooms were excellent. The truffle butter was lovely. The table next to us had a vegan and a vegetarian. The waiter selected items for them carefully and respectfully. They ended up with an excellent meal. The best steak I have had in Soho, and not a chain.Vegetarian options: There are multiple vegetarian pasta courses, salads, and appetizers.“
“Fantastic Night at American Cut (Especially the Service!) I had an incredible return visit to American Cut! Everything was on point this evening. The star of the show was our waiter, Russ. He provided fantastic recommendations for both cocktails and wine pairings. We also indulged in some phenomenal appetizers, with the smoked wagyu and steak tartar being true standouts. Our entrees were equally impressive, particularly the porterhouse, tomahawk, wagyu, and the decadent mac and cheese. Even though my guests and I trekked down from uptown, the experience was absolutely worth it. The entire evening was amazing, and a big shoutout goes to the manager, Joey. The ambiance was also perfect for a client dinner or night out with great friends. Finally, major kudos to Adona, the hostess, who always greets us with warmth and exceptional hospitality - a true lifesaver after a long day.“
“The start was quite bumpy. But first of all, the ambience. Everything is very nicely done, but you have the feeling of sitting in a large ballroom. A lot could be done better with appropriate interior design. Our waiter was very polite but still very inexperienced. Our order of wine was a bit overwhelming for the young gentleman, as was the question of a sommelier. By the way, this is a real weak point of the restaurant: there is no sommelier. There is also a relatively simple wine list that only differentiates according to grape variety. It becomes a bit difficult as a wine connoisseur if all you see in the blends is the name of the winery and the wine. Very weak, especially when you also have wines worth over $500 on the menu. Nobody could really help. So thanks to the manager we tried the open wines. But a sommelier would actually be mandatory in a restaurant like this.So it took over 30 minutes before we were able to order something. And to be honest, we thought about leaving without eating here. The food came out of the kitchen quickly. And it was worth staying here. The salad as well as the raviolo for starters were excellent. The two steaks afterwards were perfectly prepared and tasted very good. Perfectly balanced roasted flavors without overpowering the meat taste. The cooking level was perfect. The dessert was just as good as everything before it.Would I go again? To be honest, I'm torn about this. On the one hand, the food was excellent, but on the other hand, the service still needs to be worked on until it is at the level it should be. Plus the missing sommelier. I also like to drink expensive red wine with my steak, but that is simply not possible here because there is no one who can really give good advice. And if I'm lucky, I don't want to order a bottle of wine for $200 plus.“
“As one would expect of a good steakhouse, the meal was pricy, but delicious. The dimly lit upper room has a good daytime view of Van Cortlandt Park.Parking: They have on the street valet parking, so I assume there is ample room for most of the guests.“
“I have to say yesterday was not my first time going here. I feel like it’s gotten even better with time. We got the mushroom and artichoke. It was out of this world. Also we got the Boneless Rib Eye. Might be one of the most flavorful steaks I’ve ever eaten. Thank you!“
“Love the food, the ambiance, the service and the attention to details. Born and raised in Rome, I am very finicky about food:At prime 259, I always get perfectly cooked "al dente" pasta.Cacio e Pepe, amatriciana, puttanesca are my favorites dishes.Best in Bergen County for sure. A walking distance from my office it makes my lunch and happy hour, very happy indeed.Reasonable prices, great people and, very important to me: CLASS! Sophisticated and friendly!“
“Wonderful experience on a Friday evening steak was cooked perfectly but under seasoned IMHO side of creamed spinach perfect a bit stoic on second floor in regard to ambiance lower level bar much more fun waiter Sal was best I have encountered in years“
“The food is tasty. The atmosphere reminds me of me of the old fashion steakhouse. The chef is personable. The wait staff is great. Ask for John, for top notch service. The prices are compatible. It's a great place for family dinner, friend gathering, or date night. .“
“First time at this Ruth Chris Restaurant. I usually go to the one in Short Hills or Princeton. Everything was nothing short of superb. Trevor, one of the managers, was polite, professional, and attentive. Our waiter, Victor, was amazing as well. From the appetizer, to the NY Strip, and the ambiance, I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Well done!“
