“The ambiance is stylish and comfortable, and the dishes are exquisite? We chose the ?$100 pp Omakase for 2 and also ordered a few appetizers and nigiri a la carte. The appetizers include a steamed egg—soft and smooth, with the sauce flavor just right—you can order it with added Uni.Since every ingredient was so fresh and sweet, we couldn't resist ordering more scallop, uni, and wagyu nigiri to satisfy our cravings~The cocktails were fruity and very professionally made?. The dessert's cheesecake has sesame flavor?Check this place out‼️“

It's hard for me to find time to go here, but it's such a genuinely rewarding meal, and i'm happy to sacrifice the place being open daily for the love and time that seems to go into everything there, from the in-house food to the curation of snacks and drinks. The portion is absolutely enormous, bigger than any ive had anywhere here or abroad, and the quality is astonishing. It's just so good.Cool shirts too :)“

The host/server was so attentive and sweet during the entire 1.5hr experience - my water/tea was refilled almost automatically after every sip. Same is also included in the omakase pricing which is really nice for drinkers ! The chefs worked together and created really delicious pieces- every one was super yummy. Their matcha ice cream and cheesecake were also so good ! Overall, was such a great experience and will definitely be back again for a weeknight or weekend dinner.“

“Sushi chef was heavy on the fish. Staff were adorably kind. Place is small and neat. Most decent sushi place in the entire neighborhood.I got the salmon dinner and an uni sushi. It comes with a side of either miso soup or salad. I could not finish it and had a cute little to go box for my leftovers.Price is a bit steep since I chose a moderately expensive dish plus the uni which was market price. There are more affordable options on their menu.“

“The most fun and engaging Omakase you'll ever experience. Talk about fun, raunchy and in your face . One hour experience without having to worry about behavior, matter of fact, the staff wants you to be loud and let loose. I've been to many Omakse around the $100 range but nowhere is this much fun. If you haven't experienced Sushi On Me then shame on you. I applaud the staff there for coming up with a party Omakase concept and I can't wait to be back. In closing, forget your mild mannered Omakase and just let it loose here or at their Brooklyn location.“

“Great lil Izakaya! The staff are extremely friendly and hospitalable, the food is delicious, the portion sizes are very generous, and a combination can be made if asked in advance.Definitely get the cheese corn and put some sweet soy sauce on it... And ask for the sweet and spicy sauce on the side, it makes any dish 50 times better lol. There's two other locations in New York, apparently one is in Manhattan, I'm not a local so I can't remember where the other location is... Either way I'm coming back to the Flushing location as I just really love the atmosphere, the location, and the staff...If you see the owner, tell them that the Black nerdy girl from Mississauga recommended the place and said to say hi ?“

There Alot of so-called sushi restaurants that may mask the sushi smells or just not try and come off of bad fish. This shop is not one to mask anything they are doing a great job of keeping the food fresh on a daily ? basis. Based on smell and cleanliness alone, they get 5 stars! “Came to Ginza Don inside the Golden Mall with my friend and ordered the Crispy Pork Neck (Jowls) Donburi ($15.99), Teriyaki Chicken + Thinly Sliced Pork Belly Donburi and Tempura Oysters ($6.99). Each donburi order came with miso soup, seaweed salad, and a pouched egg on the side. The oysters came with 5 pieces and were fried nicely with a flakey batter. Did not feel heavy. My favorite was the thinly sliced pork belly because the Japanese BBQ sauce worked well with the char and smokiness of the grilled the meat. It was juicy and did not feel too fatty because of how thin it was. The chicken tasted milder, and the pork jowls were just too fatty for me to enjoy. It was my fault for ordering it not knowing what the dish even was. Haha. This stall is located in the back corner, which has 4 tables for seating. I ordered take out because I knew I was not going to finish, but my friend ordered to dine in, and I noticed that portion sizes seem a little more if you dine in.“

Too gluttonous?Luckily, each of the courses (a piece of sushi) was small and I was not too full by the end of the meal. There were delicious pieces and each were unique on their own - too many pieces to name. Some were just okay - none I disliked. “Unfortunately my favorite sushi spot closed near my job so I have been on a hunt to find a new sushi spot for lunch. My coworker recommended this place so I placed an order for pick up. Although it is not as close as I want to my job, I still made the walk. I order 3 rolls for $18 which is way more than I used to pay for at my previous sushi spot. I ordered their spicy crab, futomaki and eel avocado roll. The rolls were made beautiful and were not small. The rolls themselves were absolutely delicious and fresh. Although I won't be ordering from here as often as I would like due to the price, this will be my new local sushi lunch spot.“

“This location is near my place and I always see it when I pass by. Tonight I felt like stopping by to pick an order to go. The place looks a cool spot to hang with friends and family and super clean and helpful. I skimmed thru the menu quick and the Karaage Curry caught my eye since it was a curry dish !!! I must say the food was good! However, it was a big disappointment in which there was no curry ..? Just some sweet sauce drizzled on the chicken katsu. I was really looking forward to this dish/my dinner but the curry was a no show! Kindly can do better with this dish by actually adding the curry sauce!!“

“I love this place. Ordered the sashimi bento box. The fish was fresh and awesome! I ate way too much. The box had dumplings, sushi rolls, salad, seaweed salad, rice, and soup. All for $25. This place is small, with seating for only 7-8 people. It is right off the 52nd St. station on the 7 train line. If you pay cash, they give you a discount.“

“Amazing food. To be honest, I am not the type of person who eats raw food but this restaurant still keeps me hanging out with my friends, most of them like to eat raw fish. Here at Kondo provide you with a variety of cooked food. The restaurant is decorated minimal style which is nice and the services are nice.“
