“Delicious Margarita pizza! All ingredients are fresh. We use to drive over the bridge to Cassis’s in Orangburg, NY for pizza, but no more. We met the owner yesterday and he really takes pride in his business. Venice Pizza is now our go to place when we want delicious pies.“

“My husband and I went to burrata for dinner today. It was a Saturday so we did have to wait around 50 minutes, so I would suggest making a reservation online if possible. We grabbed a drink at the bar next door while we waited. I really liked a the ambiance of the place- modern yet homey feel. Service was excellent, food came in a timely manner. We ordered the Araninci which was delicious, the burrata - yum. For mains we ordered the pappardelle which was really good, and the mushroom jalapeño pizza which we also enjoyed. For dessert we had the tiramisu which from a distance I thought looked like a store bought tiramisu because they wrap it in one of those plastic pieces to keep it together, but once the waiter opened it up all of the cream at the top fell to the sides like lava! It was really good- coming from someone who is very picky about tiramisu! Drinks- I had an espresso martini (no baileys) which was also good Definitely will be coming back here- with a reservation next time!“

“The food was excellent and the Maitre'd was an expert at what he does. My concern was that I am vegan and when I asked the waiter if the risotto had butter, he said no, it would be okay. Well it not only had butter but it also had cheese. I also saw a waiter eating from a plate that had leftover food from a patron.“

“This restaurant has been opened a short while. We frequented it several times and each time our meals were delicious! Their fried calamari is exceptional! Fresh and crispy! “Augustine has become my favorite restaurant in the Mamaroneck area. The fresh pasta with seasonal preparations are always divine and not your classic Italian dishes (e.g. gnocci with the lamb neck meat this spring, and wild boar in the winter), the wine on point, and the service warm and authentic. The atmosphere is elevated bistro, so it works for date night or dinner with friends but the food is significantly better than any other local restaurant. The chef didn't earn a Michelin bib for nothing.“

We had the octopus, kale salad, and the mozzarella to start and that was phenomenal. “I went here for lunch on a week day with a friend. The staff immediately helped us with the door because I'm in a wheelchair. The place was pretty empty except for a group of old men in their seventies and eighties. I ordered the veal meatballs and the fig and goat cheese flatbread which was exquisite. “First of all, it was not only Easter Sunday but my birthday. I didn't want to go to Manhattan; I wanted a good Italian restaurant close by and this was by far the best pick that I could make. We started with Clams Casino and Clams Oreganato. They both were absolutely, fresh, tasty and we loved them both. I had the capellini with crabmeat and shrimp and I was so pleased with the taste of the creamy tomatoe sauce and the sweetness of the crab meat and delicate flavor of the shrimp. This pasta dish was superb. My husband ordered the Seafood Pescatore with linguine. He was enjoying the dish and all the seafood ; mussels, clams, calamari and shrimp were all tender, fresh and delicious. We ordered the creme brulee with blackberries and dragonfruit. What a wonderful burst of texture, creaminess and crunch of glazed sugar browned to perfection. We have found our Italian Cucina that will be our "go to" in Yonkers. Tutti a mangiare a tavola.“

We had appetizers of burrata salad and a polenta with meat sauce and everyone had different main dishes all involving perfectly cooked seafood. So happy I did and I’ve been back several times to pick up different treats and also to buy some groceries from the market. “Excellent quality food, generous portions at reasonable prices! From the outside, this place looks like a plain-looking slice shop, but it is so much more than that. The service is friendlier than you normally would expect at a place like this, and they even packed up the leftovers for us. That's always a plus in terms of service. I had the fettuccine carbonara, which was certainly above average in quality. I find that carbonara is a difficult and unusual dish to make, so it's a good way to test an Italian restaurant. This place certainly passed the carbonara test. The portion size was absolutely enormous! It was better than the carbonara I had at a certain Michelin-starred restaurant in New Rochelle! I also had the opportunity to taste the fagioli soup, spinach pizza, and eggplant pizza. Everything was delicious. All of this, and the bill was under $50, with the tip included. Can't beat that.“

“Local spot that makes really good Italian sandwiches. They get pretty busy during lunch, so if you are tight on time, i recommend calling in your order. The staff is always friendly and happy to recommend something. I usually order The Sicilian (vegetarian) or the Al Pacino (chicken). These are not "light" sandwiches. I always think i can eat one, but end up saving half for a 2nd meal. Ask them to put the sandwiches in the panini press, much better that way.“
